Beware of buying a preowned vehicle from these guys. I bought a 2019 Ford Edge and shortly after buying it, I discovered there was an internal coolant leak. The mechanic I brought it to couldn't find where the coolant was going, but did confirm there was an internal leak. He also said that he thinks the card had been in an accident, which Crest did not disclose. The spacing on the hood is uneven, and the horn was unplugged and not working. The mechanic said that this is a pretty good indication that work was done on the car following an accident. On the Wisconsin Buyer's Guide, Crest checked the box that there was no evidence or knowledge of frame repair, and that the horn was legal and working, both of which were false. I called the used car manager about all of this, and he told me to bring it in so his guys could take a look at the car. I brought it in because I wanted to give them the opportunity to fix this, and when I brought it to them, they told me they aren't a Ford dealership, so they couldn't do anything. The used car manager told me to bring it to a Ford dealership and said we will be in touch once Ford diagnoses the issue. I have now spent over $2,000 on repairs for this car and continue to have issues. I have called the used car manager 3 times now and have not heard back. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation against Crest so they are held accountable for their dishonesty.

Dan was very professional at all times.. He is one of the very best service tech at Crest Cadillac. I think that Dan has all the skills to become the Service Manager, hopefully this will take place real soon. Dan is a real credit to Crest Cadillac. Work was do in a timely and fashionable manner but on the other hand the receptionist was kind of rude and unprofessional. I seen ther was an amount due of 50 something dollars and I know I had prepaid oil changes, so I ask her if I owed that amount and she said if you owed that amount I would have told you that without ever looking up at me . I thought that was very rude I was just asking a question. I was very disappointed if there was a another dealership in the area I wouldn t go back

Good morning, I have had a few Cadillacs over the years and have had them serviced with Crest, but Friday March 8 was the best experience I've had with Crest thus far. I'd like to Thank Aaron and the entire staff for taking such good care of me.

If I could leave a zero star review I would! My car stopped in the middle of the road and I called the service department searching for assistance to roadside. The gentleman that answered the phone response was horrible! He told me that they close shortly and they could not send a car. I did not ask for them to send anyone I was trying to get assistance in regard to how to get a tow truck and how I could drop my Cadillac over to them! Not to mention we were less than ONE MILE AWAY. I will never ever do business with this location. This is not my first negative experience with this specific dealership. To make matters worse, he didn t even offer or even try to assist with how to contact the tow truck service. THANKFULLY the Waukesha location was open and the young lady that answered took out the time to walk me through everything and even went as far as to explain how the process goes even though they will be closed!!!!!!!!

Lack of attention to detail in service department is at best, incompetent, at worst, intentional. by not documenting the cars man problems in writing on the service orders, they have left me with a lemon for a car with no recourse though the lemon law

