Great experience buying a Mach-E from Doug. Very professional and knowledgeable, helped me out with every step of the process, even after the sale. This place is much better than most dealerships. The whole team did a nice job, its a high quality dealership. The manager Adam was also great.

This was the best car buying experience I ever had. Mike Walsh, the general manager and Matt Borkowski, our sales person were so great to work with. Bought the Ford Maverick and it was detailed and just perfect when we picked it up. Mike made this whole thing happen with his experience and knowledge, as we were able to order a highly desirable and hard to get truck at a good price. Matt spent quality time with us explaining all the features and the app. An added benefit - they have the best popcorn!!!!

Frank did an awesome job at finding the exact car I wanted with all the features I was hoping for! He was quick to respond to all the questions I had and made sure to keep in contact throughout the whole process. When I went to get the car he walked me through all the features which was extremely helpful since these cars come with so many options! Frank was very knowledgeable about the escape as he didn't hesitate to help me in setting up apple car play, seating memory, and various on-screen features. He was able to answer any question I threw at him, which made me feel confident driving off the lot in my new ride and encouraged me to reach out with any additional questions I might have. Definitely a great car buying experience and excellent salesman. If anyone's looking for a car, give Frank a call. Gold star for Frank and gold star for Soerens as everyone was very welcoming with no pressure.

I am so happy with my new 2023 Ford Maverick Lariat, Hybrid, Lt. Truck. My salesman, Nick P., was very professional and knowledgeable. He was extremely helpful, patient and made the experience enjoyable. I would definitely recommend and go back again.

Soerens Ford is the best dealership I could have asked for as a new car owner. I was able to purchase my first new car with them at a great price, but the service since has been excellent. Tyler in the service department has never once let me down in 4 years and continues to excel in his care and expertise on my vehicle. The kind of care he gives is the kind that keeps me happy and loyal to Soerens.

This was the best car buying experience I had since I purchased my first new car in 1972! Nice looking dealership, friendly, and true professional staff. This was an internet sale. The dealership is located in Brookfield, Wisconsin, I flew in from my home in Falls Church, Virginia. The salesman picked me up at the airport, we test drove the car, closed the sale, and I left the dealership in just a few hours to drive home. This 2023 Ford Explorer Platinum is a beautiful car and it ran perfectly. Thank you Soerens Ford of Brookfield!

Great Ford dealership! During my ordering & purchase process they were straight shooters.They did not play sales games or add stupid items like paint protection to run up the price on my Bronco. MSRP on the ordered Bronco.Highly recommend Matt in sales if you need a Ford!

We had a really difficult experience with Soerens Ford. It took almost a year for them to fix the heat in our van. Multiple times over the year we would be told they would check something and get back to us and never did. Leaving us with an unsafe vehicle each time. Each step of the process was so frustrating - leaving us without a car for weeks, not returning phone calls and returning the car with no heat several times. One time they returned the car saying it was fixed only to get home and realize the drivers door was not installed all the way and the heat was also still not fixed. The whole thing cost us over $2000 and months of frustration.

I went to go on a break and found out I had a flat tire. Caleb was extremely helpful with getting me in ASAP (15 min later). I was able to have my tire repaired and get back to work. I wasn't expecting to get in today. I appreciate the outstanding custom service, Caleb provided today. Caleb also assisted in a quote for some additional services needed. Thank you!!!

Had a really smooth vehicle repair process with Soerens Ford. Primarily worked with Zach, the Collision Center manager, to get my vehicle repaired. Also had an assist from Tyler in Service for the final bit of work. Very grateful for everyone's work, thank you!

The sales team is nice but I have had repeated dissatisfaction with the service team. 2 times it took 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. One other visit I was told to come back another time when I had an electrical issue but by the time I was able to return I was out of warranty and they would not honor my warranty because they failed to put any notes in the system. I even complained to ford corporate and no one reached out to rectify the situation. My time is more valuable than the apologies. I will be servicing elsewhere.

We purchased a 23 Ford Platinum Explorer with quite a list of must haves. It took us about 18 months to find just the right one. Our Sales Person, Scott Sawejka, was very patient, knowledgeable, professional and helpful. We really couldnt have asked for more. We ve purchased vehicles previously from Soerens, and the experiences have been almost perfect. Their maintenance department is one of the best we ve ever worked with. We would highly recommend Soerens as a go to dealer.

Review of service department only needed a last minute oil change before a road trip. Not my regular dealership but they got me in within a days notice and treated me as if I ve been a long time customer. The advisor was friendly and knowledgeable. During service they noticed my truck had an open recall and resolved the issue and oil change within an hour. Quick, friendly, and exactly what I needed.

We had a great experience with the service department. After going to Lake Ford several times for a warranty repair and being treated poorly, we decided to visit Soerens. Barb in the service department was fantastic! She called regularly with updates, always has answers and listened to questions, and if she didn t, she d find the answer or work with us to find it. We accomplished more with Soerens in two weeks than we accomplished with Lake Ford over the last year and a half with our vehicle, and most importantly, we had the repair work done we had been looking for.

Simple to expect them to perform the services they charge you for. Nope! You expect them to fill your tires with air on an oil change and tire rotation...no, they don't. Something so simple and they don't do it. How the service department goes...so goes the entire dealership.

Another great experience at Soerens Ford. Tyler is always so friendly and accommodating in service and always takes great care of me and my car. John in sales has always been honest and helpful with my last 2 car purchases at Soerens and I just bought my 3rd vehicle recently. Mike the manager eye candy was straightforward and very helpful in convincing me to buy from Soerens again, and I will. Your honesty and excellent customer service are greatly appreciated. Soerens has always taken great care of our family. The people always make the difference. You get the feeling that Stephanie empowers the team to make the right decisions for the customer. I m going to miss several people, but would like to specificity call out Tyler in Service, Adam in Sales and Anne in Finance. I only know the Technicians based on a job well done, but thank you for doing what you do. If you re in the market - they listen and do not pressure you. If it s service that s needed - they will make sure to make it right. I recommend Soerens without reservation.

My service advisor, Tyler was so kind and helpful. He even recognized my voice when I called! We have been lifetime customers of Soerens Ford for both purchasing vehicles and servicing them for over 40 years. They are honest and stand behind their work. It truly is the home of the nice guys!

Loved the experience! Matt was a great guide through the process. Never felt rushed or sold something. I was able to custom build the truck I wanted. Even thought the wait time was longer than planned (due to chip issue not Sorens) Matt was in touch with me keeping me up to date on the progress. He was prepared for delivery, and when I forgot some key paperwork (my fault not theirs) he went above and beyond to make it convenient for me. I will be back for service as well! Thank you Matt.
