Two years ago, I bought my first car at this dealership . I'm still driving the same car, and since then, I've consistently returned for all maintenance. Additionally, I've done two or three detailed cleanings over time. The business model at Direct Auto Sales isn't just about making a one-time sale; it's focused on helping people, ensuring their satisfaction, and encouraging them to return due to the excellent service provided in this industry.

I bought my car at this dealership and my experience was great I had many questions and I came there a couple of times before I decided to purchase a vehicle. I went there to look at a vehicle my parents liked on their website.. The van was just as they described.. Although, we didn't end up getting the van (my parents can be very difficult , I must say the sales woman and what I believe was the owner were incredibly friendly, respectful, and fair.. Thank you for the experience... Hopefully be back with a purchase..

Very good business!Just bought a van from Mehdi and Mo. It was well priced, car was well inspected and maintenance was performed.The owners are no pressure and very helpful. I drove 90 minutes to their shop, and it was well worth it. I very much recommend them.

Terrible customer service.. I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Medi who is clearly not the sharpest knife in the drawer. They buy junk cars from the auto auction next door and do the bare minimum to make them show ready and then you get left with a junk car. Don t bother with this place go anywhere else.

I bought a Toyota Rav 4 here listed as excellent condition in January 2023. So this is very recently. Within three weeks I have had to patch a tire that we had inflated for the test drive, replace an 02 sensor, and have part of the exhaust welded back on. An extra 500 dollars that I have had to shell out of pocket after purchase, that nearly any sound mechanic should have noticed and just done the work to get the car up to excellent condition . You buy as is here as I was told upon calling them several times, and I feel that they cheated me on their definitions. Would not really recommend and they are very short with their words, it was like pulling teeth to just get information.

Recently picked a used truck. Negotiations were made in good faith. Didn t mess around with tricky sales tactics. A small issue with the vehicle was resolved to my satisfaction. That s really all you can ask when purchasing used, so I would recommend.

I purchased a vehicle from Mike about a month ago. He is friendly and straightforward. The car was in excellent condition just as he said and I haven't had a single issue so far.**One thing to note: He did not hand me the title when I bought the vehicle. He told me he would mail it to me, which was a bit worrying. My worries were misplaced, however, because the title arrived just as he said it would a few days later.

If I could give negative stars I would. Just spent $5000 on the car and it s been in the shop getting worked on longer than I ve had it found out there was a crack in the engine so I had to replace that and so far I m at $3000 in repairs and I haven t had the car for more than a month do not buy from these Losers.AlsoI was told it was my fault and he could not help because I didn t take the car to him when it broke down. Talked to a lawyer and I will be seeing them in court soon.

Best Dealership in town, nice and wide selection , we bought so far 4 cars, the great things about this place are one the selection second the sales guys third which the most important is the great service after the buy, breaks oil change and many services done there with great pricing, thank you Direct Auto Sales!

They bent my brake bad wear indicator to pass off the brakes as not being worn, and I drove them down to the steel, and I had to replace my rotors due to damage from this. Sketchy practice from this dealership...
