Called in to try to troubleshoot a problem with my bike the person I spoke to was very reluctant to help. I understand if you are out a couple weeks I was not in a hurry to get anything taken care of immediately, but at least hear me out and try to point me in the right direction.

The folks at Competition Cycle are fair and honest. They have a penchant for older bikes (even as far back as the 20's & 30''s, but are an excellent source for help on newer bikes. Great service and good to deal with.

Terrible attitude. Answers the phone like this "Wadda ya need" 1 word answers. Zero help. You can hear it their voice, they hate their job. There are plenty of better options out there. Stay clear of these guys.

Never again! Had my parts for almost a month. When I asked originally about turn around time, I was told 1.5 weeks to 2 weeks. Shop did not have the correct tap, so they asked me to pick it up. They broke a $40 roll tap within hours of me dropping it off. They did not use the correct drill and broke the tap (which was my fault according to the shop because I should have told them the size drill to use). If I use a new tool, I read about it and not just assume I know how use it. Once I was able to see the work they completed, it was still wrong. I now have a cylinder (that was brand new) that has the head studs drilled too deep. So it cost me $90 for labor, I will need a new cylinder @$200, and broke a tap @ $40. This shop cost me $330 to get basically nowhere.

Stopped in over a month ago and picked up a few things including new highway pegs. Installed the pegs a few days later and had an issue getting one side to work correctly. I am very busy and typically working during their open hours so it was very hard to get back to discuss my problem. So over a month later I finally take the time to go in and talk to them about the highway peg. Needless to say one of the guys came out and literally spent almost an hour working with me to resolve the problem. In the end he ended up giving me the parts I needed to fix the peg at no charge. All I can say is great service as always!These guys are straight up fair and the parts are priced very reasonably. Do not hesitate to patronize competition cycle...

Charlie, Al, and Susie are all GREAT people and great to work with! They have beven helping me and my family with many bikes over the last few years. Always with integrity and values, not to mention great prices for phenomenal craftsmanship!

When the big, fancy dealers refused to even look at the Sportster because, at 20 years old, it wasn't worth their time or effort, Competition stepped right up, did the job fast & right, and for a far more reasonable rate than originally anticipated. We know where to go from now on.

This place needs to close down they had my bike 45 days bike would run about five miles and then cut off. Al called me and told me that it was my break caliber locking up on my rotor I knew that didn't sound right if it was you would fill the bike slowing down and he said that my break light was stuck, so he claimed he put a new switch in for my break light and rebuilt the caliber after giving him over four hundred dollars took the home make it five miles called Al told me to check my or it wasn't getting a spark took it to Zandi he repaired it. Pick it up from Zandi my wife recorded me break light still on. They will never see another Dollar of mine.

They create more issues than they can fix, and they try fixing things that dont need to be fixed, and they fill tires to the point that they start to split on the sidewall
