Brandon in sales offers a pleasant, thoughtful, and personal experience that is unlike anything I have gone through. He provides the perfect balance of letting you explore the vehicle on your own while at the same time answering any and all of your questions. I thought I knew quite a bit about the model we were looking at, but Brandon still managed to teach us more! Make sure to ask for Brandon and you won t be disappointed!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Tony. Between phone calls, trade ins, test drives, and purchasing a vehicle, he made the entire process feel seamless. We went in on a Thursday evening, and left Friday evening with a brand new vehicle that just had been shipped a few days ago. He is knowledgeable, friendly, confident, and respectful of customer s time/preferences. I would recommend Hall, and Tony to anybody. From the beginning to the end, Edmond was professional and made the process seamless with no stress. Edmond understood I wanted to move quick on the captain chair R line Atlas and set expectations what we needed up front. Arrived to dealership, Atlas was ready and took for a quick test drive and came back to finalize the paper work. Edmond explained all the features and helped set the features as well. Overall great experience from start to finish.

Everyone was outstanding as far as any questions I had.Jessica was wonderful as far as scheduling or having to reschedule etc.I did want to mention that Doug was exceptional. He went above and beyond in the service department to make sure that I understood what was going on with my vehicle and that I had all my questions answered. He was patient and never acted rushed. Which is very different in today's world.Thank you so much! Great experience!

Honestly probably the rudest service advisor I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. If you would like someone to be condescending to you when you're asking simple questions about your car this is the place to go.It is fair and not a crazy thing to ask about the general well-being and health of a car. This gentleman with black teeth could not really explain what was done to my car and gave me very general answers when I came to pay. I simply asked him to look over what they had done so I could confirm the work and that seemed to really bother him.The lack of accountability and general rudeness for asking basic questions... honestly it's kind of weird. I don't know if he thought I wasn't going to pay or he assumed something about me because of the color of my skin, which it might be or if he's just generally condescending and lacks general understanding of basic etiquette, but do better a lot better.Saying something along the lines of "I don't know what you're trying to get me to say to try to catch me in something but I'm not gonna say it" is a weird response when I'm asking what is the process of how you go about performing a diagnostic and how you end up getting the determination of what is wrong with my car. Never in my life have I met such a disgusting service person.Spending $1000 to get yelled at by a person who cannot regulate their emotions or behavior is really just egregious . Find somewhere else to get your work done.

I recently bought a new Jetta from Chuck at this dealership, the experience was the absolute best! I did not have much time to spare, I knew what I needed, I communicated that to Chuck, he made it all happen as I had asked for. No needless back and forth, he never pushed me to get something I did not need. The finance process was also a breeze, I was in and out. Received the one of the best rates out there and was not pushed to add anything extra like in many other places.I will definitely be using them in the future!

Tony Poston helped out immensely with me trying to get my car! Great customer service and very accommodating to everything I asked for. Loving the new 2024 Jetta GLI Autobahn that I bought. He even acquiesced to my requests about seeing the other cars before I locked in my choice the day of. Great place to shop. Great customer service all around, and amazing financial assistance from the finance department. Thanks to Jerry and Andy as well for there assistance!

Halls is overall a great dealership. But this review is specifically for Jared Bellis. I ve dealt with many salespeople over the years and my experiences have been less than great, until we met Jared. He was sincere and listened to our needs and desires for a new vehicle and wasn t pushy or try to fast talk us, and he picked the perfect car for us to test drive the first time! When we told him we needed to go home and talk about the decision to buy a new car he was respectful and offered to help if we had any questions. This caused us to return to the dealership days later to only work with him to purchase our new car. Even during the long process of paperwork and even though he was busy he made a point to check on us and even offered to order us dinner because it was late and he knew we both came straight from work. And even now he offers to help us with any tech questions we have on our new purchase. I m telling you all if you go to halls you go see Jared, he knows his product and he wants to sell you what you re looking for not just the price tag for commission. He will always have my business.

This was my first experience with Service at VW as we just bought our car in 2023. The service provided was excellent. Theresa gave me a complete overview of the process, what was needed and what to expect. She also took extra time to show me around the waiting area and the amenities. This was such a great experience to any other dealerships I have been to. Keep up the great work!

Worked with Chuck on a new 2024 Atlas. He went above and beyond to make sure everything went smooth. & also got me the wheels I wanted on the new car. Teresa and the service team were also awesome. Highly recommend going to Hall. & definitely recommend working with Chuck.

I inquired from Michigan about a Jeep I was interested in purchasing, but unfortunately someone else already had a deposit on the vehicle. I asked Edmund to let me know if something happened to make it become available again. I was surprised when he emailed me the next day and told me it was available. I put money down to hold it and drove there the next day. When I arrived the Jeep was cleaned up and sitting in front of the building, everything inside and out was as described online and over the phone. I purchased the Jeep and headed home. It was a long day of driving there and back, but it was worth it.

Owen was awesome to work with! He was patient, knowledgeable, and friendly! We appreciated how he took the time with us as we were stuck between two vehicles to choose! The rest of the team we meet with were also very friendly and it made for a great experience at the dealer. We love our new Tiguan and would recommend them to anyone! We will definitely return again bc of how great Owen and all were to work with!

