We've been taking our vehicles to Performance for some time. They give you options for tires & recommend work that will extend the life of the vehicle. They have always been honest, & quoted prices for work was accurate. Many times the car was done in less time than they said. The staff is always friendly. I highly recommend using their service.

I've been driving by for years and finally decided to bring my GMC CANYON Denali in for an oil change. Glad I did...They were very friendly, professional, and right on time. Took less than 30 min. Excellent competitive pricing for premium oil change. I will definitely return.

My car had suspension problems while visiting Burlington for work. The sway bar links were the main problem. They replaced them the same day, and I was able to drive home in the evening. I couldn't have asked for a better result. Should I need car help when I am in Burlington again, I'll definitely come back. Thanks!

The scheduling, on-site staff service, repair of vehicles, and customer service before and after they complete the job is excellent! I have never been given a service quote and the final cost is much less than quoted. Very honest! Keep up the great service- it really means a lot. Thanks again.

Great prices, great service... and today they held a car show to raise money for local disadvantaged kids to start the school year with everything they need to succeed this school year! Very knowledgeable, professional staff up front. The work performed was excellent.Addendum: blew a tire on our Tundra this week. The tires were pretty worn so we decided to just replace all 4. Also, Andy gave me a heads up on my last rotation that the brakes were on their last leg. Scheduled 4 new tires and all the brakes and an oil change. Dropped the truck off at 10am and at 3pm got the call that everything was done! Truck rides like brand new! Thanks, Performance!

Thanks to construction season, I've the pleasure of visiting these guys three times in a few weeks. Each person I enjoyed was kind, patient, and helpful, though I was distressed and cranky. From Andy and crew's front desk banter, quick response, and a clear sense of teamwork, to Corey, who had the misfortune of encountering me on both flat tire instances, but was kind and thoroughly explained the scenario and options on each occasion. I'll be back again. But only if I absolutely have to. Which hopefully I don't. For a long time. Or ever. But it's Wisconsin and apparently we like to leave sharp objects behind after construction clears. At any rate, keep up the good work!Services: Tires, Auto tire replacement

We had one of those days where we got a flat on one of our front tires on our Town and Country. We were referred to go to Performance because they have the ability to repair larger holes in tires. We didn't have much time and I just had to put on the spare which was a pain, for those that have a town and country. Well, the performance team find a way to get us in and out with no issues. The tire was repaired and the cost was very reasonable. They have my business from hear on out. They are friendly and they take care of their customers. The tire is still holding up and no issues. I purchased new rims and tires from a WI Autosport company for my 2016 Mercedes E63 AMG. The wheels were too large for the wheel well, and the tires were thin and stretched over the rim in order to fit thus exposing the rim which sustained a dent causing the tire to leak. Consulted 4 tire repair services and was told by each service that the tire could not be repaired. Clayton Kruse who did great body work on my car recommended Performance Tire and Auto in Burlington WI. When I contacted Andy and asked for a quote, he investigated the aftermarket and produced an excellent solution that is not only attractive, but also provides remarkable performance and improved gas mileage. During the test drive, Andy noticed the car pulled slightly to the left so he did a wheel alignment. I tried to add $100 to the invoice, but they would not accept the offer. Communication was thorough and very helpful. You will be happy that you selected Performance Tire and Auto.

Organized, courteous, quick. I made an unplanned stop to fix an F150 tire that got punctured. They fixed my problem quickly with a combination patch/plug and sent me on my way - they even gave me the 6 quick change impact driver that caused the problem. I also had my emissions test done while I was there.

Had my car towed there to replace starter and to get the AC fixed. Was finished same day. They kept me informed the whole time. Excellent service. Will be taking my vehicles here for maintenance from now on.

Honest and reliable, pricing is fair and the staff is always friendly and helpfulAdd/EditI just ordered a tire to replace one that got cut down on the freeway, I didn t ask for up front pricing just needed it taken care of quickly! They got the tire delivered in 5 hrs and squeezed me in for service all in the same day!!!I got the bill and it was only a few buck more than the cheapest price I could find online! Again honest, fair, and quick! Any negative reviews you read are probably from people who are just never happy, I can t see any other explanation!THANK YOU PERFORMANCE TIRE!

Performance did a great job with my wheel alignment! My steering wheel had been off center by about 5 degrees for a while, and this was the place that finally got it right! This was the third place I had taken the car to for an alignment attempt. The previous two times, I would get the car back just to find that nothing changed, even after they supposedly aligned it, most recently even to my dealership. The difference with Performance is that they actually test drive the vehicle instead of just relying on the numbers. My technician was great, and he was able to replicate what I was observing. They did some further investigating and found that a steering angle was a bit off, which was likely causing the issue. It was so nice that they took the time to do a little more digging. I am delighted that it is finally right! I even got some recommendations about replacing the tires before the coming winter. I am very happy with the service Performance provided, and the price was reasonable, as well as the time in which it was completed. Everyone was very friendly and honest. I would highly recommend Performance for any automotive repairs.Service: Wheel alignment

I was checking the brake pad life on the rear brakes of my Toyota tundra and when I pulled the wheel off I knocked off the wheel weight. (My fault). I purchased my tires at Performance Tire and Auto so I called and spoke to Cory. He was able to get me in right away to balance the wheel+tire. I ve been a customer since 2008 and I highly recommend them!

Wanted to throw a shout out to the team at Performance Tire & Auto. We have had the pleasure working with the guys on several claims for our mutual customers. Dave is always friendly when discussing the estimate details about the needed repairs and has fun with it. The other guys are great as well. Fair pricing, quality work and great customer service. I would definitely recommend this shop for your vehicle needs!

they have a DMV emissions test station there..very good service there..in and out within 10 mins. and you can purchase your sticker for renewal at the kiosk..

Performance definitely works with integrity. I had an old truck I brought him to be re-aligned. One of the managers came up to me and actually told me that the frame was bent and it really wouldn t do any good to spend the money for an alignment. However they did fix my other issues and except it expired coupons. A+

First time client, had a rear tire issue with a leak. Was greeted on a Saturday morning, with a no problem get in you in right away. I barely finished my coffee at the Starbucks across the street when I received a text that all was good and repaired. Smooth, professional, and good price value.
