What a great car-buying experience. Highly recommended.They had a good selection of cars at reasonable prices. We worked with Dan and he's an honest, decent and pleasant guy. The transaction was trouble-free and quick.Our experience at Don's was a delightful difference from our recent ordeals at large dealerships. Yikes.Thank you. You've restored my faith in humanity! :)

Don s Tire & Auto is an AWESOME PLACE for buying a used vehicle or for servicing them!!!Dan is courteous, laid back, helpful & very knowledgeable on cars and trucks!! He never pressured me into buying a vehicle & was always willing to answer any questions in a honest up front way!! I went there to buy a car for my daughter & found one that was perfect & within my price range!! I was so impressed with his non-pressured approach that I ended up buying 2 more vehicles from him! You can t go wrong with buying a vehicle from Don s Tire & Auto!! I highly recommend you go look for yourself!! We will be taking all three of our vehicles to Him for servicing in the future!! Keep up the GREAT WORK DAN!! You re TOP SHELF & A#1 in my book!!!

I started the morning with a flat. They ordered two new tires and placed them and rotated them to the front of the car (its front wheel drive) in a couple of hours. They do good work and are reasonably priced. Good people.

Buying a used car can be scary. You never know what you are getting. My daughter bought a SUV and Dan was great to work with. She had a couple issues and He stood behind his vehicle and made sure it was fixed better than I could have hoped for. If you are looking for a place you can trust ..Don s is it. Thank you Dan for taking care of my daughter.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Don's Tire & Auto. Dan was extremely cordial and willing to allow me to determine if the vehicle was right for me. I got to drive around and ask questions without being hassled or pressured. They gave me plenty of opportunity and time to feel right. And in the end, I bought a great vehicle from a place I now really trust and appreciate. I definitely see myself bringing any future automobile needs and repairs their way.

Never go here! The service is awful. My grandmother brought her vehicle in to get serviced due to an engine light. They replaced an O2 sensor for a code P0131 (the bank 1 sensor 1 oxygen sensor is bad). This is the correct fix for this code, however, they did not install the correct sensor, cleared the pending code, and two months later, theres still the permanent trouble code on with the engine light displaying on the dash. If they did the correct fix, the truck would have cleared the code itself. Now there s misfires and the truck does not run smoothly. Long story short I called Don s tire and auto to ask about this issue and why the engine light is still on after paying $500 for a simple sensor change. I proceeded to get screamed at and belittled over the phone (even called a child and I don t know what I m talking about and come down to my shop and let s solve this like men ). I cannot believe the guy threatened me like this. I m a mechanical engineer and work on cars and trucks all the time. I may not be a mechanic by trade but I sure as heck know what I m talking about. These guys are fake and will cheat you as much as possible.

Unfortunately I didn t have the best experience looking at a vehicle I was extremely interested in; my dad was with me and went on a test drive and the car was perfect!! Until we came back to the office to talk to the salesman, he wouldn t work with us to have the vehicle inspected, and was not willing to drop the price down at all. He didn t want to even bother to listen to my cash offer; now I m a single mom with three almost teenage boys looking for a used car so I can give my oldest son the car I m currently driving. If you are willing to pay top dollar for a used vehicle then this is the dealership for you. When many online dealers have recommended price ranges, don t deny any customer, with an offer.

I called Don s without much notice and they were able to provide efficient and quality service. I was blown away by how helpful they were, even helped move our wheels and tires. It was a very simple process with amazing outcomes and very reasonable prices. Compared to some larger/corporate feeling places that gave us the run around, it was really nice to experience their customer service. I bought some 40series tires online, and Don's not only had the equipment to install them, their price to do so was much better than other shops I called. After being referred from a family member I found Don's auto shop. After some quick and thorough conversations with the shop boss I decided to give them my business. The mechanics gave me a call letting me know they could save me some additional money by changing something now while they had my vehicle apart and the car drives like new. Very pleased by the open and honest communication by the knowledgeable staff. I will be returning in the future.

They didn t return 3 phone calls, 2 emails out of 3? Even after all that I called on a Monday (Oct. 2022) and said I would like to a buy car X, I have an approved bank loan with the VIN # in place, I have a ride there from out of state (I took Wednesday off of work and coordinated a ride 9 hours round trip, my friend lived locally and test drove the car for me) please tell me what I need to do to secure the car today and pick it up successfully Wednesday? She put me on hold, came back and said he will return your call shortly. I never heard back from him? I said to my friends who cleared their day to drive me there I guess he must not like selling cars to Vikings fans! I moved on to a different car. I sold cars for a living in the past, I don t get it, when someone called me and said that . I was thrilled to sell a car! I was willing to pay what he was asking. Hard to buy a car here.12/08/22-thank you for your response to my review. I had put your number in my phone so as not to miss calls, the ONLY call I ever received from you was after I posted this review.No gentleman EVER answered my phone and I left my number 3 different times (plus emails) I am sorry you are sort staffed I hope it gets better for you.I am also sorry I missed out on buying the car. I still haven t bought one and I really wanted it but it was hard to do when there was no communication. Best of luck in the future.

I am very picky about where I take my vehicles, and before I found Don's only took them to the dealership. Since I started taking them to Don's, I've not taken them anywhere else. The customer service is awesome, and they are very patient with explaining issues. They are very reasonably priced as well.

