Justin and the team went above and beyond for me. I purchased a car from out of state and called Perfection Auto Body to inspect the car for me before I finalized the transaction. Justin fit the car into shop during a snow storm and went over the car as if he was purchasing it, for the fairest price anyone can ask for. Great honest people. Deal with confidence!

The best around unfortunately my truck was hit by a snow plow over the winter and needed repair the team at perfection made the process super easy and the work was outstanding! Highly recommend for any auto body needs

I brought a door for my 94 suburban to Justin and his team to paint. They had to paint it black and then take the dented door off and put the new door on. They did a fantastic job, looks amazing and were very professional about it.I highly recommend going to perfection auto body. They do amazing work. Without a doubt, the best auto body shop I have ever dealt with. Easy, open, and complete communication. They made me feel welcome & important, and satisfied every need. Brought a loaner car right to where I was, and the transaction was smooth. Worked directly with my insurance, so I didn t have to do anything. And the completed work was fantastic! We deal with a lot of RV damages, with both insurance and warranty. Clayton always does an amazing job on fiberglass repairs and paint matching for us! Would definitely recommend Perfection Auto Body, I told them what I needed done and they gave me different options. When i brought my car in on a Monday was told it would take up to six days to get back hopefully before the weekend got a call early Wednesday and told my car was ready. They took only two and a half days to get my back right side door done, when I went to go pick it up their work was amazing! Looked as if nothing ever happened very pleased with their work! Would definitely them to my family and friends and will go back if I ever need any more future work done!Service: Body & Trim

Excellent job replace my damaged rear bumper cover. Paint match virtually perfect, and installation turned out great. They also polished and cleaned up the whole car and even polished the wheels. Very timely as well as they pre-ordered the parts before it was dropped off. Only a day and a half total time in the shop. Great people and service. My family and I have had several different cars repaired at Perfection Auto Body and highly recommend them! Justin and his team do a fantastic job. The paint match is perfect and the damage is entirely repaired. The pricing is very reasonable and below other estimates. The vehicle looks brand new! When my car was hit, I came here for repairs based on their reviews, they did not disappoint. They gave me a quote and got me in quickly, and worked hand in hand with my insurance. My drivers side mirror case was cracked and back quarter panel showed damage. While repairing they called me right away to let me know they found more damage with my alignment and tire. All said and done they got my car fixed within a week. Car looked amazing when I got it back, it was like brand new, and even cleaned the inside for me. They were very transparent about the whole process, they are on the pricer end, however the results are WELL worth it.Services: Auto side view mirror repair, Painting, Body & Trim

I highly recommend Perfection Auto Body! Recently in a storm a tree fell on my dwelling and vehicle. Justin and his team do a fantastic job! Can't even tell there was ever tree damage, damage is entirely repaired and paint match is perfect. The vehicle looks brand new! I absolutely love how they take care of my vehicle, like I do....they even washed and clean the vehicle for that extra touch. Fantastic team at Perfection Auto Body! After my car was involved in hit and run my insurance tried sending me to some body shop that they recommended. I told them I knew of a place that was closer to where I work and would work better for me. I've always heard good things about Perfection and I'm glad I chose them!!! Great customer service, got my car done in a timely manner and can't tell that it was ever in an accident.

Justin has gone above and beyond to help repair my Fusion. Even with the Hassle of getting estimates sent to The General. all work he has done to my vehicle I'm extremely impressed with and will recommend to anyone I know in the area. My truck was in for accident repair. The service was top notch and the work was above expectations. My truck came back looking better than new.Justin communicated well and was super helpful. Can't describe how pleased I am on the work done by Perfection Auto Body on my 1967 Pontiac Firebird. This is my first time writing a google review, but I feel compelled to share my positive experience with others. I needed the trunk floor cut out and replaced along with the gas tank and associated hardware. I had called a number of other shops that said they were too busy to do the job. Another shop told me to try calling Perfection. When I talked to Clayton, he said 'no problem'. I brought the car in the next day, and had a feeling I made good decision trusting him with 'my baby'. Well my intuition was spot on. The work done was quick, professional, reasonably priced, and no drama. The work that was done looks like the factory did it 50 years ago! I am ready to enjoy my car now for the summer! I would recommend this place to anyone who is considering having work done on a classic car or a late model vehicle. You will get what you expect and more!

Friendly, competent, quality service. Final results exceeded my expectations. I never worry about the work this group does. They take the headaches out of auto repair. I also use their service for detailing my cars and am always pleased with the quality of work. The attention to small details makes the difference and is worth the reasonable price.

Friendly, professional staff. Good work. Done in a timely manner. The automatic cable snapped on my sliding door on my van. Justin looked at it and informed me of what needed to be done. He also made it so I could use my door until the repairs were finished. Will be going back for some cosmetic repairs. Absolutely loved the personal touch of receiving a thank you card. Thank you!

Perfection Auto Body went above and beyond in every way! I was vacationing nearby when an incident occurred requiring repair, and Perfection was able to get it fixed quickly so it was ready before I headed back home to Chicagoland. Justin and Julie were super nice, professional, and my car was returned to me washed, vacuumed, and clean. I was so impressed! I might even just make the 1.5 hr trip north the next time I need work done!

I had two unfortunate font end collisions many years ago. I went to Perfection Auto Body. They did a wonderful job.Last week child locked keys in running car. Efforts to retrieve keys resulted in damage to door.I went to another body shop got an estimate of $1700 and three days to repair.I went to Perfection to get second quote. They had my door fixed in less time than it took me to write this review. And the cost.... NOT $1700! I should have gone there first. They took care of me years ago and they took care of me today!I highly recommend. Efficient, courteous and professional!

We are very satisfied with the way Perfection Auto helped us with our insurance company and the work we had done. It's rare I write reviews; yet place value on them when doing my own research - so I felt compelled to write one on services received from Perfection Auto Body. I had a pretty good accident with my 2008 Toyota truck this winter and while I have had work done at other garages in Burlington, I knew that my truck would require extensive body work & painting and I wanted to work with someone considered an expert in that area. A co-worker of mine and her husband recommended Perfection Auto Body as they have some collectible vehicles which had been serviced here & were pleased with the outcome. Justin and Clayton (owner) answered any questions I had along the way & made the estimate/quote to insurance company easy. My truck looked practically brand new the day I picked it up; paint match was spot on, body work was great. Perfection Auto Body went above and beyond with some additional work I had also requested. I would not hesitate to return to them and would also recommend them to anyone looking for service in the Burlington area. In addition to services they provided, I also rented a car from their Auto Rental side of the business & was pleased with the ease of this transaction as well. Sincerely, Pam

They were able to get me in same day for a free diagnostic exam for my windows (they actually offered for me to come right when I called but I couldn t due to work) but I still got in same day. I have brought a few cars here now, from a full body restoration to fixing damage as well as random things. The team there never fails to impress me with their family attitude and their superior work. Literally the ONLY place I will bring my cars. They don't take short cuts and don't do any unnecessary work. They are competitively priced and the team are top notch! I highly recommend them and have several times.

After a car accident I went to two locations for an estimate. The owner was down looking at the area of my concern making sure he looked the car over completely. The work is amazing, can't even tell I was rear ended!! Thank you all for your kindness and great work! Yes I was very very pleased with the work on my Honda. it was so good you could not tell where it had been dented at all. It all matched and looked great. Also the time getting it into the shop and getting it done for me was terrific. When I called everyone was so polite and really seem concerned about my situation. I can't thank you enough.
