Found K&D via Google, convenient to my work, & was able to get an appointment with short notice for their Diamond detailing package: complete exterior wash & interior deep clean. I love that they even had Sat. & Sun. hours. Dropped my ride off Fri. PM & car was ready as promised Sat. afternoon, looking super sparkly clean so that I could take part in a charity car show the next day. Ken was very friendly, informative, & service-focused. My car turned out great, pricing was reasonable, & services delivered as promised on their site - love supporting local independent small businesses like this! I'll definitely be back with my other car & seems like a great place to drop in for the occasional hand wash / wax, which is hard to find. Recommend!Services: Full body wash, Auto detailing

I went to K&d's auto detailing for a basic wash and it had been a while since my last wash. I wish I took before pictures! They did an amazing job, my car looks like it did when I purchased it a year ago. They are extremely professional, the facilities are clean and welcoming and they also adhere to strict covid19 guidelines. I will absolutely be back and plan to book a detailing service for my mother.Services: Full body wash, Auto interior vacuuming

Went in for an interior detail, was told to come pick up my car at 5:30. Got there and then was told to wait another 20 minutes, ended up waiting almost an hour to pick up my car. They close at 6. I told the guy to give special attention towards my rear view window speaker area as there was some dog hair there, and cleaning for my trunk. The area was not touched whatsoever. The hair was still left there, my trunk mat was left wet, as well as my back seat mat. There was water marks on my leather seats as well. No vacuuming of the center console box either. However, the dashboard, cup holders, and steering wheel looked very clean, hence why I m leaving two stars. It was not worth how much I paid though. Will be finding another place that will give attention towards customer s requests.Service: Auto detailing

Kevin did a fantastic job detailing my car. Did the extra work to get to every little detail. I am very impressed with the work he did. I will for sure be coming back to him next time.

So fresh, so clean! I have never had my car detailed before, but I was very impressed with K&D Detailing! My dog just passed away and I had a ton of fur in the car. I was originally going to go to Car Portering by Barbie around the corner, however she was going to charge over $100 more than K&D and also said she wasn t going to be able to get all the dog fur out. Well, K&D really outdid themselves! I got the Diamond package with the full exterior and interior detailing and they were able to remove white paint on the front of my car as well as get my car looking flawless. No fur to be found. Take that Barbie! This place is the best place to go in Milwaukee to be completely honest! Clean Friendly Fast and Reliable! They have amazing customers service to match the quality of the services offered! They try to be as convenient as possible for customers, even going an extra mile to drop my car back off to me after my service, due to me having to pick kids up from school short notice. I am so pleased with the detailing I had done on my car today by K&D's Auto Detailing, LLC. Not only does my 2015 Malibu look like new, but the staff were all so wonderful, I am more then pleased with them. Ordered their best "Diamond" package ($250) for exterior/interior cleaning and detailing. After picking vehicle up and returning home, I started to notice some really shoddy work.Exterior: dried water drips (not a big deal), edge/crease areas of tailgate not washed at all, many bugs on front grill not removed, hood jamb not cleaned at all (specifically asked for in lieu of engine cleaning), side view mirrors glass not well cleaned and more bugs on mirror surround, rims not cleaned (rubber was nicely dressed but some of the dressing compound was splashed onto the fender moulding). Interior: This was the most disappointing...nearly all of the seats (leather) and plastic areas had overspray of cleaning solution that wasn't wiped off which left spots. Corners of carpet not thoroughly vacuumed. Carpet under seats also not done. Seats poorly vacuumed. Cup and cubby holders not completely cleaned. Glass had smudges that became evident in the sunlight. Driver's side floor mat not completely cleaned. On the plus side, the exterior paint in general looked great. But all in all I was really disappointed. I briefly considered calling to ask for them to inspect the work and see if they would take care of my concerns, but my logistics of returning the car, arranging for a ride and being without it for a couple hours was not feasible for me in the coming days. So I spent about 3 hours that evening wiping down the entire interior to remove overspray spots, cleaning the rims, and trying to touch up areas that were generally neglected.Services: Full body wash, Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming

The interior detailing wasn't all that great. Had dirt on sides from getting in and out of car, stain still on seat after shampooing, and the trunk was not vacuumed even though I emptied the trunk for that reason. Was over priced for the service that was done. The one good thing was they drove my car back as I'm only 10 min from the shop. Owner offered to vacuum trunk but I'm not making another stop when it should've been done regardless. I won't return nor recommend.

My car was soooo clean on the inside it hurt my eyes. I did the silver wash. I waited a little longer than expected but I could tell there was a vehicle ahead of me taking extra time. Really impressed by the work they did on my truck. I've been going to Sir Waxer for 5 years for an external detail every May and the last time they did my car, I was not impressed (drips of water/soap on the paint).
