I was brought to F&F Tire by fate as they were the only shop that could get me in the same day as I had a minor accident, and I am very glad that I did! Some of the best customer service I've experienced anywhere. Jeff, Skylar, Nick, and more were all immensely helpful through a stressful time! I had to go back multiple times due to a persistent issue that stemmed from this accident, but the team was able to help me each time! They made sure my car was driving as good as new after I left and did everything they could to make that happen. I recommend going to F&F for your automotive needs! I don't even live nearby but I still might stop by the next time I need my oil changed! Thanks guys!

I am NEVER coming here again. I went here for years and had wonderful service until I had a very expensive shock and strut replacement. I left the shop after the job was done and felt and heard a very loud clunky noise every time I turned the steering wheel, as well as a loud squeak very time I went over a bump.I brought the car back and the temporary service manager told me to "give it 1,000 miles to break them in." I was skeptical, but did so anyway. The noises only got worse over those 1,000 miles, so I brought it back in and was told that there was "no noise at all" by the new manager and that "I trust my techs and there's nothing wrong with your car." They put it up on the rack and pulled a small piece of construction cone out and blamed it on that. The new manager flat-out refused to honor the warranty and would and kept insisting on the fact that there were no loud noises coming from my shocks and struts. I gave them $2000 for absolutely nothing and had to go somewhere else and pay another $2000 to have their mistake fixed.I am only giving a second star for the service I used to get. Unbelievable.

Highly recommend taking your car to F&F Tire World. The Brookfield team went above and beyond the minute I walked through the doors. Trustworthy, communicative, and honest! I ll definitely be taking my car to F&F for oil changes & repairs from here on out. 10/10 would recommend.

I went in a few weeks ago to find out what was wrong with my car. They told me i needed two sensors replaced, my alternator replaced and another thing regarding the throttle which would've cost me around $1000. Seemed fishy to me. My husband replaced the sensors and found out they drained my oil and didn't replace it which could've caused my engine to fail! Luckily it did not. I took my car to a mechanic friend who said that my husband replacing the two sensors and filling up my oil fixed the issues. There was nothing wrong with my alternator or throttle system! These people lied and tried to get me to pay for things that didn't need to be done. I even paid $150 for them to diagnose (falsely) and take out all my oil (which we didn't find out until later) DO NOT go to this shop!!!!

Currently disputing $1200 spent to pass emissions which was literally a FAIL after 4 visits. All contact was rudely handled from the beginning to end.

Brakes and Rotors lasted less than a year? I called to tell them about it and they say 6 month only warranty. For NO Reason should breaks go bad in 11 months. The car is 2018 the factory ones lasted 4 plus years. The guys attitude sucked one the phone. Completely disappointing I always have gone to you and this is how I get treated. When I asked about this when I picked it up they said my front rotors might be warped. Not happy about this at all.Service: Auto brake repair

Didn't charge for diagnosing tire issue that they could not correct. Courteous and may have earned consideration of future business.A couple of days later:Alex did win my business, competitive pricing and a team that performed above expectations. with service second to none. My first choice tire was no longer available and he provided alternatives that were in stock. Service included re-torqueing of lug nuts at 50 miles after installation (as an engineer I appreciate the need) and made suggestions for service that will save me in the long run. He didn't try to sell me unneeded services. He treated me like a customer: "like he wanted to be treated.'Thanks Alex.Service: Tires

Rarely do I write reviews, especially given today's self-induced systemic labor problems. However, when I find a place that seems to strictly focus on its customers and their needs, it is worth the few minutes it takes to give them a shout out!Great job Jeff + Team. I will shift all business moving forward to your locations. You have surpassed my expectations, and they are high!LGBServices: Exhaust, Tires, Auto exhaust system repair, Tire rotations, Auto tire replacement

Took my car here today, called this morning to get a quote for the issues my car was having and was able to get it in for a diagnostic and repaired in one day. When the issue that was identified was not completely solved after the repair I was quoted for they kept working to make sure I was taken care of and I was kept in the loop. Alex then did everything in his powere to keep the price as close to the original quote price even after needing to do extra work.

