On Black Friday I had set up an appointment to have some 1,000.00 winter tires put on. I drove from Oconomowoc to the Brookfield location. They took my car back. After about a half hour they came back and asked if I had the lug lock key. To be honest I didn't even remember that my car had this. There was no information provided prior to the appointment that I should bring this with. So I had to leave and schedule a new appointment. The new appointment was made and they ended up cancelling it. I didn't have time to reschedule prior to the trip that I has wanted the new tires for. So when I got back I made a third appointment and they put the new tires on. It wasn't until I got home that I saw that they had left some kind of grease ALL over the face of the rim. I don't have a garage so I had to sit outside in 30 degree weather and clean it off. While I was cleaning off my rims I noticed they were scratched... All of them. Goodyear is now paying to have my dealership put on new rims. However nothing has been given to me for the inconveniences and poor service. I had to drive to Brookfield twice missed the trip that I wanted the tires for, and I now have to drive again to Waukesha and spend two hours again for new rims. I will pay more to go to a different company.Update: After they posted a response that there may be something additional they could do other than just replacing their damaged rims. I sent an email with no response. I contacted their number they replied with and the initial girl said they do not refund for lost time or basically poor customer service or inconvenience. I asked to speak to a manager. She left me a voicemail stating the same thing but that the store manager was offering free roadside hazard on the tires. So don't go to this company unless you plan on wasting LOTS of your time and mileage. You will not be reimbursed FAIRLY for having to fix their errors.

Took our car to get this tire plugged. They said the nail was too close to the shoulder to be plugged and wanted to sell me all new tires. We took the tire off and plugged it ourselves and it s fine.If they would have even made an attempt, I would have thought that they really want to take care of people and their needs. However, that appears not to be the case. Money over service apparently.

Been going here for years. Recently had some car issues. Dashboard had some fun lights come on. And I called early Saturday and they got me in and repaired. Jeremy (spelling?) is a wonderful manager who communicates well and explains things nicely. I don't feel stupid talking to him about my car. Price for labor may be higher then smaller shops but I'm okay with it. Means my work is done well.

Had my tire pressure checked/pumped this morning here because the cold weather affected the tire pressure. The guys here were nice enough to let me get it done quickly and efficiently. Totally understanding and exceptional customer service!

Great first-time experience! Very accommodating. Took me in for an alignment at almost closing time and waited over until my car was finished. Showed me I also needed a tie rod which I did. Matt the mechanic was God sent. Found and fixed my mysterious clunk noise free of charge. Marshall at the desk was polite. Would highly recommend this location. Thanks guys. Keep up the great work.

I booked an oil change service online. When I got there they informed it would take 1.5 hours which seem excessive for the service. I accepted and after a few moments they call me to inform they didn t have the filter and would have to order it. It should be quick but there will be an extra charge. I said fine. 10 minutes later they call me to unfortunately have to inform they could not perform the service because the hood was not opening and they didn t have the tools to do it(?). I have to admit that the hood sometimes gets stuck but it doesn t take an engineer degree to try a couple of times. As a matter of fact I want to a Valvoline drive through place and they opened it at first try. I know I can open the hood but thought that if they don t know how to do it then they must not be qualified to work on my car.

today while I was traveling a far distance to a work conference I got a nail in my tire going through a construction zone. I panicked and took the nearest exit in an unfamiliar place. I pulled over and searched tire repair and Goodyear was the first to pop up. The staff at Goodyear were amazing. They were more than willing to take the time to help me. Talk me through their different options and also bring to my attention other issues with my vehicle and what the costs would be if later on I wanted to step in to get those areas serviced. I will note to that there was a girl there (short black hair, Hispanic, petite) that was training (at least I think she was) and was taking her time to go through everything with me but if I asked a question she didn't know the answer to she took the initiative to ask another worker instead of providing me with misinformation. I respect when someone wants to make sure they're getting it right the first time and has the humility to realize that they're always learning knew things. The staff there (majority Male, if not all but her) were so supportive and kind even when I overheard she had entered something incorrectly into the system. The other staff encouraged her and didn't belittle her. They got the tire fixed faster than they quoted me and didn't even charge me for the service even when they were busy! Even though I live an hour away I seriously am considering driving back just to give that specific location my business and I will certainly be telling my family/friends about them as well.

