I have used this location twice so far. Each time they took me in last min and got my tire done in an hour. Their customer service is amazing and I couldn t be more thankful for them for taking my car in asap. I called other places that couldn t get me in for days. I will continue to use this location for every service I need for my car. They were amazing

I love this Firestone location. All the techs are super friendly, courteous and I never feel like I am being taken advantage of as a female coming into this location on my own.I was able to get new tires put on the same day within a few hours right before a big snowstorm the next day. Very grateful for their speedy service!

First of all, the Customer Service I received from John, who works at the front counter , was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Second, John has the best Presence for being a Customer Care Service Employee. Last but not least is Firestone is and will always be my go to for any maintenance I need for my vehicle and I have my better half go there as well for her car.Thank you John and thank you Firestone for always giving me the ultimate experience.

Will have to wait 2 days for an appointment to get an oil change. Used to be able to walk in here and get it done same day. Might have to wait an hour or two at best. For fleet vehicles we need more flexibility on when and where we can take our vehicles to get a quick oil change. This is not the place anymore. If you have fleet vehicles I would recommend taking them elsewhere, at least for the time being. Used to be a loyal customer here , but simply can t afford it to be anymore.

I had a personal schedule change and came in early for an oil change without making them aware. I was going to just wait until my scheduled appt, but Bryan and the guys were great and took care of me right away even though I was outside my scheduled appointment time. They are extremely accommodating and professional and I reccommend this Brookfield Firestone to ALL of my family and friends. Keep up the amazing work and customer service!!

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly Ron. Positive attitude, joking around, always smiling. He even saw me walking to the bathroom and he came over to hand me the bathroom key instead of me asking for one. He is ON IT. I never expect that kind of service, to be honest but it is ALWAYS appreciated. Ron takes pride in his work and Firestone just won over a life long customer. Thank you, Ron.

Dropped off my 2023 Bronco for a front end alignment after installing new coilovers as the 1" lift through off camber. The truck was finished within a couple of hours and the front end geometry was perfect.

I came from Sheboygan to get my tires done here right before a trip because my Firestone didn t have my tires. Ron (service advisor) not only squeezed me in, but was extremely kind, sympathetic, and moved things around to get my tires done fast so I could get on my way before the snow hit. An absolutely wonderful and amazing crew.

Thank you to John and Brian for exemplary service. Last winter, I got the passenger's side tire pressure gauges replaced at another store. They weren't properly programmed, and I experienced a very bad customer service fail at that other location. Brian saw to it that they were programmed and working even though it wasn't their location's work or responsibility. When the driver's side gauges failed recently, I went back to the Brookfield location. The aftermarket gauges didn't initially work, and John worked through the problem to get it resolved for me. I couldn't ask for better service and attention.

Excellent customer service. I don't know much about cars, and the people at this location always make sure to explain everything thoroughly and respectfully so I know what they're doing and why. They're polite and friendly, and I know I can trust them and their recommendations.

In the last year I've been coming here because it is close to where I work and I've always enjoyed the experience. I've gotten oil changes, brakes done, and new tires all at this location. When I schedule, I do so online and they call me to confirm every time. Staff has always treated me kindly and with respect. Whenever they're done with a job, they let me know what needs to be done with the car or what I need to look into in the future, in a very detailed manner. Prices always seem fair and I've had zero problems with the services provided.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Oil change

For tires I was impressed from start to finish.For an oil change not impressed at all, especially for the price. The Tires were low in the back, no air was added to them. No comments about brake wear, battery, filters etc.The real kicker, I checked the oil once I got home and it was half a quart low.I have little faith and zero proof that a comprehensive vehicle inspection was completed with the oil change. There's nothing showing me that Firestone wasn't more than just a oil empty & fill + oil filter. Disappointing considering the cost.Dealing with Firestone front employees was pleasant. But for an oil change I would not recommend.Services: Tires, Oil change

Both Brandon and Bryan were not only incredibly accommodating but very professional and kind. They were able to get us in quickly, provide the service we needed while showing a great deal of empathy for our (unfortunate) double tire puncture. I came to do a tire balance on my vehicle. They did it but in about 200miles the wheel started shaking. I came back to them and they told me that they will not re do it, because the rims don t go together with the tires and they are bad for balancing. Send me to a different place. The other place balanced my tires great, and told me they dont know why Firestone was not able to just re balance them. If knowing that there was some kind of problem (which there was not) why balance the tires in the first place? I had to pay 2 times for the balance and they did not want to give me my money back since they did not want to re do the balance. Will not be using them again.

Awesome experience! Made my appointment online the day before and got confirmation immediately. Got my diagnosis within an hour and the tech Brian was great. He thoroughly explained the issues I had on my car and provided recommended repairs. He offered all of their payment options and allowed me to make an informed decision I felt confident in. Repairs were done quickly and accurately. I will definitely come here again and recommend to friends and family!

I am a satisfied, loyal customer. Both Bryan and Brandon are amazing. They have always been respectful. Most recently I walked in within a half hour of closing with a nail in a tire. They scheduled an appointment for the next day. However, when they went to put air in the low tire, they cancelled the appointment. They changed the tire immediately because they were concerned for my safety. Due to the placement of the nail, they were afraid it would come out and I would be stranded on the side of the road. This level of service deserves recognition!Service: Tires

Said they rotated tires came In with sensor on left front so if it was rotated correctly this would be in a different spot after pick up wow terrible

The best experience ever in any service location. Wow! So friendly, kind, professional and caring. Everyone there was so nice, specially the experienced senior technicians. Definitely recommend it.
