Order was going to wrong address, company was easy to contact, talk with, and quick to correct the issue. The blower fits perfectly in the original box for my 1976 Bullard wood stove. It s night and day how much quieter it is. Came with anything I would need to adapt it to the application myself (i.e. removable angle plates, extra adhesive silencer foam, plenty of metal screws/self tapping, wiring, blower speed adjustment, etc ). I would recommend this company to anyone. The original part I needed wasn t available anywhere because it is out of production. I was able to match specs, and get exactly what I needed to upgrade an otherwise perfectly functioning 70 s cast wood stove.

The blower kit I purchased was great at first however 5 months after buying it it started to make some squealing noise. From my mechanical experience it sounded like a bearing going out. I reached out to customer service and was told it couldn t be and to send them a video clip of it. I gave them a perfect short video of the sound and never heard back. I followed up several times to never hear back. Funny how it has a one year warranty but the second you inquire no one replies. So after not hearing back I decided to take the unit apart and diagnose the noise. I completely disassembled it down to the motor bearing and as previously stated it in fact was a bearing. I was able to clean them and use gear oil to lubricate them. I reassembled everything and it works like the day I bought it. Overall the kit was nice to add to my fireplace and it makes a huge difference warming the house. As for customer service they should probably look at improving their email responses and remember the customer is always right. There is only two things that will make or break a business, their products and their service. If both are lacking then you re going to continue having negative reviews and will lose new and return customers. I would not recommend My Fireplace Blowers.

The blower has been great on my Vermont Castings Encore 2N1 catalytic. The 2300 square foot 3 level house warms up much more quickly than before. Then I accidentally shorted out the speed control, and your man correctly diagnosed it and sent an inexpensive replacement speed control, which fixed it. Very pleased with this company and its service, not to mention that their blower is less expensive than oem and other aftermarket blowers.

My new blower came before the estimated shipping date! I was so happy. It was exactly like our old one and took only a couple minutes to install! We are so pleased ! We been without a blower on our gas fireplace for over 5 years because we thought it was a huge issue, this was very inexpensive and super easy! Thank you so much!!

Our original blowers were 9 years old and one of the two died. We ordered 2 for replacements. They looked great and sounded easy to install. I had to take 2 front large wire pieces off the fireplace, unplug the old blowers, take them out, put in the new ones, plug them in and put the heat sensor where I wanted it. Took all of about an hour, only because I am older and not quit so limber. They were easy to install. The blowers work great, better than the original blowers. I did run into a problem that was not My Fireplace Blowers problem. When I plugged the new blowers in, they would not work. I checked all sorts of things to get them to work. I finally determined that the electrical outlet under the fireplace was wired backwards. After I figured that out and got electricity to the blowers, they worked great. Again, that was not a problem caused by My Fireplace Blower; and when I called them for help, on 2 different occasions, they were extremely friendly and HELPFUL. I would definitely recommend My Fireplace Blower.

Provided great and individualized support during the purchase process. Provided me with two options, which I appreciated. Order arrived quickly and was easily installed the next day. Fan was a perfect solution to solve my old noisy blower fan. The new blower came with magnets on the frame bottom and velcrow strips on the fame back. This really secures the blower to the fireplace frame and further reduces noise. The kit came with a magnetic heat sensor to start and stop the fan automatically, this is a great addition.Highly recommended

Finally was able to find the blower for my fireplace and it was far less expensive than I anticipated. Really appreciated that there was a drawing of blower with dimensions and specs. Only thing that could have been better was some sort of illustration of it having been installed as I was installing a blower in this fireplace for the first time and not replacing a blower that was already there.

Could not be happier. Fantastic makes fireplace throw out heat much better. You can adjust fan speed to your liking and installation was easy. Just follow instructions.

I ordered a whole kit with fan, heat sensor to turn the fan on, and the speed adjustment knob. I was able to bundle a remote control for what I felt was a good price. The kit came with instructions that were easy to follow, I was able to complete the job in under and hour.Overall I m very happy with the experience with purchasing from this company. Adding a blower fan to your gas fireplace makes a huge difference, and I don t have to use the switch on the wall to turn the fire on anymore.

Great price and product to replace a blower fan on our fireplace insert. The new blower arrived quickly and was easy to install. It's also a lot quieter AND somehow more powerful than our old blower. The product/website info made it easy to check that this product would work with our insert. I would definitely purchase from My Fireplace Blower again.

My fire place blower came within 2 days. Customer service was very prompt to let me know which model is compatible with my fireplace before order. Package came with easy instructions and I with no electrical experience was able to install in 40 minutes. We very happy with the performance. For future improvements I recommend to improve blower noise level at high speed.

I've got to say, this company has fantastic customer service and shipping is fast! I had ordered a wrong part (my fault); called a tech who really knew his stuff. He set me up with the correct parts and a return tag to return my mistake! The new parts arrived in two days. I couldn't be more impressed.

