Great experience!Owner is very friendly and personable and willing to go the extra mile to help you, listen and answer all your questions and concerns and explain everything to you to understand. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy.I needed a car right away, he went above and beyond, found me the perfect car that is right for me and my budget.No pressure, I didn't feel rushed, the dealership made the process so easy.

What a wonderful and pleasant transaction, after I traveled 1200 miles to pickup a car that looked so good in the pictures.. i was pleasantly surprised on how much better did the car actually looked and performed, the owner of Import Autos did not disappoint in the description of the car, he also picked us up from the airport and was very flexible in hours.I will be definitely looking at your inventory for my next car. Very Satisfied CustomerRight off the top, the vehicle we were looking at was waiting for us at the front of the dealership. All warmed up and ready for a test drive. Some nice guy forgot his name was our sales consultant. Great, very professional, and overall down to earth guy. Answered every question and then some. The dealership itself was very nice place! They were all very welcoming and had a complimentary goodies while we waited for the finalization of the paperwork. No pressure here, no sales gimmicks. You tell them what you want, and they will work their hardest to get as close as they can to it. Ma dude was a great sport. I could never talk numbers like he did, but dude got it done. Thank you again to ma dude at the Import Auto! Happy Wife, Happy Life

We recently purchased a car from the owner Steve. All I can say was the overall experience was absolutely excellent. Steve let us check the vehicle over without hanging all over us. He was very professional as well as friendly. Upon vehicle purchase there was a small issue with the car. Steve wasted no time making the situation correct AFTER THE SALE. So many other large dealerships once you sign the bottom line, good luck to ya! Not so with Steve. He made sure our purchase experience was great, as well as after the sale communication was great. Being a small dealership, his reputation is on the line so I feel he has more to loose if things aren't right. We would highly recommend Import Autos Inc for your next car purchase. Overall great experience!

I purchased a 2010 BMW M3 from Mr. Ramadani at import autos inc! He was soooo helpful and even personally picked me up at the airport when I flew in. The car was in excellent shape and they even installed new brakes and tires. Full condition report once I returned home on my trip from a local bmw dealership showed everything that the guys at import autos told me about the car. Super honest place everyone, great pricing and real genuine people working there. I would 1000% buy another car from them. Thanks again boys.

The entire experience with the team at Import Motors has been amazing- from the online communication to driving off the lot. My husband and I drove 1600 miles round trip to purchase this car. We have loved every minute of having it!

The pictures of the car I was looking at purposefully hid the dealership name and location. It led me to believe that the car that was for sale was being sold by a private person whose friend owned the lot. Which made it an AS IS purchase although it wasn't advertised that way. If that wasn't the intention, it created a "buyer beware" feeling.
