Took my husband motorcycle in to Motor City Harley Davison to upgrade the headlights to Daymakers. Part#2001-1565. The dealer purchased the lights for Rivco. The light was put in however, the light fell out. When dealer got it back, they realized the light was faulty. The parts manager of the dealer took pictures of the part and sent it to the company. Rivco reps did not help us at all. They told the dealer the part is not on warranty. So, my husband spent $400+ on this light and still riding with the original light that was on the bike. This is bad customer service. We liked the product but no one is taking responsibility from Rivco. Do a better job Rivco!

I just wanted to say that first and foremost I think the Goldwing flip out pegs for my 2022 seem to be a great engineered product. I purchased the pegs from wingstuff and after installing one side realized we were missing one of the four aluminum spacers needed to complete installation. That was my fault did not inventory parts first. Wing stuff only accepts returns that have not been open which obviously was already done. Placed 2 calls to Rivco support and one email however, did not receive a response. Ended up having a local metal shop cut a new spacer for me. Great product however a response would have been appreciated.

Purchased the LED-100 LED Headlight Replacement Bulb for a 2013 Harley Davidson Softail Slim (FLS). The first one arrived broken so it was returned. I received a replacement . The replacement worked but threw a BCM headlight error code after a few minutes. Then the low beam stopped working - the high beam continued to work. I replaced the LED-100 with a standard Halogen bulb and it worked fine. Given my experience, I won't be buying any more LED bulbs from Rivco.

Just installed the LED headlight kit for my 2018 Street Glide no problems at all and when I tested the lights no check engine light. Haven't ridden the bike at night. I will add to the review when I do.

3 years ago I purchased a 2004 Honda 1300 VTX with twin trumpet air horns made by Rivco. This year the horns suddenly stopped working and my local shop was having trouble figuring out the problem. I emailed Rivco and Erica Downey from Rivco got back to me right away with helpful suggestions on how to fix the problem which worked and the horns are now back running perfectly. These horns have worked flawlessly since I owned the bike apart from this recent problem which was connected to an air compressor that had failed, and horns that needed to be cleaned. I should also point out that when I contacted Rivco I mentioned the possibility of purchasing replacement parts from them for the Horn and Ms. Downey's response was as noted above. The point is that they didn't try and make a sale, but rather told me how to fix the problem, which resulted in no monetary benefit to them. This shows that this is an honourable and trustworthy business. Great service and I am giving them top marks.

Always great customer service. I've had to call customer service a couple times to replace parts I damaged. They are always cordial, and quick to get parts shipped ASAP, usually the day of request or next day.

Hard to get ahold of. Went through two sets of $350 pegs with no warranty. Won't be purchasing a third pair, or any more products.
