Worst experience Ever! In my 58yrs I have NEVER been treated so horribly! This man with NO Name tag argues with me about the price of a car charger that is clearly marked on tag where it was hung! First he said I grabbed the Wrong charger & that it was hung in the Wrong place. I calmly explained that the label on the charger matches what it says on the mylar and that I used to manage a retail store. He then told me that it s the price that rings up Not the price where it was hung! I explained to him that that wasn t correct and that he needed to honor the price on the Mylar (where the item was displayed). He then said, I know what s going on here !!! I asked what he meant by that? He curtly replied, you know !!! I said I didn t and he would not respond.**Photo of the charger and it s corresponding mylar.

If I could give this store ZERO stars I would. Management is seriously lacking at this location. They hire people and then they don t get in contact with you all the while promising to call you back, with no phone call back, and finally being told they hired someone else in your place with NO explanation. Food is decent, but other than that- this store is a big FAIL. They need to stop wasting people s time. I have reported them to the BBB.Parking: This store sucks

Very good pizza, fresh and hot, and they delivered quickly! The delivery driver was so patient and helpful while I was dealing with excited children and barking dogs even. This will now be my go-to pizza when I'm in town visiting my grandchildren!

Was really impressed by this location the first time we visited but today we ordered a pizza online and when we got it home we realized it was insanely greasy. We tried dabbing as much of it off as we could with napkins but it didn't do much. Have been feeling sick ever since eating it. Disappointing since we liked this location but definitely will not be ordering food anymore

I think they are one of the best places to get a pizza in Burlington! Fresh dough made daily and they're not skimpy with the toppings. They also have great subs!

Please stop over cooking the cheese flips! They are always burnt and empty. They are being cooked too long, all the filling is missing inside them. PLEASE STOP OVER COOKING THE CHEESEFLIPS!!!

Happy to have two Casey's in the Waterford area. Great place for coffee, food, snacks & fuel. Large parking lot for easy in and out. Fresh bakery daily. Try their pizza. Always hot and ready for eating or take out

When you work in retail you generally are more tolerant to poor service! We went in to try this new store for the first time and will never go back or recommend to anyone! Two male employees were pre-occupied with their backs to us. After finally getting their attention the one employee says be right there..... And again we stood there and tood there and stood there. All we wanted was to order a pizza to go, lol but they refused to serve us or even ask what we needed. A third younger employee walked in from outside grabbed his apron hanging up and just stood there talking to the other employees.. Glancing at us a few times. Finally we had seen enough and walked out. I was really excited to try this new business but let down! Poor showing for a brand new business in town!!!

I love the candy aisle of Caseys General Store! It's the one thing that sets it apart from other convenience stores in the area. If you're a sweet-lover or feeling nostalgic for a treat from days gone by, Caseys probably has something for your sugar tooth!

Super friendly even when things got busy and they were short staffed. Amy gave me one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Will be getting sandwiches from here more often!

There's an employee by the name of Tasha who stands there high and smokes pot in the parking lot while she's supposed to be working. Very sad employee they have working there.

Very clean and modern, has excellent made to order food. Their pizza is actually the best in town.I appreciate that they have both 91 and 93 octane fuel

Good, clean location. Not open 24 hours a day. Staff is cheerful and asks if they can help if you start to look like you can't find something.

They have a lot of things that are good for cheap but it's not a one stop shop, I've been there many times and they just don't have what i need. They have a great rewards program.

50 years old and carded for smokes, I was forced to go out in the pouring rain to get ID out of car. I hope your business fails. CUSTOMERS DONT MEAN MUCH TO YOU!!

Clean gas station and restrooms! Extremely friendly staff, one of the cashiers cracks jokes and puts a smile on everyone's face to better their day!

Just wow I got to say...and that is being sarcastic. A smile yea cuz I was thinking you sure dont have to go to that extreme to impress me. Lost my service because that was a bit much. Sad.
