Dale is awesome. Towed my car, investigated and change my alternator, recharged my battery and all fine in half a day. Quality local garage and very fair.

I've been taking my less than new cars to Plank's Garage for years. They've diagnosed and fixed only what is needed. Honest and friendly service. I'm happy not to have to go to those overpriced franchise garages. Thanks Plank' s Garage!

Car is now outside of Warranty, check engine light came on and was looking for a local business, was able to get me in the next day. Had my car back by noon running great. You can tell they are very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in detail. Will be my new go to auto repair place.

I was in Brookfield, 2 hours away from home. My pickup started smoking from the wheel. I pulled into the nearest auto service place, a Toyota dealer. they couldn't help me. I found Plank's Garage on the GPS. The owner said bring it in, we'll take a look. I brought it in. They diagnosed the problem - a bad caliper. They had the part delivered immediately, installed it, and sent me on my way. Honestly, in most cases, this would have been an overnighter, with a trip to a motel. I'm very grateful for the excellent service. Thank you! Plank's Garage.

I was driving on the freeway and a tow truck started to cut right in front of me. I honked my horn but the driver cut me off anyway. The driver then flipped me off. I got the phone number off his truck and called the company later that day, on my lunch break. I saw the words garage and repair on the side of the truck. When I spoke to someone, he denied the whole thing and said, That couldn t have been our truck. We don t repair garages. (Mind you, the name of the company is Plank s Garage and they repair cars.) He also told me that they have one tow truck, and he was lookin at it right now , despite the fact that I told him it happened about 5 hours prior. I have never talked to someone so rude in my life.I have never been (and will never go) to this place for my car, but in my opinion, if you are stupid enough to flip someone off in a company vehicle, their customer service just can t be good.
