I came in to have my oil changed yesterday after I purchased a vehicle last summer from the used sales department. My service adviser was named Dan S, and he was highly amazing. He told me that I needed a new drain plug for my oil 6 he offered me a loaner truck for the night. Since the oil change was included in my first service with the purchase of the vehicle. I was not charged for any issues pertaining to the oil plug. He called me this morning and told me that it was already ready and I did not owe anything. I told him I'd see him this afternoon after work to exchange vehicles. I am highly appreciative that there are good people in the world.

The staff and workers at the Burlington Lynch Body Shop are experts at what they do and I am very happy with their service! After a small accident, I took my car in for repairs, which they completed in a timely manner and with quality as a priority. I felt that the shop communicated updates regarding the completion of the repairs very well because I never felt out of the loop, so to say. As I was new to the insurance aspect of car repairs, I was also very thankful that the staff were willing to walk me through the process when I first brought in my car (Erika was especially helpful!). I would recommend Lynch's services to anyone in need of a quality repair job!Services: Electrical, Body & Trim

Julian at the auto body shop at Burlington did a fantastic job repairing my front bumper, He went above and beyond and washed my car and screwed my front license plate on my vehicle!Not only that but he has awesome customer service skills. Thanks for the service!

I love Lynch and won't go anywhere else. I take my vehicles to Lynch for regular oil changes, service, tires, and collision repairs. They provide great service!

Lynch s body shop was the only place I would trust to repair my Denali after a deer hit, and they did not let me down. They restored my ride to original feel and look! Thanks Julian!

This will be the second time bringing my vehicles to the lynch body shop. I was involved in an accident with my 2014 Silverado that had extensive front end damage and lynch made it like brand new again excellent work! Make sure to see Wayne Cole or Julian Pangburn for excellent service!

Unprofessional work done. I work on my truck a lot but I was involved in a minor accident so I figured I d just have the work done by a body shop with the money I received. After it took them weeks to complete the basic job there were bolts missing left and right and they didn t install my bumper securely. Would not recommend, take it anywhere else.

They did a wonderful job fixing my car after it took a hit to a retaining wall! Would definitely bring my car back here if ever needed again.
