First time at hall and we left with a beautiful new 24 VW atlas! We walked in and Bryan was very welcoming. We told him exactly what we wanted and left with just that! Bryan was extremely knowledgeable about all the features of the car and took the extra time to help download the app and show us everything! We cannot say enough great things! 10/10! Highly recommend!

Great overall experience at Hall shopping for a used vehicle. Percey was great to work with, let us take multiple test drives, and stayed late to help us close the deal before we left for a family trip. The closing process was also super easy. High recommend folks check out Hall!

I have been a Hall customer for the last 10 years. I continue to go to Hall because Theresa in the service department is the best service advisor I've ever worked with. Her honesty and integrity is what has earned my business. This fall, I decided it was time to purchase a new (to me) vehicle and I knew I wanted to buy from Hall.I worked with Mark Mahoney who was outstanding. Mark is friendly, knowledgeable, and no-pressure. He's also quick with a good Dad Joke. After test driving a few vehicles, I decided to get a 2022 VW Tiguan. It's awesome.I also want to acknowledge Andrew Peterson who helped with the financing of my new vehicle. Andrew took the time to explain my options and guided me to the one that was the best fit for me.If you're looking for a Volkswagen (or Mazda) call Mark at Hall. If you need your VW serviced, ask for Theresa.

My family and I had a wonderful experience.! Edmond did a wonderful job of helping us find a car for our son. The experience was awesome , and when it came time to deliver the car, everyone was courteous and efficient.

I purchased my 2020 Atlas Cross Sport SEL a few weeks ago. These guys are pros across the board. Rachel in the BDC, Tom- showed me the car and helped me arrive at agreeable terms, and Bruce in Finance all hit the ball out of the park. Special shout out to Rachel for being a fantastic "First Impression Specialist" which is really what the Internet dept at a dealer is. I would refer anyone to this crew of professionals.

I came looking for a specific vehicle (2021 Mazda6 Carbon Edition) that was already posted at an unbelievable price online. As my first dealership purchase, I came in expecting the run-around everyone talks about when buying a car. Chuck was the opposite. He was knowledgeable, customer-centric, and relaxed. After all was said and done, Bruce was great to work with wrapping up the purchase. I recommend Mazda for the incredible value for the money, and absolutely recommend asking for Chuck if you are looking at a pre-owned vehicle from Hall!

I was in search of a specific vehicle I had seen online. I was driving up and down the lot looking for it and chuck stopped and asked if he could help me. Come to find out it was at a different location. Check went above and beyond not only to find the vehicle for me, but to drive over to the location to meet me near closing time. He was extremely patient with me while I took a test drive and went over every nook and cranny of the car with my dad. He answered every question we had and even dug into things he didn t know. We had to schedule the purchase for a different day because the place was closing and he met us back there to make sure everything went smoothly for me. Chuck is not even a salesman to get commission from this sale! He made my experience of buying a car go so much better than expected! I would definitely buy another car with him in the future! Thank you chuck!!! You should get gold stars!

My Mazda is my first car and it s really nice to drive. It has so many safety features which are great for a newer driver, as well as a nice color on both the inside and outside. Thank you to Mike Mirsolaw for helping me pick out my first car.

I work in customer service so I know how hard it can be to deal with people at times. Also, great service stands out because you rarely get it now days. So it s only right that I recognize Theresa, one of the managers at the dealership. She s extremely knowledgeable on the business side as well as the vehicles. She was patient and handled everything with grace and diligence! I ll be sure to send everyone else from 12thst(insider) your way! Thanks again

My second car I've purchased through them. First time was just absolutely stellar, exceptional service all the way around; but this time, not so much. I was just passed around and never felt like anyone really wanted to work with me. Scheduling issues and although everyone is friendly enough, it's not genuine, it's very car dealerships like. I believe it's mostly that they are so busy they know they don't have to be great, these cars sell themselves, times have changed, and right now it is not a buyers market. Plus, they said one price and ended up being almost $5000 more.. so read your terms and ask questions.

I had the pleasure of being helped by Doug Schultz in buying my dream car a year ago. Doug has been in the business for nearly 40 years and made sure it was the smoothest process agreeing on a price and answering any questions I had. I drove all the way to Wisconsin from Illinois to pickup my Tesla Model 3. While there may be stereotypes about sneaky car salesmen, Doug is a prime example of how to be an honest salesman in an era of scams. They don t make them like him anymore! Highly recommend visiting this Hall dealership

This was the ABSOLUTE BEST Car buying experience I've ever had! Rebecca, Eric and Bruce are AMAZING!! My goal was NOT to be in the dealership ALL day making my purchase. I did my research and came prepared with everything I needed. After test driving my vehicle, 2023 Mazda CX-5. I knew it was a done deal!! Eric gave me world class tour of the dealership and walk-through of my vehicle. Meeting with Bruce to finalize my deal was NOT intimidating at all! He was professional, approachable, and explained everything clearly. I'm excited to be a part of the Hall Imports Family.

My wife and I are going to be in the market for a new car soon and we decided to check out a CX-9 to carry all the kids. Our salesman Mark was patient and did a great job explaining all of the newest safety features. Best experience I have had at a car dealership in a long time.

I bought my car here in 2013 and I have been coming back regularly since. I still do my oil changes here- they do system updates. They've hired a lot of women recently which I think is really cool. I worked with Jodi this last time and she was fantastic...very friendly and personable - she always kept me updated on the status of the oil change and helped me get a paint pen for my car.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I ve owned many cars and getting them serviced was always a bad experience until I started coming to Hall. Theresa in the service department is AMAZING. She is so personable, quick to answer, communicates every step of the way, and most importantly doesn t take advantage of customers. She really cares! That s so hard to find with dealerships. The hall techs create a walk around video explaining what needs/has been done so you can see for yourself. I highly recommend coming here for your next service. Ask for Theresa! She is absolutely worth going to and will give you the best experience.

Doug helped me get into the vehicle I wanted at the price I could afford. We hit a few bumps in the road and he never wavered. He made everything seamless and was conscious of my time. I would recommend Hall Mazada and Doug to all my family & friends. Theresa in the parts department is honest, hard working and a pleasure to work with also.

Recently came in to Hall VW Mazda to check out a 2016 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring, and without an appointment I was treated better than countless dealerships I visited on my car search. The entire staff was pleasant and nice, and didn t push too hard to sell me on the extras. I first dealt with Percy, the Senior Sales rep, who did everything he could to keep the car within my price range. Bruce was extremely helpful in ensuring the financing went through without a hitch, and was a great capstone on the experience. I walked away with a vehicle I m very proud of, with a reasonable price and the comfort and peace of mind that comes from a dealership that I know has my back. Will absolutely come here first when considering future vehicle purchases and plan on being a customer of theirs for as long as I m in this state. 10/10 customer care. If you stop by, ask for Percy by name! Guaranteed he will help you out.
