Tyler Swanson, Product Specialist helped me out with the purchase of a 2009 Caddilac and I bought the car as is in their used car lot. I am very pleased with the quality of the vehicle and the service! I had a minor discrepancy about a service point on the car and Tyler had me set in an hour feeling great about my customer experience at Lynch and on the road again when I came in. Overall I'm very glad with the overall quality of the purchased vehicle, and great customer experience at Lynch in Burlington. Friendly people and a good atmosphere!Thank you Tyler,Sean

Worked with Woody out of Mukwonago location on a multiple truck "fleet" deal that we took delivery of in Burlington.Have wanted to do business with The Lynch group for years hearing radio ads and driving by dealerships and have been thoroughly satisfied with the process. So happy to be part of the Lynch customer family.Exceptional customer service from Woody. Extremely helpful and accessible for my company and my numerous questions.Also great experience with Pedro in the finance office at Burlington location.Very much looking forward to my first "Pit Stop" to meet the service team in Mukwonago.

My best experience buying a new to me truck. I worked with Nick Uhen. He was awesome, patient and very helpful. Very competitive prices and they did not low ball my trade in, and no hidden fees on the contract. This will be the first dealership I go back to when it's time for another truck. I would recommend family, friends and co-workers 10 out of 10 times

They take great care of you. Have quality vehicles at a great price. Plus gave me a more than fair price for my trade in.I live 1 1/2 hours away, called talked to them asking about any other hidden costs, then asked them to call me if it sold on my drive. Showed up at 5pm on Friday, they close at 6pm. Bob Christensen was very patient and helpful. After I test drove it and seen it was everything I wanted I figured great, now they are going to low ball my trade in. When he came back with the trade in value and what I would owe I couldn t say No. Great deal. Then Evan in financing was super helpful, i have great credit but he got me cheaper financing than my own credit union could offer. Was Amazed. I was there till 7, again no rush getting me out. These are great people to deal with, unlike the other 5 dealerships I shopped the 3 weeks before. Next time i ll stop there first.

Josh is the best! Today we purchased our 2nd vehicle from him. He is the most honest and nicest NON PUSHY sales guy I have ever met. He is down to earth and all around great guy! Josh cares about his customers and will do anything within his power and beyond to make your deal or dream vehicle happen! I definitely appreciate his effort and care into the relationship my wife and I have with him and the dealer in general.Today we purchased a NEW 2024 GMC Sierra 2500 AT4X Thank you so much Josh! I have nothing but good things to say about Lynch GM and the entire process of purchasing my new to me truck through them. First off their prices are very competitive, the truck i bought was priced better than anything similar I could find in the area. Secondly, I was there for nearly 4 hours the first day comparing trucks and prices and going for test drives and asking every question under the sun. The salesman I worked with, Graham Robson, worked very hard making sure every question I had was answered and every truck I wanted to see was pulled around and ready for a test drive. Never once was he anything but helpful and positive even though i had him running all over the dealership all morning. Then after leaving he stayed in contact with me back and forth all week long trying to tie up and coordinate all the loose ends of a complicated transaction I created. The day of picking up the new truck Evan from the billing department made the paperwork and signings a breeze. All around my experience was nothing but fun and positive. I always hesitate to leave a review before I get to see how everything goes after owning the vehicle for a while but if the after-sale service is half as good as the pre-sale then I m confident I will continue to have nothing but good things to say about this place.

Purchased our truck from them just 2 days ago after having gotten into an accident, and Tyler was amazing. He helped answer out questions and wasn't pushy, went above and beyond trying to help us, and Pedro the in financial was amazing he went over everything and had he talked to us like people was very personable and he was quick we were ready to be there all day like anywhere else but they had us in and out in about 4 hours and in the vehicle we wanted found the best lender for us with the best competitive rates!!! Would definitely go back to them for a second vehicle!!

I recently purchased a new-to-me 2023 Chevy Traverse from Lynch. We don t live very close but decided to take a drive because they had a few to look at. Bob, Craig and Dan treated us great! No pressure whatsoever. We had no intention of trading my vehicle in but they offered a great price for my trade that we couldn t possibly say no to. I highly recommend checking them out if you re looking for a new or used vehicle.

In the past 12 or so years we have leased 3 vehicles and bought 2 vehicles from Lynch. We recently went to trade in our 2016 Traverse (97,000 miles) that we bought from them 5 years ago for about $35k. We were offered $1,500 for the vehicle. My sister received $3500 for her 2010 minivan from a different Chevy dealer. We expressed our frustration with the GM Jim Olsson who indicated based on the notes in the file that is the appropriate assessment of the vehicle due to paint damage and exhaust system repairs that would be needed. He didn t ask anything about what vehicle we were looking to purchase or how he could help in any other way. He just stopped responding to my emails. We went to Frank Boucher and it was a completely different experience. You could tell they cared about their customers and wanted to go above and beyond. They didn t have the exact vehicle we wanted so offered to throw in leather seats for free. We didn t find exactly what we wanted so they took down our contact information and are in contact to let us know when the perfect vehicle arrives. Lynch could care less about loyal customer. Save yourself the trouble, time and hassle and go to a different Chevy dealer.

