I m A Contractor who works in the Hayward area. I have an enclosed trailer that needed emergency repair. I managed to get to to to Rocky s on 3Wheels. Trailers aren t their business and mine wasn t their problem but Rocky must have taken pity on me that day. Long story short is the trailer stayed with Rocky and i went home. When i returned the issue was fixed and it s better than ever. I don t know what i would have done otherwise, i am so thankful and appreciative! Rocky rocks!

If you are going to grab something from here, do it during the day. The blonde woman that there at night is a total whack job. Maybe could possibly even be the owner as she acts entitled. Ive dealt with her several times and her demeanor is simply rude. I'd give a quarter star if I could. Daytime employees however, are great! Never had an issue. Hopefully they can give that lady some people skills

My Toyota Matrix had a brake caliper that was stuck. Identified the issue while driving to Cable. Stuck in a difficult situation... Rocky helped me out and got my car in his schedule even though it was a Friday at 5 pm before Christmas. He confirmed the issue and called to make sure I approved the repairs. Great customer service and a solid repair.

Rode down from Drummond to have a nail removed from my UTV tire. The fella working at the counter wanted nothing to do with helping me. I basically had to coax him outside to look at it, then we spent 12 minutes talking about it. I even offered to take the wheel and tire off of my machine and get it ready for repair. He then told me to take it somewhere else or go across the street to the hardware store and buy a plug kit . Thanks dude, appreciate the help. #everheardofcustomerservice

Stopped to get nail out of tire, Rocky told me it would take 3 weeks to my tire! I'll never give him any business again! Poor PR!

Rockys is a rip off! They charged me over $11 for a pack of smokes! That's more than at a bar!!!