Don's Tire and Auto helped us get back on the road. On the Wednesday before Thanksgiving I got a screw stuck in my tire. We were planning a long road trip the next day to visit family. All of the tire repair shops I called were booked up for the day. After a long search, I called Don's Tire and Auto. Dan, the owner, said to bring the car in and leave it till the end of the day so he could work on it in between other appointments. He got the screw removed and the tire plugged by the end of the day.When I picked up the car, Dan told me there was NO CHARGE and to have a Happy Thanksgiving. While it was not an expensive repair, we greatly appreciate Dan taking the time to help us get to our family safely for Thanksgiving. I will definitely return to Don's Tire and Auto for our future needs. I would highly recommend checking them out if you're looking for a reliable tire and auto shop with great service.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

I've used Don's Tire and Auto for over 20 yrs for repairs and also our son buying his first car. Awesome and honest people. They don't judge you when you take poor care of your car. I've compared prices and find them at or below prices for comparable work. Today I brought in my car for a repair and he (Dan) was honest to say bring it to a dealership because they will cover it under a warranty. Thanks Dan! We drive all the way from West Bend to continue to patronize Don's Tire and Auto (that alone should be an indicator of their worthiness of a five star review).Whether it's oil changes, getting new tires, getting repairs done or getting a used car, my wife and I have the utmost confidence in their integrity, wise advice and fair pricing. They have earned our loyalty over the last sixteen years by treating us with respect, kindness and going above and beyond what was expected.One thing I personally appreciate is that my ignorance and cheap thriftiness is met with patience and generous time given to explain things (options for repairs, willingness to troubleshoot, help with user error).In addition, both my wife and I look forward to visiting Don's Tire and Auto because we enjoy the friendship that has developed over the years with the staff.

Dan gave me an honest assessment of a tire that was leaking due to puncture. I was hoping it could be fixed, but for safety reasons it could not be fixed. Unfortunately the tire had only 6000 miles on it. Dan was able to get a tire the same day get it mounted on the rim for me. I m a happy camper! Don's Tire and Auto has been doing the maintenance on my family's 5 cars for about 6 years now. WIth 3 younger drivers with older cars, I have had many opportunities for them to do repairs. What i enjoy most is they not only do great service, but they don't do unnecessary repairs. Now that my children are on their own, they receive the same level of service as i do. It is, and will continue to be, the only place i take our cars when something is needed done under the hood.

I had such a great experience at Don's! I recently went there for the first time, and they were so wonderful. I called frantically with a flat tire, he got me in right away, and I have a new set of amazing tires for a very reasonable price! Very friendly, great service. Would highly recommend!!

Don's tire and auto got me a great deal on my car, for that I am grateful. Although, within a 6 months time frame of purchasing the vehicle I had over $2,000 worth of repairs for the vehicle. Which I was told that most of everything was up to date at the day of purchasing. Clearly, it was not. The vehicle was not looked over as well as it should have been before sold. It needed a new battery, a tune up, new tires (they were bald), back brake replacement, and a few other services. Very disappointed that I had to put thousands of dollars into the car after only owning it for 6 months. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Thank you for your help in the beginning but I will not be back.Since I can't comment back,My brother isn't a mechanic, he is a counselor. He didn't come with to purchase the vehicle and my family has never bought a car from you prior to my purchase. My dad didn't sign one piece of paperwork at the dealership. Probably should get your facts straight.Your poor customer service skills are going to make you lose potential customers not gain them. You shouldn't be talking to your customers the way you are. It's unprofessional and tacky.

This place is fantastic. I found the car I liked on Autotrader and came to the dealership to look at it in person. I told the guy there, Dan which one i wanted to look at. He grabbed my DL and let me take it for a ride. Wasn't pushy and let me just do my thing. A week later an insignificant dash light came on so I called and mentioned it to him looking for advice so I could fix it myself when I had time. He had me bring my SUV in and spent a lot of time and effort getting it fixed. Gave me a loaner car while mine was out. Didn't cost me a thing.

I had gotten my new car here and I love it. The guys are real nice and answer all your questions. If your looking for a new used car , I recommend you check them out before you decide to buy from somewhere else .Just an update , 3 years later and I still have my car .

I needed 4 new tires for my car. I had heard plenty of ads on the radio, Googled "tire places near me" and called them all. One place stood above. From the initial phone call, follow up phone call, car drop off and car pick up, Don's Tire and Auto beat them all. As a women, I believe Dan treated me like his family. We entrusted my family vehicle to Don's Tire and Auto and Dan took good care of us. I do recommend Don's Tire and Auto over all others. Do your research. Don's Tire and Auto is a great choice.Thank you for taking good care of us, Dan.

I purchased my first car from here and have been a returning customer ever since! (7 years) As a young girl looking for automotive help, they were always very kind and never took advantage of me. The prices are always reasonable and the service is excellent. Everyone is always extremely kind and helpful. They went out of their way to find me a matching hubcap when one of mine got bent. Most recently, when I needed a new tpms sensor they gave me the old/broken one and showed me how it works! Overall a great place to take your beloved car for service or to purchase a used vehicle!

We worked with the owner, Dan (son of Don, original owner). Dan was very pleasant, not pushy at all, answered all of our questions to our satisfaction, and walked us slowly and thoroughly through the sales paperwork. The 2009 Corolla that we bought was in good shape and was offered at a fair price and included work Dan's crew put into it (new tires, transmission fluid change, new battery, etc.). After 6 months the car is running great and we really like it. The only thing we've done with it is new rotors and pads on the front brakes, which we figured we'd have to do within the first year according to the measurements of the brake wear that Dan shared with us. I would definitely like to do business with Dan and Don's Tire & Auto again.

After getting off a long day of work, I ended up getting a nail in my tire. I went to this shop as it was the closest one to me.