My car limped into F & F with a coolant problem. Even though I didn't really have any other options, these guys treated me with integrity and professionalism. They could have sold me a lot more than they did. In the end I felt they handled me as they would a member of their own family. Very reasonable prices. Thoughtful diagnosis. Cooling problem solved. Would highly recommend them.Services: Engine repair, Oil change

I used to only service my vehicles at dealerships. On one occasion, I couldn't get into the dealership and took a chance on this F&F location. I'm so glad I did! They have been able to do every single type of repair I've needed in the past year and I couldn't be happier. Ryan, the manager is fantastic and you can really tell he cares about his customers. That is so important and it really puts this shop above all others.

We (Toppers Pizza Corporate) take our company vehicles here. This location provides excellent services and great prices! We had one of our cars at a dealership for over a week trying to diagnose a safety issue we had going on. Dealership could not figure it out! F&F Tire on Moorland Rd. was able to figure it out within the first half hour and fix it the same day. I would recommend this place to everyone for great quality services!

The manager is rude. The work was satisfactory if not a little overpriced. Didn't tell me about the warranties when I bought the tires, had an issue almost right away and when I called about it,got a "too bad" reply. I'll go a few miles further up the road to the other location just to not deal with him being rude and or condescending. Gave it a few stops in, now I only go to the other location. Even when they damaged my car I still trust them more.Manager is one star, but doesn't speak for everyone there so a second star for the work

Continue to have bad experiences here but, keep trying assuming all will get better. Also have been going to F & F for about 20 years. This was a last bad experience. They found a bulge in my tire which I VERY much appreciate. Then tell me that they want to triple charge for tires so I declined. Then tell me safety reasons they can't put that bulged tire back on. I understand that so I said put my spare on. I can get the SAME tires for half the cost elsewhere. Also they have tried to triple charge my daughter for same exhaust work. All I can say is use F&F at your own risk please shop around. We all work hard for our money and deserve reasonable rates for things!

I bought some new tires and rims from Ryan, the Manager. He was very professional and was not "pushy' on what HE thought I should have. He listened to my needs and ideas and offered his opinions as well as showed me numerous options to choose from.Ryan also has a great sense of humor and is very "down to earth". His customer service was refreshing; especially in today's world. He did not treat me as a "sale" or another "number".I will use this company from now on. I did buy some tires from them last year for a different vehicle as well.I will be calling them for a new; aggressive exhaust system for my truck next.Thank you again Ryan for your expertise and honesty.P.S- the tires and rims look super sweet on my truck.......I will email you a picture soon.

Just wanted to write a long needed review about this place. My mom used to bring all of her cars here for many years. She always did all the recommended services & did everything by the book. She even had her headgaskets replaced here at an extraordinary cost of several thousand dollars! Well, after all the years she came here and the money she spent, what happened was a shock. She had her oil changed, about two months after her head gasket had been replaced. She drove across the street to the mall and asked me to take a look at her car. She said it was making a loud knocking noise that sounded like someone was hitting the hood with a hammer. After her oil change, not even twenty minutes later, her engine seized! The dip stick had oil on it, but I promise you it originally was run without oil. I found metal shavings on the dip stick, which indicates ground up metal in the pan. I immediately called them up and demanded they tell me what went wrong. They insisted that it was none of my business and not their problem. She threatened legal action against them and they refused to replace her engine. The only reason these crooks got away with doing this is because the car wasn't worth the cost of a lawsuit! Their labor rate is high and I can vouch for others in saying, they leave sloppy grease prints everywhere. They even smoked in her car once.. It amazes me to this day that this place stays alive.. Its sad to see that all of their locations have so many bad reviews, yet they continue to operate! Congratulations on making Midas look like professionals guys. Hack hack and more hack. Oh and also, you replaced the back struts on her car and neglected to inform her that the entire strut support was rusted out when you did it! We found a huge hole and are lucky we didn't die while driving.

Came in for emission testing and the guy behind the counter was rude and dismissive. He made me feel like I was doing something wrong by requesting emission testing. I was told they were too busy to do emission testing although two of the garage stalls were empty. He warned if I came back, I could be waiting for as long as a couple of hours! This place obviously doesn t care about satisfied consumers returning for additional services to their car. Absurd!

After being referral from Lutter's Elmbrook Automotive. I received great customer service while I was there. I was informed about my vehicle in less than 2 hours. Reasonable price I will before this place to everybody. Thank you so much

Took a tire in for a flat repair. There was a nail in the tire. Charged me $38!! Are you kidding? Then he said the I could go get the tire from in the garage and put it into my trunk. I felt like the manager was not interested in making sure that I had a positive experience. Needless to say, I won't be back.

