This is the best truck & trailer repair shop I ve ever seen seriously this guys knows what they re doing and they do it very well. I had my truck stuck on low gear and engine lights on they were quick and reasonable price. I would like to thank you very much for what you did and keep it up.

They treat their employees like garbage and hire people that have no idea what they are doing and get away with fixing vehicles incorrectly or breaking them further in the process. Would not recommend to my own worse enemy.

I flew from PA to that facility in Wisconsin, the staff is nice and friendly. My main concern is that my equipment was not ready to roll out since batteries in the truck that was assigned to me about 2 days before I got there was dead. That cost me a whole day to get everything situated. Above all they replaced the old batteries with new ones I also had my fridge replaced. Now the Volvo 2016/670 that I picked up is a strong vehicle but with some serious issues, dull headlights can only see the road in the dark withe high beams on.. not cool to incoming drivers.! About 800 miles after the pick up going up the Pennsylvania hills the truck speed drops down to 40 miles/hr as it was struggle pulling only 24k lbs around Lamar PA. Glad I picked up I80 instead of I76 towards Philadelphia because it s more hilly going that way then it is going towards I80. I managed to make it to the terminal, but eventually the truck broke down and got towed to the nearest dealership after shooting afterthreatment and parked regen required messages on dashboard to final Engine ECU at which point it would not idle nor start back up on the way to the dealership in Allentown PA.The question is, why did Master Fleet in Wisconsin did not perform a thorough inspection of the vehicle knowing that it has been scheduled to return on the road !! 2 days prior to my arrival as I personally spoke to them to make sure everything would go smoothly.?

I recently switched our Fleet maintenance to Master Fleet when our previous shop cut their hours due to staffing issues. Friendly & knowledgeable staff, timely repairs, reasonable rates, are just a few examples of what makes Master Fleet a valuable partner in this industry.

Very unorganized. Pricing is very unfair, after years of exclusive service for the contracted rate decided to no longer honor our long-term agreement

Mechanics get more grease inside the truck than they do in a grease fitting..Ridiculous the pride they take in their work!!
