The dealership told me that i needed to flush out my radiator fluid as part of my maintenance - so i scheduled it at this Midas since it is close to my house. I got there - they pulled up the recommended maintenance schedule for my vehicle and told me that I did not need it for another 30000 miles! So this is a shout out to the honesty of this place! Thanks, guys! And I will double check the dealership from now on.

Had to get all new breaks on my Durango. I came to these guys first always professional and helpful. The most affordable and efficient as well. I ve been going to this place for a few years now and I highly recommend it for all your needs! Thank you guys!! I absolutely trust them with my vehicles

The service was awesome with super friendly people. They are the only place i could find in Milwaukee with a simple labor price for bringing your own oil and filter. Other places like scrub-a-dub down the street gave an attitude quoting that they'll still charge their standard price as if you were paying them for the oil on top of bringing your own. If you every want fast and excellent customer service to accommodate you. Go here! Shout out to Kent!

1st time here and everyone was very nice, they did an awesome job in a very reasonable amount of time. I was happy they use the GM oil for my vehicle, I have had another place use some mixture. We will be back!

Please do not go here. The last time I went, I sat directly opposite of my car. I never saw them lift it up in the air to do the oil change. Magically, they came a few minutes later telling me my oil change was complete. After I spoke with the manager about my concerns, he reassured me that he saw the mechanic with his very own eyes and proceeded to charge me the $85. I went to a different mechanic after they reset my car s oil level to say 100% and he said my oil is pitch black. This is what they try to do to women who come by themselves, and assume they won t get caught.The second to last time I went there, on the inspection sheet where they re supposed to check everything (e.g., your tires, other important things), instead of actually doing an inspection the guy just marked the green box for everything (no yellows, no reds). I had just left another mechanic that told me some of the things I needed to get fixed, but according to them it was in excellent condition because they didn t feel like actually checking it. However, that time there was a different manager and he actually confronted the mechanic on my behalf and apologized to me about it.Will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau. SCAMMERSSS!!! If you want to scam like this, just go work in an alley, not a professional shop.

I dropped off my truck to get an exhaust system installed. Amazing guys, they took care of my truck in less than a day and it s installed in great condition. Shop is run by some great people, and I would highly recommend them for any kind of service that you might need.

I had an issue with my windshield wipers right after a bad snowstorm while I was traveling. They fit me right in and did everything they could to fix it. The staff were super nice and helpful. Would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone!

Had appointment for 4 new tires and an alignment. Taken care of right away. Ran errands while work was being done. Finished in about 2 hours.

Cameron is what makes the Brookfield Midas better than any other in the area. A very helpful and genuinely pleasant person to work with. I will always make the longer drive to see Cameron and rely on his expertise as offered. 10/10 experience

Amazingggg quick fix for a huge piece of metal in my tire! Came in on a Saturday right before the holidays and was able to get in and out in under and hour true life savers!!! Will be returning and recommending to others! Thank you so much for saving the day and for delivering such delightful customer service/conversation!

Came in because my tire pressure light was on and John and Cameron took amazing care of me. They filled up my tires and checked my low tire for leaks free of charge! The service was amazing, I highly recommend anyone to come here.

Called Wednesday to see if they did work on battery poses, they told me yes and I scheduled an appointment took it in to them Wednesday afternoon.. they fixed my truck before the day was over, went to picked my truck up the next day and everyone was so friendly and helpful even over the phone now my truck is back on the road and working just fine.. would definitely recommend them..

All the employees at this location were super friendly and helpful. Got my car in right away. Did an amazing job mounting and balancing my tires. When I couldn't get in anywhere, else for weeks.

Great service! Stopped in to see if they could help with changing a headlight near the end of the day. Not an easy bulb to change. More than willing to help out and got the headlight changed even though it was near closing time! Will be back.

I had a very noisy rear wheel. I stopped at Midas. I didn't have an appointment. They diagnosed the problem, wheel bearing, and replaced it. It took only two hours and I was back on the road. I am very pleased with the work and the speed of repair.

Today 11/28/2023 I had a great experience with John. He was very helpful and knowledgeable with helping with my vehicle. I would totally recommend this place to anyone. Please ask for John for service. He is awesome.

I had a blow out on a front tire this morning on the highway and this was the third shop I called to see if they could help. Explained my emergency situation and they were able to get me in as soon as I pulled into the lot. Worked with me to find the oddball size tires my car has and what options they had for same day installation. Set of 4 tires taken care of in about 2.5 hours, wonderful team at this location. Oil change 11/21/20231. Problem replacing the oil filter that was also installed by the same Midas shop. More waitng time.2. Got home. Checked the "work" . Missing oil cap. Drove back to rectify the problem. More wasted time. A lttle nervous driving to Florida next week. Will not be returning to this Midas location.
