The people who work here are awesome! They do a great job at repairing phones! I work at the Verizon store nearby and have referred a lot of people here and they always get the info or repair they need done here. Thank you guys for being great at what you do!

Joe from Batteries Plus did a great job helping my electric keys to work instead of unlocking car with keys myself. So much better using remote especially depending on weather. If you haven t tried them I recommend you do. Thanks Joe and Batteries Plus.

Great store and customer service! They changed my watch battery for me. They also have great prices on household batteries.They are knowledgeable and very helpful. They have many unique and useful products for sale, and can fix your damaged phone screen. I highly recommend stopping in and checking it out.

Have received great products and service here - visited multiple times since they opened. We've had car batteries replaced, phone batteries replaced, phone screens repaired. Most recently, my vehicle started throwing charging system warning messages after work late in the day. Joe had me bring it right over and tested the battery, starter and alternator for free. Quickly identified the alternator as the issue and directed me to take it right to the shop. Followed up to make sure I got there safely. I trust Batteries Plus in Burlington to provide great products and service and to stand behind the work that they do.

I've had a great experience here since they arrived in town!I needed an ATV battery on very short notice and then a month later needed a truck battery!They offer very competitive prices, super friendly management and staff, and they were very helpful installing my battery in my truck on the spot!They also have some amazing rechargeable flashlights too by the best light company I know!I'm veay happy they are here in Burlington!I wish them the best of success, and I support them!

Joe was the best in repairing our iPhone. When you go to get your phone fixed you want to find someone who respects your time, data and expense. Joe did all of these! He expertly diagnosed the problem which avoided replacing g a lot of parts. He was very careful to explain the options and help us through any ramifications of our decisions. He preserved our data and saved us a lot of time in the process. So much better than a lot of the options out there! Thank you!!! One beyond satisfied customer

Our battery died at the end of the day, got it jumped and running; I called 2 other locations around 6:00pm and they all close at 9:00 and both locations said they won't replace the battery because it is TOO LATE. I called Batteries Plus around 7:00PM and Joe answered he said they close at 8:00 and gave me all the info and pricing over the phone and offered to change it immediately!!!Joe is very knowledgeable; respectful and provided outstanding service. I highly recommend this store over any other stores in case you need to replace your battery.

Joe and Wilbur absolutely saved the day! Brought in my iPhone 7 and had no idea why it wouldn t turn on. They fixed the software issue in less than an hour and charged me nothing. I will 100% be back just to shop the awesome tech products they have in store!

Store refused to price match another Batteries Plus store. Simple, they lose a $100 sale. Every sale / dollar counts in my opinion. Won't shop at the Burlington store, sales associated also seemed unhelpful.

Extremly clean and orderly store with excellent service. Savanah recommended me the Geenie RGB LED light bulbs. I can say for the price offered they are the best and brightest full RGB bulb I have bought. Being able to use an app to control the brightness and color is a huge upgrade itself.

They sell products that don t work as advertised and then don t accept returns. How else are you supposed to know if a charger works without attaching it to a freaking battery! Then he argues with me and tells me he tested my battery and his tester said it was fully charged. Such a lie because my equipment wouldn t even turn on. Low and behold I find a different charger to for my battery elsewhere and my battery charges and now my equipment works. Sounds like his tester is fraudulent and he scams people for a living for money. NEVER coming back

Very pleased. Programmed and cut a new key for my car. This process can take a while but it took a little bit longer than expected. They were doing some training for a new employee. Again, very happy with the experience.
