Walter, Charlie, and Brad were incredibly helpful when I was having battery issues. They took the time to get my car running and double check for any other possible issues. All three of them were professional and knowledgeable in their field. I would highly recommend!

I was just helped by Walter, Joe, and Ed with a check engine light. They immediately greeted me and were eager to help me coming out in the rain to check my car. They guessed the problem right away, got me the correct part I needed, and even installed it in the rain. I was out in under 15 minutes with my check engine light off and in a happier mood than when I came. I highly recommend to other in the area, I will come back the next time I need any car help.

Employees here clearly more interested in their personal conversations and sitting at their desk instead of assisting a customer. Called for a part came in to pick it up. Guy at the counter said I must have talked to other gentleman sitting at the desk. They could clearly hear our conversation but kept on with theirs. The man at the counter couldn't find the part in the computer. So I asked the other guys if any of them pulled the part. Man sitting down said yeah it's right here. So I went to grab it to bring it to the counter 5 ft away and he wouldn't let the thing go said the man at the counter could get it. Not sure what that was about but I personally felt that was kind of disrespectful. Like I'm going to walk out with it? Chill out dude I was the only one in there. Will never set up a professional account like I have at all other autoparts stores.Update...2/7/24 no one has reached out to me to inquire about what happened or to try to make it right...guess you are all still interested in keeping the 1 star review and we'll never have my professional account.

Stopped at one location and they did not have what I needed. The counter worker found the product I needed and called the store to verify they had it. The next store pulled the product and had it waiting for me. Parts fit perfectly and I appreciate Advance Auto even more!

They try harder than orielys. Also have more product greater value they do not try to sell you the most expensive products

Chris is amazing. He never lets you down and always gives you a straight answer. He's way to smart to be working here but my husband loves it when he answers the phone or rings us up. He's always up to make you laugh and gives ideas or options to make your life easier.

I needed a new battery for one of our cars. The men on duty were very helpful and made sure I had a good replacement for the old battery. It matched the size and power I needed and started the car right up. I appreciate all their help since I wasn't sure what I needed to do.

Extremely happy with this place!! I will definitely be giving this place my business for auto-parts. I had an issue with my van starting, and I wasn't sure if it was the starter, alternator or the battery. Well, the service person there put a tester on it to see what it was. Well, it was the battery, and the starter was rating good still, and the alternator was rating good as well. I was more than happy to spend $129 on the battery, than $500 on the alternator on installation and part. Highly recommend!!

If you need anything, ask for Chris. This guy is knowledgeable, friendly and funny. He helped me confirm my alternator was dead. Hooked me up with a new one and switched over the B post connection with sub-standard tools, but we laughed about it. This man is a valuable employee, dedicated to customer service - difficult to find these days. Thank you Chris!

The staff is extremely knowledgeable. I recently purchased a vehicle & want to make a few of the repairs myself; I spoke with a few employees about different things & each one treated me with respect & walked me through what I needed to do. For example: sealing the rubber in my sun roof; a radiator hose; the coolant reservoir cover, etc. Simple things but things I've never done before. Their prices don't seem bad but I'm used to Walmart prices & only purchasing oil & coolant. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience & will recommend them to my friends.

Manger was not only rude but vindictive in nature. Refused to bench test an alternator after I returned a reman that was bad. Well worth a drive to Mukwonago to not patronize this burlington store.

Hope you're not in a rush. I went into the store and waited for almost 15 minutes before being acknowledged. BTW there was no one in front of me at the counters. But all 4 phone calls were handled before I even got a " I'll be right with you.". Now I just gave up trying to get helped on the phone. 1st try and I got put on hold for 15 minutes with no response. Hung up and called again. A respectful young lady answered the phone, listened to my request and asked me to hold. I hung up after 10 minutes. I can't to win with this one.

Husband and I came in to get a new battery and when he and one of the associates went outside to test the battery I stayed behind to browse license plate frames. Another associate approached me and asked if I needed any assistance, I said no thanks and that I was waiting for my husband and the associate responded Oh so you re just in here wasting his money then and walked away. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Glad we ended up not having to buy a new battery. The older gentleman that helped my husband outside was nice at least

Every time my fianc� gets parts they always give him the wrong ones and put up a fight when he exchanges them for the correct ones. He works on many vehicles for family and friends and it is getting ridiculous. The employees are so cocky and have bad attitudes.

Todays visit 8/2/2019 @416 pm. Me and one custom.er in store. Lady working made 2 phone calls did not greet me. After standing there for 10 minutes she waited on the random customer that came to the counter. I know its hard to find help but this one is a complete failure. Been using this store as a primary 1st stop for customers as well as myself since the opening... Every year it drops in skill as well as customer service.. It is my experience that the management lacks the required fundamentals to maintain a relationship within and also to the people patronizing their establishment. If you're in the Burlington WI area, I would give NAPA or B2B a chance.. The only real positive of Advance is the hours...It's a shame, I've sent people to this store for 10 years!!

The staff here is outstanding here. I have personally been helped by Sean, Kevin, Katie, Chris, Mike and possibly others with issues I had and have had problems corrected by a knowledgable staff and didnt cost me a dime except what the part to fix it cost

I ordered two tie rods online. When I got to the store they tried to give me one complete tie rod and another missing the hardware... kind of they actually had put the wrong type of nut in the box.

Ordered my parts online and they were not ready for me over an hour later. Had to wait while they picked the parts which isn't a big deal, however the workers behind the counter actrd very unprofessional, sorry im just being real. I have been buying my parts there the last few years but have not ever since then will not anytime in the future.