I sent a review to the BBB, CREST CADILLAC replied to the BBB AND LIED AND SAID THEY CERTIFIED MY 2021 XT4 And I WOULDN'T PAY THE PRICE... They ALSO LIED ABOUT ADDING FRONT SENSORS TO THE NEW 2024 AT NO CHARGE TO ME.THAT'S A FLAT OUT LIE!!! BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AT CREST CAFILLAC IN BROOKFIELD, WI. The salesman at CREST CADILLAC, DAVID ULWELLING LIED TO ME AND NEVER PLACED AN ORDER FOR THE 2024 XT4 premium luxury, that had same specs as my 2021 along with complete safety features... BECAUSE I'M DISABLED. They put in an order and provided me with a workbench sheet having a preliminary number, but NEVER PLACED THE ORDER WITH CADILLAC TO BEGIN PRODUCTION. I kept emailing and calling asking for a confirmation from David Ulwelling and the SALES MANAGER, JUAN SANDUVAL... but kept being told "WE STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN A CONFIRMATION NUMBER YET. THAT WAS 7 WEEKS AFTER THEY TOLD ME THEY PLACED THE ORDER. I DIDNT WANT TO KEEP WAITING, so they put me in a lease for a 2024 xt4 that was on the lot, telling me it had ALL of the safety FEATURES of MY ordered red XT4, except not the upgraded sound system...ANOTHER LIE. I LEASED IT on 2/17/2024. They made me wait, I WAS THERE 3.5 HOURS TO LEASE A VEHICLE. I drove it home and discovered right away that the xt4 didn't have front park assist or any of the safety features, that I was told it would have.. I called immediately and was told by JUAN SANDOVAL, the sales manager, to come in Monday, to help me figure out the New dash. He had no clue how to operate it. I came back on Thursday to meet with David Ulwelling. He gave me THE RUNAROUND AND told me he had to look it up. HE SAID THE FEATURES ON THE 2024 XT4 WERE NEW TO HIM AND HE WAS STILL LEARNING HOW TO PROGRAM IT. I CAN'T DRIVE THE 2024, and wanted to buy back my 2021premium luxury, that had only 8500 miles on it. THEY KEPT MY $5,000 DOWN PAYMENT AND WANTED ME TO PAY$6000 OVER THE RESIDUAL $26,114 THAT THEY PAID FOR IT. JUAN SANDUVAL, THE SALES MANAGER SAID I HAD TO PAY MORE BECAUSE IT WAS CERTIFIED, PORTERED, DETAILED IN AND OUT, MINOR REPAIRS AND OIL CHANGE AND WOULD KEEP IT INSIDE UNTIL I CAME TO BUY IT. I WENT ON THURSDAY 2/29, AND AGAIN WAS LIED TO. JUAN SAID HE DIDN'T CERTIFY THE CAR. IT WASN'T CLEAN IT AND IT HAD A DENT ON THE PASSENGERS SIDE FRONT DOOR. I WAS TOLD "NOBODY HERE WILL DEAL WITH YOU...LEAVE". Now I'm stuck with a vehicle that is unsafe for me to drive, and have to find another car and take a HUGE LOSS. BRADY BROWN, the GENERAL MANAGER IS HORRIBLE, and WOULDN'T UNWIND THE DEAL AFTER HAVING IT FOR 5 DAYS AND 38 MILES ON IT. THEY WILL NOT HONOR THE 'WE OWE PEPAERWORK' FOR FREE OIL CHANGES FOR THE 36 MONTH LEASE TERM. I'm 63 years old with physical disabilities and difficulties with Memory and comprehension, and rely on safety features to help me drive. ON A SCALE OR 1 - 5, with one being poor and 5 being excellent, I WOULD RATE THEM 0 ZERO FOR LYING, CHEATING, AND COMPLETE RUDENESS AND INEXCUSABLE TREATMENT OF A DISABLED OLDER LADY.

I recently purchased a truck from Crest Cadillac, led to them by an online search. My point of contact was Daniel Bzdawka, who, despite being soft-spoken, was polite and helpful. He facilitated the buying process by managing documents via fax and email, saving me time at the dealership. I appreciate Daniel's efforts to prepare everything for my arrival, especially after my six-hour drive.However, my experience had its downsides. Arriving a bit early, I was surprised to find the truck was not ready as promised. It was being rushed through detailing, resulting in a less than satisfactory cleaning job, evident in the oily haze on the interior windows.The contract process with Brandon Roeglin was smooth, and I left feeling great about my new truck. But, a week later, mechanical issues surfaced. Remote starting the truck resulted in a check engine light, indicating a random misfire and cold start rough idle. After attempting some fixes myself, I reached out to Crest. Their suggestion to drive the truck back for service was impractical due to my location, 400 miles away.After much back-and-forth and delayed responses, Crest authorized a local dealership to replace a fuel injector. However, the approval process for payment was frustratingly slow. The truck ran well for a week, but then more issues arose, leading to more unresponsive communication from Crest, especially from manager Zach Borkenhagen.While I acknowledge that not all mechanical issues might be Crest's responsibility, the dealership s inspection revealed a dirty engine filter, cabin filter, burnt transmission fluid, and excessive carbon buildup. This discovery led me to question the thoroughness of Crest s pre-sale vehicle inspection.Overall, while there were positive aspects, notably Daniel's customer service, the post-purchase experience has been stressful and disappointing. The lack of prompt communication and effective problem-solving has overshadowed the initial positives of my experience at Crest Cadillac.

I ve been taking my Cadillac Escalade for service during the last 5 years. I received personal attention from Ryan. He was honest, helpful and gave great advice. He never pushed but the opposite. Sometimes he just said: your car doesn t need this done . The job was always well done, in a timely manner. Thank you, Ryan.

Do not bring your car here! I came here for an oil change and after 3 hours my car was returned with problems it never had. The employees were rude the entirety of my visit and never actually changed my oil. The picture is the oil from my car 2 days after it was allegedly changed. Then the brain surgeons rotated my tires without balancing them first causing all sorts of problems with my front end. Save yourself the grief.
