They were extremely rude to my father, who went in and asked them to look up the correct wiper blades for his vehicle. They tried to refuse to put the wipers on my father's car and he is 67 years old. They also failed to ask for his rewards card and refused a senior citizen discount. Go to Advance Auto Parts instead!!!!!!!! I did reach out the your customer service department and gave them all the details. I was told that someone would be in touch with me later that week and I have yet to hear from the manager, district manager or regional manager!!!! It seems like your entire company doesn't care about their customers!!!!

Well, got all the way home to found they sold me a used part. Tie rod was all marred up from someone previously and returned. Needed the part to get my project done tonight so forced to live with it.Won't ever be back with my business

When my check engine light turned on, the service at O'Reilly Auto Parts was great!!!The friendly and accommodating staff ran a complimentary diagnostic. They also allowed me to take a screenshot of the diagnostic to show my mechanic.Thank you O'Reilly for saving me time and money! I definitely recommend this store to anyone who has car troubles, needs some nice upgrades, or even a battery exchange. O'Reilly Auto Parts gets it done nicely.

The manager at this Milwaukee Street, Burlington location was excellent. He was very helpful and concerned about my situation, very knowledgeable. Despite attempts, he refused gratuity. The world needs more people like him!! Thank you.

OReilly really has a great selection of good products at a fair cost. The staff also seems to be pretty knowledgeable with parts required for any repair. I would definitely recommend checking them out for your next auto repair. Thanks for the help and I ll see you again!

Employees really know their car/truck stuff. So tired of the parts stores with a young guy who's never even changed the oil in a vehicle. Had to return parts 3x's to a competitor as they gave me the wrong part. I'll pay a few $ more to be comfortable knowing they know what they're doing, and they care!

I wanted to thank these guys for having my air filter and cabin air filter instock.... I have been here 5 times now for various bulbs, sockets, battery check light, cleaning supplies/tire gauge tested my battery, shut off my check engine light. I'm glad it works that way in my neighborhood. Thank you Burlington O'Reilly's

Had them check for the engine code. Their analysis agreed with 2 other stores, bad O2 sensor. Dealer told me I needed a new turbo. They saved me a lot of money. Thank you!

I needed to get fuses for my truck. The fellows inside O'Reilly Auto Parts are really good at finding what one needs in the store and when necessary will go out to the vehicle and help the owner get things put in right. O'Reilly Auto Parts has a good amount of automobile things which can be purchased and will always be good for most of the people who need them. They have Services where you can rent tools which you would normally not have in your garage and they are a very good cost when you need them. I like O'Reilly Auto Parts because anytime I needed to have helped outside such as installing a new battery or new fuses fellows inside come outside and help you get your vehicle corrected. I would say they are five stars.

Came out & tested my battery, which I thought they would say I needed a new one. But honestly told me it's still doing good. (The battery light comes on occasionally).

Third time back to get a core charge refuned. When I carried them all in the assistance manager said oh I could of helped, yes I didn't ask but kind to let me know after the fact. Would not refund the card manually as a customer stated next to me that they've done that for him before so I have to come back again. Did come back with card and was refunded the whole receipt amount not just the core amount(didn't noticed they did this) then get a call I now owe them $230.00 because they don't know how to cancel the credit above the core refund so they now wanted me to write them a personal check with no receipt for doing so. Told them I'm not coming back in again for there mess up and now the manager is coming to my house to pick up this check with no paper trail, this is crazy, weird, and so unprofessional. Bottom line Jon assistance manager should not be in his current position.

The older gentlemen that helped me was 110% extremely helpful especially with what I was looking for, it definitely wasn't something simple like brake pads or motor oil, I was searching for a certain heat range of spark plug for my Harley and he took the time and used all the resources he had and got m.j e exactly what I was looking for, I don't remember his name but his arm was in a sling. Anyways thank you very much sir....
