If anyone should've written a Google review about this place by now it would be me. Jeff and his techs have been taking care of me since I had my license. Service is always quick and done well. I've owned multiple performance vehicles and he has worked on all of them. Always figuring out the problems and also communicating with me through out the process. If there is any place I'd trust to work on my vehicle especially performance based vehicles...they've got it! They also are a seller of Hankook tires and beat a lot of other tire shops. I trust these guys to take care of all my vehicles. They do not try to sell me unnecessary things and they know what a torque wrench is. For my Accord they fixed a power steering noise caused by a leaking o-ring when they could had said the pump was bad or anything else. This is a good shop that has my business.

Great customer service and attention. They do a full point inspection and top off all fluids, no charge. They are thorough and look out for your best interest. They let you know what needs to be fixed right away and what can wait. To me this proves they are not out to rip you off like some places. Very fair pricing and great to work with. Only place I'd recommend to family and friends.

Jeff has gone above and beyond over the past few years that my family and I have done business with him. He goes out of his way to find the best deals on parts and is always honest with his labor costs. This place is great. Had some custom welding done on my RV, they got it done very quickly. Great work, very reasonably priced.Update (2 yrs later): Just had more work done with these guys. Very reasonably priced, great work done and done fast. If I could award more than 5 stars I would.

My only experience here is for an emissions test. This seems to be one of the few places left in Burlington that do it. They were quick and friendly, and the seating area was comfortable. The man behind the desk was not wearing a mask, if you care about that, and a technician will drive your vehicle into the shop. I can't speak to their quality of repairs, but would definitely consider bringing my vehicle here for service should the need arise.

Jeff and his employees are great! Everyone is very dedicated, and the prices are reasonable. Jeff goes out of his way to make sure everything is handled professionally, competently and correctly! I would recommend Accelerated Auto without hesitation.

My husband and I were on a trip from Ohio to Green Bay, WI and made a detour to stop at a store just a bit out of our way when our car had a malfunction light come on and the car lost most power. After trying to find a local shop to bring it to I finally called AAA. They were going to have Accelerated Auto tow it to a repair shop 45 minutes away. AAA then noted to me that Accelerated Auto not only tows, but repairs. I was thrilled as it was going to be much faster. Car was towed and fixed within 2 hours thanks to Jeff, Matt & crew. It was very reasonably priced and we were back on our way. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

They did amazing work on my car. Maintaining clear communication with me with what was going on. All of the work I need done was taken care of in a timely manner getting me safely back on the road.

The mechanics have always taken their time to explain the problems and have given us reasonable quotes to fix the issues. They have also told us when it has not been worth it. The service has been prompt and if there has ever been an issue with their work they make it right. They treat our family and all our vehicles as if their reputation depends on us. Thank you Accelerated.

This company is one of the worst around. Took my car in with symptoms, they came back with a quote. I paid it. Picked up the car.. SAME symptoms, same problem, no repair. Took it back to them same day, they quoted me 4 times the original repairs and said it was something different. Paid them, picked up the car.. SAME freaking symptoms, error message, etc. NO REPAIRS. Took it back to them the next morning, they quoted me 3 times the second price up to 2 thousand the third time. Will NEVER use them again.

My car had an intermittent vibration in the front end. 2 other repair shop couldn't find the problem. Jeff and his guys had it fixed in hours at a reasonable price. I couldn't be happier!

I have been going here for over 3 years. The owner (Jeff Hynous) makes sure things get done in a timely fashion. He personally keeps customers stay updated. they found the squeak coming from my shop that the other mechanic shops didn t. but to replace 3 u joints in a drive shaft isn t worth 550$ worth of work. get work but on the higher end on price.

I've taken my vehicles here twice for maintenance I'm not able to do on my own. They do good work at a fair price, and it's only a 15 minute walk from my house, so dropping off vehicles is easy to do.

Please make sure your tow truck technician s know how to fully operate your rigs in tight turns and spots. It is unacceptable for anything less than that. If I can fit a full size extended cab 2500 and a car trailer down a road no reason a driver can't.

Nightmare experience with these guys.My car was towed by Accelerated Auto after sliding into a snow bank. When I called later about the car he said $50/day storage and $60 for towing. He was dispatched by AAA and I said the towing should definitely have been paid by them. He said it wasn't and I should call them. He wanted me to tell them it was towed from another address in nearby Lake Geneva because the longer distance would get him better reimbursement. I spoke to AAA about the payment. They said payment had already been approved and they called him on it. He got angry and doubled his normal storage fee to $100/day. The car could only be released if I drove the 50 miles there and paid in cash. I guess he has the right to charge whatever he wants. In this case he gouged me because he doesnt like what AAA pays.The owner, Jeff, is dishonest. AVOID ACCELERATED AUTO IN BURLINGTON.

This is absolutely without a doubt the best shop in burlington. Great prices and great quality work, look if you need your car repaired take it here n be done. They also do inspections for license plates.

I have always used Accelerated Auto for towing services. Mark is always friendly, no matter the time, or weather! And keeps me posted if hes running behind. I have AAA and request them!

I've used Accelerated Auto for years now and I've never gotten bad service and cost hasn't been an issue. They offer plate service now which is great.

Spectacular service. They even store my Winter tires, and one of their guys is helping me get rid of my last set, after a deer wrecked that car. Great place!

I appreciate this auto repair shop. They have helped me more than once and they are HONEST AND TRUTHFUL!! If something doesnt NEED to be fixed, then they wont "fix" it. Not very many places do that anymore.

This place is great. Great work at a reasonable price. Ask for my buddy Jeff he will take good care of you
