Reliable, fast, and honest. Steve and Eric will quickly diagnose the problem, and fix your car effectively at a reasonable price. Not afraid of European cars, I ve had them work on various Saab s and a used BMW. Wish more auto shops were like this ... my adult kids have experienced some real unscrupulous mechanics in other cities they ve lived in.

This place sucked worse than any of the have found down here gave them one problem to fix with parts provided! They said my part was useless and I had them order a new one. Owner also told me what else was wrong with my vehicle and I said okay fix it ha! I paid for the original reason my car was brought in for and guess what I still have the same problem yup they put on the brand new part but nope dust bleed or fix the problem it was brought in for!!!!Service: Auto brake repair

Manager is rude, the price of services vary on how they feel. Type of shop that charges more when they're not having a good day. Give them a call and find out yourself

I've trusted Steve to repair my vehicles since 1986. He's always been fair, and quick. I have never had an issue with his work.

I have been taking my car to Burlington Auto for many years, and know that I will ALWAYS have excellent and affordable service. Steve has taken care of my Alero since I purchased it used, in 2002, and I consider that "excellent and affordable service" to be the main reason that my 18 year old car continues to cruise right along!

This place is wonderful. The owner doesn't do repairs that aren't necessary, and doesn't try to convince you something is wrong with your car when there isn't. Very honest guy. He has no front end staff, so he answers his own phone while simultaneously working on vehicles, so you have to let it ring awhile so he can answer it - FYI.

They do good work and don't do unnecessary things. Quick service good workmanship at a fair price. I highly recommend them for your auto repair or maintenance needs!

I was coming back from Waterford and I had a flat tire I needed someone to check it. it was an emergency so I tried to find the nearest auto shop on my phone and I found that one then I went in I asked for help the owner looked at me rude and said "what do you want" I told him and then looked at me confused and said " Im not going out there it's cold" I asked please. And just kept scratching his forehead while sighlintly saying fu$k.One of the employees came out and said what the problem he helped me instead if it wasnt for him I dont know if I would of been helped and I wasnt going to give my car to a owner that did not want to help me and just kept yelling rudely and bad language! And at the end i took my car somewhere else to get fixed i said thanks anyway and the owner said "hope you make it" sarcastically while rolling his eyes.
