This location in 128th Brookfield capital dr gave me quality customer service and repaired my car in a timely manner,responded to all my questions and explained every detail/issue to me before during and after also didn t start repairs until I confirmed what I wanted fixed,even showed me the defective parts that was causing my problem I want to thank Nate and the other team members for dedication to get the job done properly that is hard to find these days but I received that at this location. I just was respectful and they were the same

I ordered from Tire Rack but didn t want to go that far to their stores. Monroe is close to my office. I was very happy I could book and shop online and the store honored the quote.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with them. Well, the conditions were kind of terrible lol, we broke down on the side of the road when we were just a couple of hours away from home after a cross-country trip. It was late in the day, and most shops were closed, however we were able to reach somebody here. Right from the start, they were professional and courteous, but they were also friendly and sympathetic of our situation. They were closed when we were finally able to get the vehicle towed, but they looked at it immediately the next day. They maintained great communication and listened when we expressed our concerns. I was really impressed with the fact that they reached out to us before taking certain steps to make sure that we approved. I thought that was very considerate. The van was repaired quickly, and affordably, and they worked with us to figure out a time that we could get down there to pick it up, since we live a couple of hours away . We plan on replacing the tires soon, and even though we live pretty far away, we're actually considering making a little day trip down and dropping off the van here just because we're so happy with the service

Great service. I went in b/c I had a nail in my tire that I think needed a plug and they took care of it at no charge. Pleasently shocked and surprised.

All the guys at this location were helpful, sweet and definitely took the time to try and resolve the sound I d been hearing in the front of my car. They really combed through my vehicle, to diagnose the problem. Love them! Will return.

These guys charged $1800 to replace 2 calipers pads and rotors. Oh and a tie rod end. They charged 200 dollars for 1 rotor that s just the part not including labor.The car was a 2007 Chevy impala. I m not sure what kinda drugs these guys are on but anyone that has done brakes before knows that this price is 3 times the market value of what it would cost to do. It was my girlfriends car. Woman please be careful these people will rob you.

I ve been coming here for a couple years now for my VW s basic maintenance and have always had a good experience. They ve been honest about necessary repairs and haven t tried to push additional add-on services or repairs. One repair was out of their capability as they didn t have the proper tool, I appreciated that they called me and recommended a couple other shops nearby that specialize in VW. I ll continue to come here for other routine service and repairs.

I highly recommend this location! They were prompt with getting an appointment arranged when I called due to a slow leak in one of my tires, gave me an estimate on length of appointment based on possible issues that could be causing the leak, and were very kind and helpful during my appointment. They brought my car in right away when I arrived and I was on my way out the door with a nicely fixed and refilled tire within 40 minutes. 5 stars for sure!

Shop does not honor appointment times. System allowed me to book a reservation and when I arrived I was told I booked a time slot that had other reservations like I should have known that and that it was my fault. I left without being serviced.

I brought a punctured tire into Munro on a Tuesday evening when most other places were closed. They patched it and called me for pickup the next morning. Quick, easy, and inexpensive!

Incompetent workers that will waste your time and have no expertise. They will not notify you ahead of time that tires they need for your appointment are not in stock. They have no semblance of customer service. Avoid this place.

5 stars! Jim (the manager) very down to earth! Explains everything in terms you can understand. Very clean. My car is getting the service it really needs here....unlike valvoline or midas. Thanks for the awesome experience....highly suggested!

My tire pressure warning light on my vehicle went on. Fearing a flat tire in my garage, I stopped at the Monro near my home. They checked all my tires found no leak and sent me on my way with no charge. Excellent customer relations.

I don't normally do this, but I have been going to this location for my oil changes for years. Just Sunday, I had an appointment to get my oil changed and the guy at the front desk was extremely rude! I asked him about my coupon and he just simply got up and walked away...he didn't say hold a minute, I'll check or anything! So I went to sit down and finally he came back with another person who was able to assist me. Then I was paying for my services and being the nice person I am, I said have a great day and holiday and he sat there as if I never said anything. I"m not sure what his issue was and I won't play the "race" thing, but if you have a person like that at your front desk I will take my business elsewhere. He's a grown man and should know how to treat people. Monroe did an oil change for my daughter's car and didn't close the cap correctly and all of the oil started to leak out of her car, they never rotate the tires which comes with the services I pay for..now bad customer service!!!! They didn't even rotate my tires this time but I asked and this rude man just simply said they didn't need to. UNEXCEPTABLE!!!! I think it's time for me to take my business elsewhere!

I have brought my vehicles here for many years - the other day I thought I had a HUGE problem with my truck - The guys promptly diagniosed th eproblem, turned out to be minor and charged me NOTHING - oh man now that is awesome service!

I got a flat tire on my way out of town for spring break on Monday, 03/13/23. I stopped in at Monro because it was the closest place that hadn't already closed for the day. I'm so glad I did! The guy who helped us was very kind and worked quickly to get us back on the road. I wish I had asked his name because he deserves some recognition. He was the sort of person that makes you trust a business and want to go back!

Brought in my car with no notice on a Sunday (they're one of the few shops open on Sundays) and they were super helpful and able to quickly check out my car. Can't say enough about their service and communication!

I m leaving a positive review for this location of Monro only. We had reached out to the blue mound road location to help with patching a tire. They told us they could take us at 9AM the following day (when they opened). We got there at 845, and waited until 930. Nobody had opened that store, and myself a multiple other customers had formed a line to wait for someone to show up.Luckily, we called this location and they were able to help us immediately. We drove over, and Nate did a great job of helping us patch the tire in a quick and affordable way. Very thankful Nate was able to help us out, as we had a long day of driving ahead of us.If you re going to use Monro, make sure you re using this branch.

Bait and switch on tire purchase. Requested one brand of tires and they installed a different brand without telling me first. Also charged me for the tires I requested, which were more expensive than the tires they installed. After notifying manager of my over-payment, he caught an attitude so I had to call the corporate office to be issued $25+ refund. Further, they scratched ALL FOUR of my rims and push a gash in one of them as well. Then tried to tell me my rims were damaged when they were brought in. Once I told him I recorded video of my undamaged rims onsite prior to repair, he immediately changed his tune. Terrible service all around. Tech who worked on my car was honest and gave me all the details I needed to set the manager straight a few days later. Tech probably got in trouble for his honesty, but I appreciated his transparency. Complete opposite of lying manager.

The gentleman that checked me in Sunday morning was really engaged and kind. He provided exceptional customer service. He let me know exactly what they were going to do to my car, let me know that they would contact me before they did anything extra, and gave me a realistic quote that was almost exactly what I ended up paying.

Stopped in and saw Heather and Chris H. They did an amazing job identifying that the prior location made a mistake when patching my tire. Although they were busy the took care of me and got me a great price on new tires. Great customer service and a quick repair when I was in a bind. They are awesome, check them out. It's best to call ahead for an appointment if possible because they are busy, and so worth it.
