We can't say enough of the service from Northland! We arrived for our winter vacation 5 hours from home and my husband's transmission went out. They were able to get our vehicle in the morning we called and had it back to us in a very timely manner. Great communication and level of service! Thank you!!!

To Eileen, Pat and Amber-Your praises could not be sung loudly enough. To say you went above and beyond to get some 'out of towners' back on the road is a severe understatement. From start to finish your genuine care and professionalism was the key in the whole operation. These people set the standard for customer service. Bravo Northland Auto transmission!

Early review but I'm confident the results will sustain. Had my trans tuned by Pat and it was like getting a new truck. The shift points were spot on, keeps the truck in the power and doesn't bog the engine down. Overall I'm very impressed and Pat is a wealth of knowledge!

Had problems with my car and brought it in. They told me what was wrong and the price was reasonable. I liked it how they took my car for a couple test drives to see if it worked properly instead of fixing it and saying it's good. The people there are so nice! Will be coming here more often and highly recommend! They are booked quite a bit but it's probably because this place is really great!

The ladies that work up front are so friendly, curritious and so kind. The guys who work in the back are so good at explaining to the customer exactly what is wrong with their vehicle, what exactly needs to be fixed, how they will fix it and how much it will cost. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good transmission shop

A well-run family business and the employees seemed very competent. Diagnosis of our problem seemed fair and was not as serious (or as expensive) as we feared. They do charge for the test-drive/analysis. They are busy enough that an appointment for repair is 10 days away.

Did a great job rebuilding my transmission and keeping me informed on any potential problems along the way. Would definitely take another vehicle there.

Very pleased with this business! Very professional! Not only did they just tell me what was wrong they showed me personally and explained it until I could understand. Had problems the next day brought it back and had it back within a couple hours.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

Got towed to Northlands shop, and 3 hours later I was heading out. Friendly prompt service is hard to come by these days. Northland is an example of this superior service.