The customer service at the Goodyear Brookfield location is always nice and pleasant. The staff greets you soon as you walk in the door. They are very attentive to your concerns on your vehicle and they make sure your needs are met! I am always pleased with my services when I leave there!

I had an appointment for a simple tire rotation and a courtesy car check. I got the call that my car was ready but they had suggested fixes for my car. To my surprise it included a cabin air filter,.which they wanted roughly $60 for (I'm sure we can all relate to that). I just changed the filter 9 days prior to this appointment.Upon picking up my car I opened the glove box which had not been opened (everything was exactly where I left it) and checked my filter which was still clean as new.Now this is very disappointing to me because most people will say yeah go ahead and change it thinking the mechanic actually takes time to look at the recommended improvement. I will continue to take my car here for my free rotations but not have any other services done here. Very disappointing, as this is a place I use to trust.

Service for new tires is good, but you have to check your receipt! Also, prices quoted over the phone may not actually end up what you pay. Make sure you ask what the out the door total is before the work is done!

I came to this Goodyear because I am currently working in the Brookfield area doing testing for COVID-19. I got my tires from my Goodyear in Eau Claire so I figured it would be easy enough. I dropped off my vehicle and left for my mission, while on my way I received a voicemail from a man named Greg that didn t give any details just asked me to call them back. I did and they explained to me what was wrong with my vehicle. A simple tire rotation became a lot more expensive and I agreed since I am no mechanic so I assumed he quoted me accurately in good faith. Like I said I m no mechanic but a quick internet search revealed that he had quoted me $200-300 more than the work should actually cost. When I got off mission and went to get my car I brought it up. The person that was working there was a different man than the one that had called me. He was very respectful and nice and offered to take 10% off which was very kind but 10% did not make up the discrepancy. I agreed since the work was already done but I feel disappointed by this Goodyear.

This Goodyear location has the worst customer service imaginable.They operate as a parody of the "dreaded car shop" we all fear. If you are a woman forget it, your dead. I'm a guy who use to work on cars and knows when he's being swindled. I like their triple tread but hate them otherwise.I have 4 cars and I've taken them there just because of location for over 8 years. Every time I take one of them in for my free rotation they find about $200-800 in suggested repairs. I kid you not........ every single time every car either needs brakes or needs brakes next time. They've recommended ball joints, front end alignment, sway bars, shocks, transmission fluid service, transaxle fluid etc.The first time it happened I declined and went to my trusted mechanic who said my brakes are fine and don't need anything. To be clear I've never allowed them to do anything but tires.I get tires rotated Q6000 and it happens on EVERY CAR EVERY TIME. The service manager is obviously commissioned sales. I've just ignored their behavior until today when during a tire rotation for convenience I asked them to clean up some battery corrosion on a terminal which was supposed to be $20 dollars.When I went to pick up the car the repair was not done. I never received a call explaining why not. I complained about the non-repair and the manager said he would have had to replace the battery cable also. I'm like well why didn't you call and tell me that? I obviously would've agreed, since he had the car. His voice mail was the "car is all done". Bottom line is they were too stupid or too lazy to even fix a corroded battery connection.I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN AND SERIOUSLY CONSIDERING BAILING ON GOODYEAR COMPLETELY. I DON'T LIKE LIARS, CROOKS OR IGNORANCE.

The team at this location is top notch. It seems like honesty is something that's hard to find in automotive service/repair these days, but these guys have earned my trust.I took a new wheel and tire in to have them mounted and balanced and they damaged the wheel while mounting the tire. Rather than wait and see if I noticed the damage (which has happened to me with so many other shops), they immediately called me and told me what happened and worked with me to make it right. They ended up replacing the wheel. I've since been in for several maintenance items on a couple of vehicles and every time I have received excellent service. I would highly recommend this shop.

My tire Exploded and the only place closer was this, but their Service is Fast and Friendly they Surprised Me ..... but First they told me it would take a couple of hours like 5 or 6 hours or if I wanted it to return tomorrow to pick up the Van , that was going to be terrible , but they had mercy on me and they did it in 20 minutes.

Yes, we had an unique situation, tires for my 35' 5th wheel. I called a couple of weeks earlier to make sure they could get us done. Well, after a bumpy and frustrating start to our appointment day, on both sides, we got our new tires installed and hit the road. Thanks Greg and team, sorry I didn't get the name of the young man who actually installed the tires.

