I called this place and left a message to get a call back about my 98 Honda CBR600 F3. Bud called me back the next day. Rather than just give me his next available appointment and hang up he asked me to explain the symptoms to him. We were on the phone for almost 30 min and he even went as far as looking up the coolant I had purchased to ensure that it wouldn t cause damage to my motor.It is far and few between that you find a business owner that is willing to help someone over the phone who is not yet a paying customer. He gave me a couple ways to try to repair the run ability of the bike because he said he didn t want me to have to wait for a few months to get it into his shop.I can tell you one thing for sure, I will be a paying customer of Buds in the future! His customer service is above and beyond. He took time out of his crazy busy schedule to help me. That is rare in these days! Thank you Bud!

Bud did an outstanding job on my Harley-Davidson. He is very thorough and explained the work needing done. I'm very picky on who works on my stuff. Nail Creek Cycles will be my go to for my motorcycle.

I took my ultra classic to him for a radio replacement and he looked over the entire thing. Saw that it need rear breaks and the drive belt needed to be tighten. It was at other shops that said they were good to go.

Nail Creek Cycles is THE shop to do your bike work. Harley's, yes...and everything else. Trust is what you need, in your cycle mechanic and Bud fosters that, in spades. He runs his shop like you always thought a business SHOULD be run. He's close, for me but if he wasn't, I'd travel the distance to get my work done.

I had a tire problem during a group bike trip on a Saturday. We called and they got us in right away. While we grabbed lunch he fixed the problem and we were able to continue on our way. Great service and great prices!

Great place to take a bike. Bud keeps his word good about communication all in all a stand up guy. I'd recommend nail creek cycles to anybody looking for a good mechanic.

I was on my way from Montana, where I had broken my right leg, to Michigan. Day three, I was paying through and stopped. Bud was able to redneck up a highway pegfor me so I could get this darn leg up off of the peg on my V-StromSaved me some pain, great guy. If I'm ever in his neck of the woods again you can bet he's getting my business.

This is the best place to go if you need help working on your motor cycle or if you need to have some work done on it. If you want something special or something specific it will get done here and done right!!
