Absolutely the best experience ever at a repair shop! They were super clear about everything from the problems they found to the advice from the technicians and the cost breakdown. The staff were really smart and friendly. Especially the owner - Swaran Singh, the way he looked into my issue and guided me through each and everything was just amazing.They fixed issues with my fleet that even the dealership and other shops couldn't, and they did it way faster. Even though they were crazy busy, they stayed on top of things and finished a day earlier than they thought. Plus, it ended up costing a bit less than they first said. Super happy with them!Thank you Half mile!!

Certainly, this repair service is truly exceptional in the local area. They consistently deliver professional work and keep me informed with regular updates on my truck's progress. What sets them apart is their remarkably reasonable labor service charges. In comparison, other local repair shops charge double for the same work, making Half Mile Repair Shop a standout choice. These guys are definitely honest. Despite the check engine light on my Box Truck, they could ve charged me a fortune. However, they took the honest route, revealing it was just a simple reset no issues with my Fleet. It s rare to find such honesty in car repair shops these days.Beyond that, their waiting area is a vision of modernity. No typical dusty auto repair shop scene here. Everything is meticulously organized by computer, and they even offered to email me a receipt!The service was accompanied by the assistance of a genuinely nice guy. IIf I actually lived in Wisconsin, I d definitely have Half Mile do all my auto repair work just based on the honesty and how clean their whole auto shop looked; but since I was just passing through as a traveler, I ll stick with my local repairman, but I m not sure he s as honest!

Absolutely the finest experience at any repair shop or dealership! Crystal clear from issues to recommendations, the staff is friendly and top-notch in knowledge.They fixed fleet issues that dealers couldn t even find, and the best part? It took just a fraction of the usual time.Despite being super busy, they consistently did their best and managed to finish the work 2 days earlier than expected, and the cost ended up being a bit cheaper than originally estimated. Overall, a fantastic and efficient experience

Swaran Singh and his crew did an astonishing job putting my vision into reality. During my last trip to LA my truck's bumper broke down and fell on the road, was in WI when I checked. Searched for a good place and came across it. They looked up my VIN number, went to some part shops and purchased all the stuff needed for it and fixed it the same day. As good as new. Will definitely use Half mile for any other future repairs. Sure happy with the outcome.

Truly a refreshing experience. As a customer I felt that the team genuinely cared about my best interests. I was well informed about recommendations and never pressured. This is the best auto repair shop I've had the pleasure of using - not just in WI, but across the country! Family run, very prompt service, detailed, and always willing to help. Services have all been top notch, on time, and fairly priced. I don't leave many reviews but really feel the need to call out how amazing the guys at Precision are! They're located right next to 7 Mile fair which makes dropping your vehicle off a breeze

Half Mile Repair was incredible to work with! I had some major work that needed to be done on the entire Driver side of my Truck. They were quick, efficient, friendly, and communicated with me every step of the way. I received my Truck back and it looked brand new--inside and out! It was completely detailed inside and their work to repair was pristine! I highly recommend them for any auto bodywork!

Way better service than I would've expected! As usual, they respond quickly and keep you updated with your truck, and are thorough in explaining their procedures. They made sure I knew everything that was going on with my truck. Everyone is super friendly, very welcoming, and good customer service. I'd recommend this shop.The Guy in the office friendly and informative. As usual, they nailed it!

I used them for a roadside repair, I blew an air bag and needed one quickly, I called these guys and within minutes he had a service truck over to me and repaired. Very good service, very quick and absolutely super good pricing. I couldn't be more satisfied with the quality and professionalism of the work carried out by Half Mile. Their team demonstrated an outstanding level of skills and attention to detail.

Very fair prices and quality work. They don't push additional service work onto you. They just let you know what's going on with your Fleet. I got new tires put on recently, and they quoted me 4 different tires without any pressure. We discussed the options and they did the work in a couple of hours. I will take my Truck to them as long as I live in WI.

