Julie is very nice and very good at what she is doing. Just a 10 minutes phone call, she got me the homeowner's insurance coverage for a decent monthly payment. I am very happy with this nice family oriented insurance agent company. Love to do more business with Julie and Keena Inc in the future.

I just wanted to say Logan IS amazing! He made the process of switch my insurance easy and cost effective! His communication is 10/10 across the board! Finding people on the day and age who are passionate about their job and actually want to help is slim to none! So if you need any assistance, ask for him! You won t be disappointed.

Mr Shearouse came to my rescue with my car insurance. He's an angel. I was so stressed out with shopping, quoting for the past weeks and at the last min, he reached out and God used him as a help. Logan was the consummate professional! He listened to my story, acknowledged my frustration, and wrote two quality policies that responded to my unique situation. I have been with this agency for a number of years and have had many policies with them. I have always gotten the best rates and i was pleased with the service. Until my rates went up so high I had to cancel some policies, as they were unable to meet me in the middle,after I had been a loyal customer for so long.I have nothing but good things to say overall in the end.

Did not know that my initial phone call was routed to a call center. The individual with whom I spoke was of no help at all. Pretty much blew me off. Thought he was a Keena agent.That is why I left a one star review. (Which has been deleted.)Ryan contacted me immediatly to see what had happen. He clarified the miscommuniation. He then directed me to Johanna who was wonderful. Helped with lowering car insurance payment. Both took their time in correcting a bad experience.Thank you both

We switched to AMFAM from ALLSTATE after our rates went up. Ryan had been out agent during the transfer process and nevertheless to say we were satisfied with his knowledge and eagerness to help. It was a smooth transition and so far it's been 6 months and we are loving it! Looking for continued partnership and support.

car insurance I've been with them for over 10 years and prices has been reasonable and I even was able to add an additional car without any hassle. They also send out bday cards which is a plus.

I was referred by my adult daughter who had nothing but great things to say. Julie did not disappoint. We had a slightly complicated situation with a nontraditional home, teen drivers who had speeding tickets, and an RV......she navigated the whole thing like a true professional. Julie gave us great recommendations on how to select the right coverage at the right price. We ended up with better coverage at a better price, and if the quote process is any indication, we will have better service too. Highly recommend!!

I had the pleasure of working with Hannah Krygiel today with my insurance needs for home/auto and umbrella coverage. She was kind and understanding about the reason for my insurance needs. She was quick and thorough with the whole process without feeling rushed. We communicated via text, phone call and email. All forms of communication with Hannah were very pleasant. I think I made a great choice joining the AMFAM insurance family. Like Hannah said a good nights rest is ahead - knowing we ve got everything taken care of!

Ryan Keena has been absolutely amazing for the past 10 years. He has always been very responsive and personable. I have finally been able to switch all of my policies over to him even though it costs a little more because he has always made me feel like family. I will be a forever customer of his because I have no doubt in my mind that I will be taken care of whenever need be. When I first met Ryan he was a salesman for life insurance. Over the years he was able to establish his own branch with his amazing wife Julie who is equally great. It makes me feel good knowing that my money supports people who deserve it and truly care about their customers. That is hard to find in today's world. I am proud to be a customer of theirs and I'm here to stay! Thank you Ryan and Julie for all you do, keep up the great work!

Progressive was over charging me, others, because I have one of the Hyundais that can easily be stolen wouldn t insure my car. Then came Logan! He was persistent but not annoying by sending me a couple emails. So I connected! He was so nice and professional! He reduced my car insurance ( bye bye Progressive) by their increase. Then he wrote my home owners and is saving me $900 (bye bye Travelers). I am a happy camper!
