Our experience with Miller Ford in Burlington, WI was great. My wife and I didn t feel pressured to buy. Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and gave us plenty of opportunities to get to know the vehicle before making a buying decision. We ultimately decided to buy two vehicles from Miller Ford within 24 hours of each other. I felt the price of each vehicle was very competitive based on other similar vehicles we looked at in the area.

I was quoted a price on tires based on a promotion and an employee discount. Upon the work being completed, I was then informed the promotion and discount could not be stacked. The Parts Manager, Dylan, had no desire to correct the issue of his parts person Jake. Dylan's customer service and attitude showed that he holds no ability to properly handle customers. Tuesday was willing to assist but then agreed with Dylan that nothing could be done. Your dealership ended up removing the newly installed tires from my truck and eating $180 worth mounting and balancing labor/supplies. Perhaps management could coach their staff in how to properly handle these situations. The dealership would have been money ahead to apply that $180 to making the situation right and offering some discount. It is unreasonable to expect me to pay over $200 more than the next lowest quote I received due to an error on your staff's end. This is on top of a vehicle that was incorrectly ordered for us last year. When the reordered vehicle arrived, we were left with a nearly 10% price increase and an interest rate that doubled. We will be working with other dealers in the area for all future vehicle and service needs going forward. This is unfortunate as we have leased 3 vehicles and purchased 2 others from this dealership in 7 years.

Miller Motors is the best place for buying a vehicle and having service done. I never had any issues, from ordering my Jeep to having all my service done, it s always great. Fast and friendly is true at Miller Motors!

Buyer beware. We did our searches and found our van 1 hour away. Met nice people who helped us test drive. The problems started with financing and contracted power train warranties. So this dealer participates in market pricing. So what you see is not what you pay. We were told the cuddle system would find us the best loan rates and that our preferred bank was included. We were presented with one option a local bank down the street. We took the deal liking the lifetime Miller power train warranty. We were also told our lender would not do loans on this vehicle. Found out later not true at all and my lender offered me a rate much lower than they offered us. We bought our vehicle. To be told the next day the lifetime warranty did not apply to this vehicle. We were upset and asked for an upgrade with a $500 discount. The dealer said no. The Miller power train warranty costs $375. We will offer you 5 oil changes. Not even close to the value in pricing the warranty added. We said no I'm not driving a hour for oil changes. They basically said then will give you $350 in cash. Absolutely no customer satisfaction in mind. Buyer beware I do have emails to back my story. They are friendly so if you have to business with them bring your financing and if they offer a warranty make them honor it.

I was very satisfied with my experience purchasing a new Ford Transit at Miller. The salespeople and staff were excellent! The purchase couldn't have gone smoother. Thanks again to Miller, love my new Transit !

I purchased the car used, in retrospect I think it was overpriced considering the condition it was in. There were items that were defective that were clear safety issues such as inoperative rear view mirror, and defective safety belt. There were mechanical issues that should have been corrected before putting it up for sale. Just not a very pleasing experience overall.

We visited another Ford dealership and felt like a walking dollar sign. We stopped by Miller Motors and felt like a person. We have bought other vehicles from Miller Motors in the past and we have had great experiences each time. This time around was not exception. Great service, fair prices, and a fair allowance on trade. No high pressure to purchase paint protection, detailing packages, warranties or any other annoying things other dealers are doing these days. Highly recommend!

The mechanics and service people were extremely pleasant. Their work was efficient and thorough. My wait was less than expected, and they caught a few items that I had noticed and had forgotten to mention. They are trustworthy and never suggest work which doesn't need to be done. I'll never go anywhere else!

I will only buy my vehicles from this dealership. The salesmen are great, not pushy. The service department is great, they do a great job, and most of the time you have your car back the same day.I'm waiting for my next car to show up on their lot.

I'm sorry i have to disclose this but Miller gets very Low marks with me. And this is not the first time eather. I brought my truck in for a brake problem, and brought it back the same week for the same problem. Miller charged me twice for the same issue. After looking on you tube, i figured out to fix it. So i told miller how to fix my own truck. (thank you , you tube). Needless to say i go else were for service now and only get charged once instead of twice for the same problem

Be aware. The service department charged me $3.99 for a plastic part to fix my daughter's car and it worked. The part was under warranty, but nobody has time for that.

Yesterday, I picked up my new Ford Transit 250 van which I ordered a few months ago. The entire process was substantially better and easier than my new-car buying experiences at other dealerships in the past. I worked with Trevor through the ordering process, and Mike handled the delivery. The delivery took less than 30 minutes which is hours less than at other new-car dealerships. The entire process was efficient, honest, and friendly.

My daughter bought a Ford explorer with guarantees on condition and mechanical The vehicle has several issues Miller is not stepping up very shoddy do not recommend

I'm a huge Ford fan but this dealership let me down. My uncle took his van in for an oil change and the mechanic did not install the filter correctly and 3 mi down the road all of our oil was out of the vehicle. They of course paid for the tow truck but it was a pain to deal with and wasted some of the time in our day while trying to plan for a family trip. I will not return to this dealership.

Can't say enough about how great Kenny Daniels was to work with! He answered all our questions explained the best options in vehicles that would fit with what we were looking for! Even answered our questions on leasing verses buying! We have purchased many vehicles from Miller motors and have always been very satisfied! Honest reliable dealership! Thanks again Kenny!!!