Buying a car is incredibly stressful and can be a process that people dread. We came in with all intentions of just looking as we have never had good experiences buying a new car. Mark M approached us right away to help us. He was super easy to talk to and we never felt pressured from him! He was just honest and nice. This was probably the best experience I have ever had buying a car. Even with Marks dad jokes :)

Brandon was incredible. Our lease was up in June and we stopped over to check out a few options with no intention of making any decision. Brandon was such a pleasure to work with and made our process so smooth. We ended up trading in our Tiguan for a TAOS 2 days later and it could not have been a more comfortable process for us. We just moved to Wisconsin and are getting married in one week so the stress is high for us and he took that stress right off. Would recommend and will be going back to Hall as everyone was great!

We brought our 2017 Golf in for an oil change and the mechanic noticed that the water pump had a minor leak. Our service advisor, Elaine, contacted me and advised the part was covered under an extended warranty and that the part would have to be ordered. We brought the car back two days later and the water pump was replaced that day. Great service as usual at Hall.

. I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction and concern regarding the treatment I received during a recent phone call with the, service manager Lance. The purpose of my call was to address the lack of communication and follow-up I have experienced in relation to my inquiries about purchasing tires and the existing warranty.During our conversation, I explicitly conveyed to him that I had not received any response or follow-up from Elaine or anyone else on his team regarding my tire inquiries. It is worth noting that I have been a previous customer at this location, which led me to expect a similar level of service and professionalism on this occasion.Regrettably, I found his response to be dismissive, inconsiderate, and unprofessional, despite not being present during my three previous interactions with Elaine. He chose not to believe my report, suggesting that my account does not align with what Elaine would have stated. I must stress that the credibility of my experience should not be undermined solely based on your unfamiliarity with the previous interactions.Furthermore, his rudeness and lack of consideration for my concerns left me feeling disrespected and unheard as a customer. When I requested to escalate the matter and speak with his supervisor, he indicated that there was no one above him and the owner was currently out of state. This response only compounded my disappointment, as it implies a lack of accountability and an unwillingness to address customer grievances.I want to emphasize that I never imagined encountering such a negative customer service experience at your location. It deeply troubles me that my encounter aligns with the frustrations and concerns shared by other customers who have shared their own grievances with the staff.As a concerned customer, I strongly believe in the importance of professionalism, effective communication, and responsive service. It is disheartening to see these pillars of customer service compromised in my recent experience, and I feel compelled to bring this matter to your attention.I kindly request a response to this email, along with a resolution to the lack of communication and poor treatment I have experienced. Once they sell you the car, Hall Does not care.1st, I have no problems with the car, only the service at Hall.I brought it in for some recall work under warranty. The 1st time, is took 5 hours longer than I had been quoted, with no communication. When I picked it up, the work was poorly done, with scratched paint, bent window moldings and poorly attached internal door panels (I could fit my fingers in the gaps).I made an appointment to bring it back and have the issues rectified. 3 hours after my appointment time, no one had even looked at it yet. It was easily a 1-2 hour fix, just re-seat the clips so the panels lined up right. It was there for a total of 8 hours.Next, I had to order some replacement parts and paint since they broke the originals. Even sent pictures and told them what it was before my service appointment, so they could order them in the 2 week window between the call and the service. Not done.Once the parts were ordered, they never called me to let me know. I called more than once, and was always told that they left a message for my 'service advisor', but nothing happened.I plan on picking up the parts and having them installed elsewhere, even if I have to pay for the work. At least I am less likely to get blown off.Finally, when I bought the car, it was missing an engine cover. The salesman told me it was a recall, and that I would be notified when the part came it. According to the service records at their shop, the recall was rectified in March 2022. I did finally get an answer once u spoke with management.If I wanted bad service and a subpar vehicle, I would have bought a Chevy. I thought Volkswagen would do better.I will work with the dealer for the length of my warranty to keep it valid, and in the case of factory recalls out of necessity, but not by choice.

My check engine light came on yesterday. Just put 1800 in repairs into the vehicle 4 days prior. Terrible service department. you can buy volkswagons but do not expect quality service. Do not expect your vehicle to get fixed the first time. You should expect multiple visits with additional costs each time.Added report to BBB:I feel like any problem with the engine is directly related to service you preformed. If it is not related to a service you preformed than it was a missed diagnostic from your technicians. I feel like your team has been consistent in not diagnosing problems. Leading me to spend money on repairs that don t fix the car. That has me coming back multiple times with massive personal expense. If my 2012 had been properly diagnosed in February I would have saved thousands in repair bills. Those thousands could have been put into the vehicle I purchased. That would have saved thousands on the life of my new loan. So when I brought in my 2018 and your technicians said everything that was wrong. I had it repaired. The check engine light activated within days. If I bring my car back to you I m sure you will miraculously find several thousands in repairs that you were not aware of a week ago. I feel this is intentional and deliberate. Volkswagen needs to stand by their work. I can not take you at your word. I need you to stand by your work and fix my car correctly. At your expense because I have paid enough this year.Misleading and dishonest