Martell gave estimate prior to visit, performed headlamp replacement in about 15 minutes, and explained everything when done. Store manager, Jeremiah, was kind and went into detail about the quality service Goodyear provides. Bright waiting area with TV, magazines and a Keurig. :) Very happy with visit. I'll be trusting them for future needs!

I needed tires desperately and these guys fit me in last minute and we re absolutely amazing! They didn t try and push me into something (I hate going to car places because I don t know anything about them and feel like most places push things on you that you don t need) I will be doing all my car maintenance needs here. Highly recommended!

I gave this store a second chance. The first time took a day longer to replace and balance my tires even after scheduling and appointment. Recently dropped off a single wheel and gave them three days to complete. I went to pick it up and it was not ready. I was on a tight schedule and this being the second time I had no patience for this.

I recently moved to this part of the state and needed a new place to get my trucks tires rotated and oil changed. I choose GoodYear because I have good year tires. I couldn't be happier. The guys are knowledgeable and friendly. They do great work at a very fair price. I highly recommend them.

I found myself very disappointed in the service at this particular branch. I scheduled an oil change, and I had to wait over an hour for it be finished. For oil changes requiring 1 person less than 20 minutes to perform at home, I was surprised! Especially because I had made an appointment to have this done so it makes sense to have someone prepared to handle this. Afterwards, my car was pulled around, and I had to wait an extra 20 minutes to pay for the change. All together this was a very disappointing experience, and I do not plan on returning to this branch ever again.

This place does fake work. Brought my truck in and paid extra for a full inspection. They didn't inspect anything. They didn't even take the wheels off the truck, so there's no way they looked at the brakes. Probably why they failed to mention that my brake pads were falling apart and there was a massive chunk of the brake pad completely missing. They also failed to mention that my front axle was about to fall out, and that my hub was extremely loose. They also said my brakes were fine, maybe a little warped, but fine for now. It's funny they said that, because there was a massive hole in one of the rear lines that was keeping the brakes from working at all. Never coming back to have any fake work done.

I was pleasantly surprised to find Goodyear fixed my flat tire at no charge, and then put it back on for free. They also do car maintenance, and oil changes are very reasonable. I will go back there!

When in the front door, heard the bell ring, but no one comes to the front desk. I look around and see a guy sitting at a computer he looks at me and ignores me.Then another guy comes in through the front door, Bell rings again and this guy proceeds to walk behind the counter, he goes to the desk and fiddles with something and completely ignores me.I'm thinking, if two guys can't even talk to a new customer, what are they going to do for my car?So I left.

I was on my way home with a 400 mile drive in front of me and had a tire burst. I put on the donut and limped to this place because it was close, about 20 minutes before they closed on a Saturday, assuming they would say they wouldn't be able to help. They had my tires in stock and handled the whole thing beautifully, saved my life. Thank you Onna and JD!

I review everything before making a big purchase. I was skeptical about going here because of a couple of poor reviews (even knowing that most people only do reviews over poor service) but nonetheless they had the best price, so here I came. I was surprised to find that the shop was cleaner and people friendlier than I had expected, but was most pleased with their safety inspection. While I don't buy tires to hear about needing an oil change, I'm quite pleased they want out of their way to check the front end and inform me of a worn tie rod. My brother hadn't had the same luck, and was in a minor car accident when his broke while driving, so I obviously addressed it immediately. Couldn't be happier. Will come here from now on. Thanks guys.

I've been here for an oil change and they did a great job so I came back when my alternator died. Turns out it wasn't my alternator, just a flaky battery. A less reliable shop would have bent me over and replaced the alternator, but these guys were very honest and just changed out my battery. I'll go back for sure.

Wait exactly 2 hours just for oil change. My appointment was 4 30 Pm,key returned exactly 6 30 pm after asked ,how long more time need for this service. Disappointing behaviour.This is my 2nd visit here. 1st visit was good.They should mentioned how long take for service. They had excuses, more work load this season, then why need appointment. I was booked online 11/5 4 30pm , they called me & rescheduled 11/6, 4 30 pm . So ,afterward that's happening.Also ,i had 3 years free wheel alignment, they saying i have to come before 4 pm,if i want that service. That's completely ok but it should mentioned when they give alignment service, that service is specific time period like everyday till 4 pm.I thik GoodYear auto need adress this things. Time is important for everyone, oil change should not be taken 2 hours.