We recently purchased a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Our Product Specialist, Jeff Mucks was terrific to work with, along with Dan Dotzler who wrote up the numbers and Craig Roffers who called us the very next day to set up an appointment for Exterior/Interior maintenance. Everyone we have dealt with at Lynch has been super kind, happy, helpful and very proud to be a part of the Lynch family. So refreshing to receive such stellar customer service. You can tell when people care about what they do and at Lynch they do care! Love my Jeep!!

Two days ago my husband and I had an amazing experience at Lynch Chevy Burlington We had previously purchased a truck from them 7 yrs ago.Our salesman Jeff M (who helped us 7 yrs ago) was very friendly and knowledgeable in all aspects of buying a used vehicle.Jeff was wonderfull- and patient when trying to explain all the features available with my new Chevy Blazer-he even found the perfect blue color that I was seeking.In addition to Jeff we also worked with Craig and Pedro to help with the paperwork and financial end of the deal.Everyone @ Lynch were super friendly and welcoming.They seemed like they enjoy working together as a team.

Salesman Jeff Mucks at the Burlington Lynch location was awesome throughout the entire process. Gave me helpful tips that I know many other salesmen would not & was super patient with me and my insurance company. Everyone at Lynch was always super helpful and made sure I was taken care of, every step of the way! I even recommended Lynch and specifically Jeff to my coworker who is also looking for a new car. Lynch treats you like family! Shopping local was super important to me and I'm proud of the people that represent Lynch Chevrolet GMC of Burlington.

We just bought a Used Subaru from Lynch on Monday the 25th. Our salesman, Nick Uhen, and the Used Sales Manager, Geoff Eckhardt, were terrific. If I could leave 6 stars, I would. They were both very personal and professional in every regard. From greeting us, negotiating purchase, through delivery and seeing us leave the entire experience was tremendous! The commute to and from the dealership was long, but worth the trip! Will certainly be recommending both of them as well as the Lynch family of dealerships to friends and family!

Jeff was our used truck salesman, awesome guy. After a few days a check engine light came on. He was alerted and he made sure there was person there to check the code when we said we could get back to the dealer. It wasn't after hours.Just the soonest we could get there after work. Ended up a generic code which was taken care of while we waited. Dan in finance was awesome also. Thank you.

Graham Robson is hands down the best salesman I have dealt with in all of my years of purchasing. His professionalism is unmatched and he truly takes the time to answer any question you may have. He made my car buying experience delightful and easy. I would like to give a big high 5 to Evan an Alec for a great experience in my purchase of my 2018 pickup. quick story, my last truck a 2000 chevy with 303000 miles finally let me high an dry 2 days before a long planned pheasant hunt to South Dakota. I called Evan told him I needed a truck in a day and low an behold I was driving my new (and very clean thanks to Alec) truck home very next day. Great guys to work with. Will recommend them highly.Thanks again guys!!!!!!

I am extremely grateful to the Lynch Team for their help with my purchase of the Hummer EV Pickup truck. Let me give special thanks to Graham Robson, my most knowledgable, efficient, respectful, and personable sales rep- who had kept in touch with me for months after I had put a deposit on this vehicle, awaiting availability. I purchased from Lynch, and have never heard from the other GMC dealership where I also put a deposit a few years ago. Graham was throughly knowledgable on all the technology this amazing vehicle provides, and patiently went through it. I now am able to have my truck bake me a cake-haha. Also, special thanks to Patrick Lynch, owner , who took his time on more than one occasion to warmly meet and greet me. We shared some laughs, and overall I had FUN at this dealership. The remaining staff was also warm and inviting , even Tyson, their marketing director, who gave me my last nudge to get in and see the available Hummer. I thank the whole team. Isaac, my salesman couldn t have been better! He was very knowledgeable , friendly, and helpful. I have bought a lot of cars from dealerships, not one those dealerships come even close to the overall good experience I had purchasing my truck at Lynch. I will definitely come back to Lynch. They were all great there. I m going to tell people I know to go to Lynch and ask for Isaac .

I had previously taken in my brand new 2024 GMC Terrain to Kunes GMC in Oak Creek for service because it was leaking a pinkish/reddish fluid!!! They said nothing was wrong with it so I brought it to Lynch service in Burlington, WI and received the most comprehensive, pleasant and prompt REPAIR of the leaking transmission fluid. I can't say how much I appreciate the service received by Lynch service personal, techs and associated employees! I was ready to give up on my very 1st brand new car I had ever bought and disappointed with the original dealership. Very pleased with every aspect of service thru Lynch dealership!!! Thanks again, my faith is restored!!! I strongly deter anybody from working with the Kunes dealerships!!!

Christian helped me find the perfect car and i cannot be happier! This was my first time buying a new car. I went with a pre-owned option but it was in such good condition, id consider it new!
