Came in for a new battery purchase/ installation. A fantastic employee named chuck helped us out, got it in quick, and helped checked our starter and alternator as well. No issues, but it was a fantastic little thing to add on while he was in there. We will be back because of him and hope to see him again!

On January 11th I went in to get new wiper blades for my car. Chuck was extremely helpful in finding the best ones that wouldn't break the bank for me and helped me put them on right away. I really appreciated Chuck's customer service making this a very easy purchase.

Not the friendliest people working there. Felt like I was bothering them when I came to pick up my online order. And my order was incorrect, not my fault either. Good thing I noticed before I pulled away.

Had a UPS package to drop off & needed new batteries for my key fob. The gentleman behind the counter took great care of me! Thank you!

Usually Napa is my go to but I was nearby and wanted to replace a light that was going out frequently. Instead of just replacing the light, Zach went through each component to identify if the corrects parts were used. Lo and behold he found two discrepancys and fixed my problem. This is the customer service stores need because I ll be here again. Thank you again

Had a similar experience as another reviewer. Brought car in to test the battery since car has not started consistently for the past couple of weeks. Employee "checked" battery and said it was fine and should last another year (battery was purchased at Advance Auto Parts in 2018). Two days later, car would not start. Brought it to AutoZone, which tested it and said the battery was completely dead. Replaced it there. Won't be returning to AAP. How can anyone trust their free "checks"?

I completely forgot to leave a review! I had a seamless transaction when coming in to buy a new headlight for my car. I didn t get the tech s name but my ereceipt says Emily, so hopefully this finds you well. I was given a suggestion which works incredibly well AND they walked me step by step how to change the headlights right at the store, providing me with valuable knowledge for the next time I need a change. Thank you!

Would not suggest. Took them up on their free battery test and the gentleman (after switching the jumper cables to the correct +/- positions on the battery *eyeroll*) told me that my battery was good and should last at least through the winter and he thought I should have my starter looked at as that might be causing the car to not start. I actually commended him since he was not trying to sell me a battery when I didn't need one. Well, two days later my car didn't start. I took it to my Toyota dealer and the battery was completely dead and my starter was fine. Just go to the dealer!

I don t normally write reviews, but had to give some recognition to Abbey. Not sure if she is a manager at this location, but she really should be. She was very knowledgeable and helpful with testing my battery/replacing it. Aside from helping me, she seemed to be the go to person to for all the employees to ask questions because of the extensive knowledge she had of her job (including parts, inventory, the system, etc.) Happy that I had her assisting me.

A year ago I neaded a headlight at 8 pm. Hours online said close at 9, sign on the door with a sticker crossed out the 9 for 7. Fine, whatever. A YEAR LATER I come to pick up a UPS package and your hours STILL say 9pm on Google, UPS's website, AND YOUR OWN DAM WEBSITE, but no, you're still closed at 7 with the residue of multiple past stickers changing your close time. Do your job and update your freaking hours and stop wasting people's time!

Went in to try to buy some oil. Both employees were a bunch of dopes. One asked me if he could help. I asked where the oil was and he responded over where it says oil. Thanks. Big help. Then the other one asked what kind I needed - and then told me they didn t sell oil for cars and to try Home Depot. I just walked out after hearing that. I hope management realizes they lost a $25 sale. Maybe that s not a big deal - but $25 a day times 365 days x 150 stores across the nation may up. I won t be going back. I wonder how they would ve treated my wife or daughter.

Went in for windshield wipers while there was no one at the counter. Stood there for awhile to get measurements for the wipers before someone came down and helped me. No big deal! Grabbed my wipers and waited behind two other customers....no one at the counter again, just someone sitting on their phone looking at the line. Not sure if they were an employee or? A different employee came down to the counter and before helping the 3 guests, cursed out the guy sitting by the counter on his phone. Learned he was an employee...just busy on his phone. Guy on his phone responded in a not so customer service manner. The two employees argued before anyone was checked out. No apologies, just poor attitudes. Also - totally just a sidenote, isnt autozone supposed to offer assistance with wiper installation? yeah...didn t get that either. won t be returning!! and that s okay! (:

Revised a year after first review. Reduced another star as they only had one person working at approx 4pm on a Sunday. Multiple customers in line commented they were frustrated and one mentioned the security risk to that person apparently working alone at that time.Friendly and knowledgeable help. Would be 5 stars but they were out of some wax/detailing products I was seeking.

The So called Manager was Rude too Me and I own a Automotive repair shop. She was extremely rude to a Customer who tried to return a Bad part,He was older and she wasn't kind or patient with Him. My opinion,Return Her or Replace Her. It seems She doesn't like Her Job in Dealing with the public so Corporate Make a Necessary Change or I will Not return.

Courteous and very friendly staff. I had ordered a part online, and they already had it ready for me, because you can order online and then pick up at a local store. I also got a 25% discount for ordering online. They also double-checked the part for me so that I didn't walk out with the wrong one.

Very cooperative and courteous staff, went out of the way to help me find the right part. Ultimately had to return a couple of items, which were accepted without any hassle.

I forget the clerk's name, but she was awesome!!!! Very knowledgeable of the product, happened to have experience in my line of work, that involves my vehicle, and gave alot of advice. Very grounded attitude and even attached the product (wipers) to my car. Thanks much lady

Had the ignition I needed and the other local parts stores didn't. Only issue was the install instructions from the checkout person was pretty far off. It's not really there job though and he was just trying to be helpful so...

This place generally does have the car parts I need. One caution: I have been there a number of times, and from what I can see, the customers (and some employees) don't always wear masks properly, so if you want to stay safe, you might want to give yourself some distance.

John and Abby spent a generous amount of time helping me with my battery, and they also helped to determine the probable source of my car issue. I was amazed at their attention to detail and their teamwork. I am very impressed.

Went in Saturday morning to buy replacement wiper blades. No one in store. 2 guys seated behind counter. No greeting. Went to wiper blade selection computer, the thing is so old you can barely read the buttons. 1st $55 pair: no passenger side blade in stock. 2nd $50 pair: no driver side blade in stock. Walked by front counter, no one said a word or offered help as I walked out. Lost my $55 wiper sale and any future auto parts needs. That's how you lose business folks. And why at 11:00am on a Saturday morning that your business is empty...

They were outstanding! My battery was completely dead. I got to the parking lot and two very nice young gentlemen replaced it in no time. Grateful!

Thank You to, I believe I heard someone call the young man Lamont. He was only person up front, had to change a battery for someone and I had a wiper that came off. He came out to try to help me but unfortunately a piece was missing off the end of my wipers. As busy as he was I was not going to make him check if it was a factory part or part of the wiper assembly. I still 7 days later have not fixed lol. As husband assured me he would take care of. Time to make him take my vehicle, that way he will get it fixed lol, as he controls the cash. But Lamont was awesome even with the many people coming while he was alone.

They always have what you need for parts. And if for some reason they are out of stock they will get it in for you as quick as possible

Check the parts they have for defects before you install. Or be like me and blow out your wheel cylinder due to rust and pitting in the low quality casting. They demand that you return the defective parts before they even think about taking care of you. That makes me mad. I am not longer a customer of advance. If I want service I'm going to Car questions or napa. Ended up with a betterrible quality part at Auto zone..

Very helpful. My salesman went out of his way to assist me.Needed some clean up on the floor. But understandable in this kind of weather.