Good: Blower shipped quick. Install was easy.Bad: The blower is loud and the speed cycles up and down when it is on which can be annoying. The volume of air being moved is not very noticeable either.The Great! : customer service was absolutely fantastic they reached out and offered to send a new unit right away.

I had the pleasure of dealing with My Fireplace Blower LLC .A pleasure because I was in a real pickle removing and replacing a blower fan in my Majestic gas fireplace. The company, and especially Ross, took much time to help me overcome what I thought was an insurmountable obstacle mostly caused by me not having received an owner s manual.Without their very helpful expert assistance, I could not have completed the job on my own. After calling a few different companies inquiring about the correct replacement blower to purchase for my system, I had received differing responses. My Fireplace Blower went above and beyond. They researched the original manual and concluded that the old replacement in my system was an incorrect item that must have been replaced previously. They went on to find the correct replacement part for my system, which was in-stock and arrived shortly after ordering. Installation instructions were easy to follow and I haven't had any issues 2+ seasons into using my replacement blower. Thanks to My Fireplace Blower for making the replacement process seamless.

Installation was fairly easy. The blower adds significant extra heat dispersed through the rooms. The high speed on the fan is loud, but I haven t found it necessary. I typically use low or medium fan speed. Very good product!

Called to verify the blower was correct for our needs. Very helpful. Quick service. Reasonable prices. Guy said they make the blowers onsite. Pricing was foremost reason to call, verify, and order online. Would recommend and buy again. You can buy over the phone too.

Checkout was easy and shipping was fast. Fan is not as powerful or as quiet as I had hoped. Didn't come with any mounting hardware, used some from home Depot. Also would've been nice to have 90 degree adapter for thermal switch as space was limited and I'm worried about it pinching wires.

My Fireplace Blower customer service quickly helped me select the right blower for my Heatilator gas fireplace. I received the blower in a few days. The printed installation instructions are simple and there are various you tube installation videos available on line. It took me less than an hour to install it. The blower works well and I would buy it again.

The blower and installation were better than my expectations. The blower is quiet and Obviously well built. The instructions could be followed by a cave man. I just wish I had installed it 20 years ago and I wish winter would last longer so I could enjoy it more.

Great price and blower worked perfectly. Even worked with my existing remote! Only thing that was frustrating was shipping through USPS. The blower took over a week longer than the estimated shipping when I checked out. It actually is now over 70 degrees so I won t even get to enjoy the blower until next year. Wish they had options for UPS or FedEx.

Purchased a blower for my gas fireplace. I used the model number of my fireplace to match to the required blower. The price was fair and shipping was quick. The blower arrived in good shape and the connection and installation instructions were easy to follow.Now when my fireplace is on, when it reaches the correct tempreture the blower comes on to my slected rate and provides warm air into the room . . . just what I hoped for. Thanks to My Fireplace Blower I have a much more useable and efficient gas fireplace!

The fans are very quiet. But because I did not know how hard they would blow the heat I underestimated. I need to return them, but I am not getting any help from the company at all. I have contacted them a few times and they keep saying they will get back to me. That has been a few weeks already. I honestly think that they are waiting for my 30 day return guarantee to be up. Their products seem to be fine but their customer service is terrible.

Excellent customer service. We moved into a home 3 years ago and had every intention of using our new fireplace to heat our home in the winter. After the first year we realized that that dream would only work if we got the fans on our fireplace working again. The big problem was the fireplace insert has been discontinued since the 80s and the dual fan system designed for this insert has been long replaced with the more convenient single long blower installed in most inserts nowadays. So after some long send frustrating hours searching online and talking to multiple local businesses, we were given the website address for Fireplace Blower and it was excellent. I actually ended calling customer service and was helped by a gentleman who went above and beyond to help us. After sending some pictures to give him an idea of what we needed, he was able to tell me exactly what to order and its been a blessing. The odds of someone still carrying what we needed for such an old system were slim and yet these guys had them ready to order and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. It is currently 77 degrees in our home thanks to the fan system we bought for our insert. The product is great, but the customer service is definitely better. Thanks again for your awesome service guys and gals. You all rock.

Received it promptly, well packaged, appeared well built. Mounting brackets wouldn t aline with my 34 year old Majestic 42 fireplace. Motor above half speed vacillates and blower is noisy, I needed a fan and made it work. Wouldn t recommend this product.

The first blower I received had a defect, but they sent me a new one without question, before I d even returned the first. Excellent customer service. The second blower has been working very well since last winter and probably has at least a few hundred hours on it, at this point.

Terrific service and great products. My local store in NC referred me here because they said many of their customers have had great success with M Fireplace Blower. When I had an odd installation question, they quickly replied and gave me a solution. The fan runs great. I highly recommend this company.

I am very satisfied with the blower that I purchased from My Fireplace Blower. It installed in minutes, the temperature sensor works well, allowing the wood stove to heat before it activates and continuing to blow warm air until the stove cools. I highly recommend this blower.