I've been a customer of this business for a number of years. They've done work on both my wife's car and my car - and they've done work on my kids cars too. I think reviews should always be based on a collection of several experiences rather than just one experience - it's a more fair analysis of service and products. A couple of years ago we noticed a rattle on my wife's car. It could of been anything - we didn't know. Turned out to be a loose brake dust cover - this was a $50 replacement part repair. They could of told us anything - we didn't know and wouldn't of known. More recently, I bought tires, had tie rods replaced and a rear wheel bearing. I've bought many sets of tires here over the years. Tire pricing is always competitive in price. I tend to replace tires with those originally put on the car by the car manufacturer. I'm also brand conscious. They include in their tire pricing tire rotation for the life of the tire. And depending on other things - you include road hazard insurance whereby tires are insured against flats, etc. This is not often appreciated as it should be. Warehouse tire prices may include tire rotation for the life of the tire too - but good luck getting it done conveniently - warehouse outlets don't do appointments and waiting around can take hours. No thanks. F&F Tire does tire rotation by appointment so you can plan your schedule. It's a big deal. I blew off tire rotation on my first set of tires and got 55K miles out of those tires. On the second set, I religiously did tire rotation and I got 68K miles out of those tires. I had a tire alignment done at the time of purchase this last time. I always think you should do tire alignments when you buy tires. They found that during the alignment process that a couple of tie rods were shot. Tie rods are part of your steering system. I had all 4 tie rods replaced. And because when they do alignments they test drive your car to be sure that the steering wheel is straight, etc., they noticed a rear wheel hum. I had mistakenly discounted that hum to worn tire noise. No. It was a shot rear wheel bearing. They fixed that too and my car returned to a quiet well running vehicle that's safe. Checking their repair work pricing against an online website I found repair pricing for the tie rods and rear wheel bearing to be right in line. So, do other repair shops test drive cars after alignments? I don't know. More important, do other shops ignore noises and issues, or do they investigate and report the issue to the customer like F&F Tire World did for me. Are they in business to do business and do they want to up-sell services? You bet, but here's the important different that I'm trying to point out in this review - they've consistently been up front and honest with me over the years. I feel like I can trust their judgement and I receive a fair value for my money. I spent a ton on this last service call - but I'm confident I was treated fairly and the work done by the mechanic was a quality job. The service manager I usually deal with is Troy. He's knowledgable, friendly and informative. This is a business that earns your trust and business through honest ethical business practices. It's a lot of work - but that's what they do. Businesses live and die with their reputation. Reputation is earned over time with consistency in the quality of the services and products offered and performed. Some things you need to go to a dealer to get done - but I've found that F&F Tire World is a solid consistent performer. I hope you will too.

I had a flat tire and stopped in on my way to work. After I explained my situation, Troy awkwardly went out of his way to tell me that he would be honest with me about my tires, and me and my boyfriend thought it was a little odd. I get a phone call later that day and I am told that I need 2 new tires, all new brakes (they are at 5%) and my tie rod ends are loose and need to be tightened. $300 for the tires, $350 for the tie rods, and $300 for the brakes. I proceed with just getting the new tires, and asked my family mechanic to look at the rest the next weekend. After checking out all of the above, it turns out my brakes aren't perfect, but I won't need new ones for at least another 6 months. As for the tie rod ends- my car's alignment is almost perfect. Needless to say, Troy was not as honest as he told us he would be and I will NEVER be going here again.

Troy is amazing! He is willing to go above to give you the customer experience that everyone deserves. I would recommend this location over every where else in the area for your service needs! Keep being awesome F & F!

Excellent customer service, reasonable prices. They don't do the buy 3 get 1 free deal, but if you look at the places that do that campaign, they cost the same (sometimes more) than F & F.

Had tire blow out do to pot hole called to see when I could get a new tire replacement and meet my warranty apparently they sell different packages and road hazard is a separate warranty! When purchasing I asked if the was a warranty they said yes the tire has a warranty next time you should tell your customers what the warranty includes I also learn my lesson to make sure road hazard warranty is covered!!!

We were out of town and needed a trailer tire fixed. F&F diagnosed the problem and fixed it. They actually called when it was done and charged a reasonable price. Very satisfied with the service.
