The Brillion store just blew my plan for today I ordered an alternator yesterday .. I will order and it will be here in the morning . Well I work until 3:00, so I went to pick it up after work ..nothing was ordered for me, she says, I can have it here in the morning .Screw All Of That!!!I was supposed to be somewhere by 5:00 with the vehicle that the alternator was for additionally, I drove 10 miles for no reason.I m going to try the Manitowoc store now.

I broke down tonight in pouring rain in Brillion Wi 60 miles from home,, Gotta say Orielly went above and beyond helping me out... Can't thank them enough, Victor is cool as hell jumping rite in helping me get rolling again.....

Called them to ask for some advice about an alternator for our van. We're heading home from vacation and our alternator went out! The lady who answered called around to see which stores had the part and offered several other ideas to help. Super friendly and very helpful! If we lived in the area I'd come here every time! 5 stars!

Stopped by for a ball joint in an emergency, as I work for a competitor.Sue was working and she is an absolute delight. Helpful, knowledgeable and a great attitude. She is definitely an asset to your store!!

They scanned my check engine light and told me what was wrong with it. The woman also printed off instructions on how to replace the part. It'll save me more than $100 so I dont have to pay a mechanic!

Helpful associates but overpriced merchandise. Bought a pair of headlight bulbs for $49, found same bulbs at Fleet Farm for $33.

Our O'Reilly store in Brillion is awesome. I'm usually walking in there with a problem and and I always walk out with a solution.

Need to get some people that actually know what they are doing not a bunch of people that think that they are mechanics because they own some tools and can change a spark plug
