I love the fact that it feels like you walk back into 1990s. Where the counter person does not need it computer to figure out what you need. I hope this place stays the same for the next 50 years. I love it. If you need something weird, they know what it is!

The employee there seems very friendly and helpful but I can't give them a 4 or 5 star due to one thing COMMUNICATION. I order a flexible pipe online and it said that it is available here for the next day pickup and that I can go pick it up when I get an email confirmation. I order it on June 8th at night and on June 9th, I went to work all day in the morning until I got out of work at 2:30pm and still no email confirmation saying it's ready. So I had to call them myself to verified what happen to my order because in the back of my head, I knew that it wasn't a difficult part for them to get it prepare for me. So in conclusion, I was the boss to tell them how to work properly, and they are the employee who either wasn't train right to do there job as in taking customer orders. I'll reconsider about going back there for parts. I still got my part, SO 3 stars for you. Thank you.

When I called this store for a price on a part, he rather talk to coworkers and customers in the background. Not one time did he ever say please hold, he actually looked the part up and sat the phone down, and engaged in laughing and talking to customers and coworkers. I never gotten the price.

Tried every other auto part store in town. The professional behind the counter had the solution in my hand in less then 10 mins. Would definitely recommend.

Butler Napa is a small, short staffed old Napa distributor. This is a classic design of a day when things were at a different pace. There staff is very knowledgeable and always have been a joy to talk to for your automotive needs.

The parts knowledgeability and availability are outstanding. Even in face of nationwide shortages was able to get what I needed.

Definitely a commercial driven Auto Parts location. If your going in as a DIY'er, don't expect it to be like an Advance, AutoZone, or O'Reillys, this is a commercial driven location with very knowledgeable staff. Definitely more for the automotivly inclined .

They don't carry scanner for pulling codes for customers or maybe just didn't want to go outside who knows
