This owner told me he was booked for 2 months to do a job on my car but he'd squeeze me in if I came when he opened. I had trouble getting there the first 2 times. 3rd times a charm, right? Not with this guy! I got there at 7:55a.m. determined to get this job done. There was no one around so I waited for someone to arrive. Finally I found an open door only to find him in back. He told me I shouldn't have been sitting there. I told him he should've texted me. He told me then he didn't think he felt like doing anything for me! I picked up my keys and left. What a waste of a morning.

Finally found an honest, brilliant mechanic to work on my Volkswagen. Dennis is such a great business man to deal with. I found the staff to be very friendly and informative. I give it an AA++

One test and $125 and I found out more about what's wrong with my car than in the last 2 years and thousands of dollars that I've spent at the VW dealership. I wish I would have found this place sooner. The gentleman I spoke to broke everything down for me, on the phone, in-person, and on my receipt. I would not hesitate to return with my next car.

Scheduled an appointment 2 weeks prior. Showed up and told me that he knew nothing about it. Gave me some story about forgetting to write the appointment down, even though he took all my information (name, phone# car year/make/model) when I spoke to him on the phone to schedule it. Gave me another story about being 2-3 weeks behind and wasn't taking any new business although he did offer to "Look at it"... Like that'll do alot of good.

Outstanding customer service, fair pricing, and education. The repairs are done right the first time. It is also a great place to learn about your car and cars in general. I know very little about cars except how to start and drive them so I am afraid to ask questions but with Dennis, the only stupid question is the one you don't ask. He is patient and can answer questions in such a way that you don't feel stupid. Wish I could give more stars but all I can say is that I will return again. Car Maid is the best.Services: Tires, Oil change

Most recently had some exhaust work done. Excellent job at a very fair price! Dennis has been around for many years and he really knows his stuff. And he is HONEST! I highly recommend his services.

I've been to a couple of auto repair shops in the area, and from the moment I walked through the door at Car Maid I have been treated with the utmost respect and service. The prices they charge for parts and labor are very fair and align with industry standards. Very easy to schedule appointments and quick turnaround times. I will definitely be a return customer for my future car needs :)

Excellent alternative as opposed to a dealership. Russ Darrow Honda & Russ Darrow Toyota were terrible experiences, ( poor customer service etc.) Owner & master mechanic Dennis takes the time & knowledge to explain things and gives you a sense of satisfaction with the cost.

As a retired Cedarburg Letter Carrier, when I learned that of all the car repair shops in Cedarburg, the Post Office trusted Car Maid, Dennis became my mechanic. That was 1979ish. Over the years he's told me more than once that even though he has kids to put through college, it was time to sell my car to the junk yard. That's an honest mechanic. Loyalty has it's perks. Multiple times my car has broken down at the worst possible moment, like the day before a big trip, that he's worked long days to fit me in and fix things so our vacation wasn't delayed. I'll not go anywhere else.

I am totally impressed with this business. I went there yesterday hoping they could change the oil on my 2015 Audi diesel Q7. They were totally booked but referred me to a shop in Grafton where the oil and filter was changed. However, Grafton didn't know how to reset the oil change alert on the display. Today I went back here and they brought the computer out to the parking lot and fixed the problem. They didn't change the oil....they wouldn't take a dime to fix the problem. I will take our Q5 and Q7 here for service. His only comment was "Merry Christmas ". You have to love businesses like this! There are too few.

I was scheduled for on oil change at 4:00 pm I called to confirm the appointment and hey told me they were running an hour behind. They never called me to inform me of this, so I would have been sitting there the whole time waiting. I rescheduled for 5:00pm and when I get there, one guy was on the phone chatting with his buddy while looking at google. The Mechanic was standing next to him just looking at me while I waited to be helped- he never said a word to me. I finally got Frustrated of waiting and left without getting my oil change.

Even though small shop, no communication between office and shop. My wife was told would get a call with exact quote before work was done, but only got a call after work was done. Price wasn't much different but still said and did 2 different things. Also says shop opens at 9, no one there till about 910.
