Butler Auto Care is outstanding. Andrew and his crew do an amazing job in all aspects of the automotive field. They explain issues that a lay person can understand. They are honest & trustworthy. I would have to say Butler Auto Care has the best mechanics I had ever dealt with in my life and I'm 73 years old. Keep up the great work guys! Your expertise is always appreciated and never taken for granted.

I had a slow leak in one tire, and a stuck-on valve cap in another. Andrew and the team at Butler Auto Care were great; Andrew was waiting for my arrival for the appointment, In and out in an hour - in time to make a meeting I had, very professional, down to earth and customer-focused. Really great group at Butler Auto Care. Don't hesitate to do business with them.

Easily one of the best shops I've been to! Got my brakes done for half the cost of the dealership and very friendly and professional, too! Don't let old reviews fool you!!!This place had gone downhill fast since Owner Ken Butler passed.It is now a den of crooks!!Gouging customers severely by creating false markups on parts!I was fraudulently billed $506 for a part that costs $300 at O'Reilly down the road, and they get for $280.DO NOT TRUST!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Had 4 tires put on and balanced. They got me in sooner than anyone else and for a GREAT price. They will definitely be my first call if other services are needed.

This is a great place and I cant be more grateful. About a year ago, I got my brakes and rotors done here. Well they recently started having issues and I could tell the rotors were warped. I took it back there to have them look at them. They took care of it under warranty and said the rotors were defective. They made it right even when it wasnt their fault. Nor mine. Just another local shop in the neighborhood. The employees are nice and friendly. The prices are high so don't expect to be paying anything less. The waiting time could be better. The place does not seem to stress you much. The car is done in a fairly matter. Call before you come because it could be busy just for a small local shop. Thanks reading my review. Peace

Take it from a car guy who is VERY particular about who I let work on my cars aside from myself, this is a great shop.Really great service, extremely accommodating and flexible, fast and above all, trustworthy. It's a small shop so they remember you and you know who is working on your car. I recommend this place to all my friends and even have gotten the company I work for to start servicing it's small fleet of cars at Butler Auto Care. The guys working there really know their stuff and are really honest.

I have been to more automotive repair shops in my 30 Years of owning cars & Trucks, then I care to admit, but I finally found a shop & owner that is not only extremely fair, but a Genuinely nice guy (Ken Henrichs). Each and every time I have work performed on my Toyota Land Cruiser at his shop, the work is PERFECT and at a very competitive price. Not to mention that his mechanics are VERY GOOD at what they do!! They don't try to up-sell me things that I don't need. They are quick to diagnose the problem and fix it right the first time. I am so Grateful that I found this shop!!!!!

I had a slow leak in a tire due to a staple being stuck in the tire. Butler auto repair took me in right away and I had to get it done within just a couple of hours since I was driving back to Detroit which is about a seven and a half hour drive. I didn't want to be driving on a bad tire. Butler took care of me. Great price. Great service. Would go back in a heartbeat.

after visiting this place and having some work done i can tell you that they are friendly and helpfull. the owner ken is a great guy and even help me with a ride to work when my tire went flat and i was running late to work. overall i felt there prices were decent and i didn't feel like i was just a random customer i felt as if i was a close friend that needed a helping hand.i will be coming back again when the need arises and i invite you to give them a chance, you will be glad you did.

Dishonest people! Mistakes happen and after forgetting to tighten my lug nuts on my truck they swore up and down the next day that it wasn't possible! Even though I called AAA to come out and tighten them! Thanks to Jimmy's towing! Would never send my enemies Here!!!!!!! And yes it caused additional damage as I had R&B Enterprises in Menomonee falls fix a lower control arm on that same wheel the very next day!

Honest, knowledgeable, and fast. Will definitely be using them again. Had brakes done on my F350 DRW Pick Up. Most places won't touch these, they didn't bat an eye.

Well they keep it 100% with you honest professional there are some things they don't do there and they tell you that depending on what your problem is I've gone to them over the last three to four years never had a problem with them the guys are familiar with me if you go there tell them tall black guy with the o2 silver Town & country recommended them they're always busy which to me is a good sign that they have a large customer base which I don't mind waiting or leaving my vehicle you have to check them out to see, they know what they're doing and they are professional

Great place to bring your car for repairs and an oil change. You can leave it there and just walk around the town, or even get something to eat.

Horrible experience terrible customer service. I strongly believe the manger or owner who every he is racist. A black lady came in and he was so nasty and rude to her. Just disgusting how people treat other people your in customer service if you dont like people change your job
