Definitely would not bring your car here for NON-scheduled service. Dropped my car off on Saturday. Called first thing Monday AM.Several times I had to call (10+ times) with no update. Was told, "we set your car to the side because it was a Nissan and we did not know where that would be coming from", even though I purchased my Nissan from Soren's. Also was told that he would check on an update on my car "after his snack", and lastly, "now we are just wasting time" on Tuesday when I called and it had still not been looked at.Had my car towed off the lot and taken elsewhere so I could actually have some progress made on it.

Super service. Took my car into Soerens on Friday AM they called shortly afterwords saying the parts needed, had to be ordered.On Saturday saying your car is ready for pickup at 4:45 but we close at 5:00. I had my sister come and give me a ride over, but we were late. The manager came over opened the door let me in, prepared the bill me, gave me keys and informed they had also prepared the warranty work needed on the vehicle at no charge.Thank you, Soerens Ford,Jim RyanBrookfield, WI

I have always received excellent service at Sorens. I did not buy my vehicle at this location, and it isn t the closest dealership to my home, but I continue to use Soren s for servicing because they are very accommodating and have better pricing than other dealerships.

Update - 02/22/24:Recently had my wifes vehicle in for service. While they were waiting for parts, they had the vehicle outside. We had gotten a notification that the perimeter alarm was going off on the vehicle during the times of 1-5 AM. We called the Service Department at the dealership and asked why we were getting notifications that the alarm was going off on our vehicle. He wasn't sure how we were getting notifications. When we explained we had the Ford Pass app on our phones, he had no clue what that was. None the less he said he would look into it. He called back later and said the alarm had gone off that night due to a bad hood latch and asked if we wanted it repaired. We stated no. While they had the vehicle, for a leaking water pump, they said the wheel bearing was bad and would be replaced under warranty. We said fine, but please return the parts to us as they are under an AutoZone warranty as they were a few months old.So in the end, we got charged for a diagnostic of a perimeter alram that turned out to be the hood not being latched shut all of the way when they put the car outside, and were not returned the parts that we specifically told the service write to return to us. I am not sure if it is the service writers or the technicians or both.This isn't the first POOR experience with the service department.

They pressure you to do repairs on the spot even if you really don't have the money at that time and you want to schedule repairs for another day. I had partial work done. Work was mediocre and very expensive. Had to have repairs rechecked. There was an issue. Won't go back for major repairs.

Soerens truly stands up to their motto "Home of the nice guys". We have purchased 6 vehicles from them and they always bend over backwards to find the vehicle and options we are looking for. We love their "no pressure" approach and actually enjoy going in. They will forever have our business and we will never go elsewhere. Pete is our go to salesman.

We purchased a 2023 Bronco Wildtrak on 12-16-22 from Soerens Ford! It was the most pleasant experience we've ever had buying a car!!
