Amazing customer service. Loaner car option is great. Customer drop off and pick up is fantastic. Communication is top notch. Appointment availability is wonderful. Only issue is the labor rate seems high but they re more than happy to let me do what repairs I can and then finish whatever is beyond my capabilities.

Silverlake always takes excellent care of us. Especially happy with their knowledge and care helping our daughter with her car. We never have to worry about second guessing a quote as they are always fair and very high tech. The ride home in the Tesla was a fun bonus. Israel helped us this time and he had a loaner ready for me when repairs were anticipated to take longer than expected. Then they got me back into my car earlier than we d hoped. Highly recommend them any day!

It was my first time going to Silver Lake Auto and we will definitely be taking our cars back there. Not only could they fit us in pretty quickly, but when I told them I d have to wait for my car to be ready to go with my infant, they offered their shuttle or to come pick up the car from our house. Their service was great and fast and they were so kind and explained everything that they did or needed to do! I love that they take pictures of everything and show you their assessment online!

I called Silver Lake Auto when virtually every brake light came on in my Lexus. They got me in next day and had the repairs completed the following day.These folks quite obviously take the customer experience very seriously. The waiting area is nice and clean with complimentary beverages, coffee and even fresh baked cookies, and their shuttle service is very convenient to avoid the hassle of coordinating rides.Every team member I had interaction with was positive and friendly.

What a fantastic auto care center. I literally ran over an Allen wrench a mile down the road from them and punctured my tire. It happened 45 mins before they were closing. I called in desperation to see if I could limp my car over to have it patched. Trevor answered and graciously said no problem. Pulled in and they had the tire fixed in less than 30 mins. Incredibly grateful and thankful for their great service.

The service at Silver Lake Auto was of the highest caliber. From the time I first called them until their shuttle service picked me up at my house to bring back to get my Jeep, I felt like I was getting the best. They took care of the problem of concern. And I felt they gave me an honest warning about some other issues that would need attention soon without any pressure to fix those immediately. They used my name. I was a person to them. The environment at the desk felt relaxed, peaceful and everyone seemed to like each other and what they were doing. I value quality and would recommend them to anyone who wants that experience.

I m very appreciative of Ben and his team, and I am looking forward to taking my vehicle there in the future. The shop has been extremely thorough with examining my vehicle and very forthcoming with communication regarding the potential repairs, which I really appreciate. Everyone at their shop has been extremely nice and respectful, which really goes a long way.

This was my first time going to Silver Lake Auto, after having a couple of shady mechanics "work" on my car, I found SLA, to be trust worthy.Cameron was very pleasant and knowledgeable and I can't omit Don the driver who was Awesome! I didn't have any work done this trip but I Will be returning!

Chris J. had always given me superior car advice and even helped me select new tires that have been awesome. The prices are great, the techs do great work, and they get stuff done so quick I wasn t able to enjoy their awesome waiting area for long. Keep up the great work!

Why would anyone take their car to a shop like Silverlake instead of the dealer? The idea is that the cost is less. I m encouraging everyone to shop their prices, they are either in line with the dealer or more expensive and the work and service is not up to par. There is certainly a cost of doing business and prices are up everywhere and they are more than happy to inform you of that but shouldn t they still be less than the cost of the dealer? I believe as a whole they are dishonest. Please get competitve quotes from other shops or the dealer before you let them hatchet your car.

I do not have enough good things to say about this place and so happy my family found them to take care of our fleet of VWs.Tony is a master at working on my late model MK4 VW wagons and has always done great work on my wife's Tiguan.I trust only them with my cars and from the very first moment we used them I felt like we could trust them. So hard to find an honest mechanic let alone an entire shop! They give you thorough thoughtful breakdowns of what 'could' be fixed but never pressure you into anything. So rare these days were shops are just trying to milk every dollar out of you.These guys have given me the privilege of never stepping foot in Hall VW again - scam artists.If you haven't used these guys - what are you doing? - highly recommend!From the service advisors to the mechanics these guys and girls are top notch! Thank you Silver Lake!

I had a flat and needed it fixed quickly. I called the major tire brand store first but the phone kept ringing, and was never answered. I decided to call Silverlake because they were close by. They answered immediately, gave me a reasonable price and had it done done quickly I will definitely go back.

Kyle was amazing with repairs and inspection. Used easy to read gauges and took photos of the reading so there was no question of it was necessary or not. Great customer service and shuttle driver so I didn't lose an entire day of work.

As a woman recently widowed who previously left all auto care to her husband, Silver Lake personnel have guided me through all necessary steps to ensure my car is ready for safe use through all seasons. They have never been too busy to answer and deal with all issues even though some may have seemed trivial. All necessary repairs have been done almost immediately. all transportation to and from appointments have been provided for and my spotlessly clean vehicle after their work is the source of amazement to my friends, many of whom are considering putting their automobiles in their care. Their work is always timely and completed as scheduled. I know I can count on Silver Lake with any auto concern to be there for me.

Brought my car in for wheel alignment. They did a full inspection of my vehicle, and found that they would be unable to do the wheel alignment. They did not charge me a dime, and provided me with a list of everything that was wrong. Absolutely amazing experience.

We had new tires and transmission fluid work done right before a blizzard. Cameron explained his wife's car had the same issue we were experiencing and changing fluid fixed the problem. The whole staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and helpful the customer understand the problem(s) of your vehicle!

Had an amazing experience here. Don t know any other place that takes pictures of what needs work/fixing. Very communicative when it comes to what NEEDS to get done vs something that can wait. 10/10

TL;DR - This team prioritizes customers over profit. Silver lake auto will be at the front of my mind for any upcoming car difficulty.Tire was punctured by a screw, deemed unrepairable upon inspection by silver lake technician. Was legitimately too close to the sidewall. Suggested I explore options best for ME rather than trying to sell me their tires.

Tyler was wonderful. Straight shooter, he kept us informed every step of the process. Going to amy mechanic and saying thete is a noise that sounds like .... is always risky. I didn't feel mocked or taken advantage of. Being new to the area, and having had the same mechanic for years for my previous car, is always scary, especially as a wonan. I was taken seriously and provided with a written and verbal explanation of what was wrong, without having to go to a BMW dealer. Such a relief!!!My insurance was not making things easy and Tylet went the extra mile to help me deal with my claim with both contact from my agent and the claims Adjuster.The shop is professional and promptly gets the work done. The waiting area is clean and comfortable with beverages and cookies. I really like cookies. I hghly recommend Silver Lake Auto and am thankful that Monro Auto on Capitol referred me to them. I will be taking my Miata there next.