Great honest place. I came in to get my oil changed thinking I should be doing it every 2 months. The owner took my fleet in and saw that the oil still had plenty of life left. Called me back and explained that I don t need a change, and didn t charge me for the hassle. Love this place, and will be back again! It s tough to find a trustworthy, fair priced, and good mechanic - look no further than Half Repair from here on out.

This Truck repair is very fast, honest, reliable and did extra work on my truck without charging me. Best truck repair In WI. I will drive 10 hours just to come to them. They don't do shortcuts and charge you. Very reasonable prices. I probably won't go anywhere else. I highly recommend them.

I had a bunch of dashboard light issues that plagued me for years. Every mechanic I went to would temporarily fix the problem, but the lights kept coming back on after a few days. Then, I took my car here, and it's been running smoothly with no dashboard lights for the past month. They also replaced my starter, and now my car is running great overall.Great Job, Half Mile!!

Half Mile Repair Truck is the best choice for big truck needs! Special Thanks to Swaran Singh. They're awesome from talking to customers to fixing tough mechanical problems. I got my radiator changed there, and they also let me know about some other issues. They fixed everything right the first time, and the price was fair. Mr Singh and his guys are hands down the best shop you'll ever find. After bringing it in a couple times for smaller things, my Truck broke down and needed some work that was outta my budget at the time, but Swaran still let me take my Truck and told me to come back to pay him whenever I get paid. Couldn't believe his generosity. Customer for life. They re always super fair and will never overcharge you.

I've taken multiple cars to Half Mile Repair and can say that Swaran is an amazing person. He is very knowledgeable on all types of cars and how to fix all types of problems. He also goes far above and beyond for you to make sure that all your needs are met. If you're in a rush he has fast turnaround times, he always looks for the best deals on parts and get it for you by himself to avoid any hassle, and he'll go out of his way to work with you. I m glad that i found this place!!!

From the first phone call, Simmy was awesome did not hesitate to get me in next morning, even on their day off. Today, Sunday, they opened their repair shop just for me, fixing my foglight issue in 30-45 minutes at my appointment. I wholeheartedly recommend them 1000% I had the best time waiting I will be back because I just moved to town and I needed a mechanic. I found one. I will be back for any future mechanical repairs that I can t figure out on my own.

After i left the shipper, the trailer had air leak causing my compressor to engage more often than usual. After a mile or so my air pressure didn t build up and i noticed a problem. Googled road service near me and came across these guys here at Half mile repair. Mechanic ended up replacing the internals on the air dryer and cleaned it out good, in less than an hour i was on the road again. Thank you guys, i will be using you in the future in case of mechanic issues. Good mechanics are hard to find!!!..thanks

Came in to have my trailer repaired because some of the lights stopped working. The service was amazing. Very friendly employees and they repaired the lights quickly. I highly recommend coming here if you want quality and friendly service!

The owner (Swaran Singh) is a very reliable and knowledgeable. I looked around for a lot of places that weren't charging an arm and a leg to have some repair work done and here they were very affordable, accommodating, and did a great job! It's safe to say that I found a good mechanic I can now trust my fleet with.

In frigid -10 degree weather, I had the unfortunate experience of a blown radiator hose. Swaran, the hero of the hour, was the only one who answered the phone. He was super busy with multiple Trucks broken down due to the Cold weather, he located the hose on a Sunday and got me back on the road. After adding break line antifreeze and having no luck I called him back and he was there within a half of an hour. Though he couldn't unfreeze them, he caged them so I could safely park. Next morning, I got the brakes fixed. Half Mile Repair in Billings, especially Swaran, is my top recommendation for roadside work. He'll be my first call for any future repairs.

I cracked my oil pan while picking up a load nearby, and Swaran Singh swooped in, opening the shop the next morning just for me. Out the door with a shiny new oil pan by lunchtime, and still delivered my load! These mechanics are the definition of professional and polite. Highly recommend this gem Half Mile Repair

Once again Half Mile Repair has went above and beyond, to be honest/thorough/timely!I took my truck in to have alignment, they said I didn't need one, and did not charge?WHO does this?Great customer service, they ask a ton of questions and always super friendly.If you are reading this, take your vehicle there and gauge for yourself.
