I've worked with Teresa for a long time for someone else but now it's my turn. Called her up when I decided to buy a new car and shop around. The business relationship previously with her made her my first call. My current insurance went up and Teresa says let me look around for you. Not only did she beat my current insurances rates but provided me with more coverage. Should've went to her sooner but can't change the past. Definitely very satisfied with my new insurance. Don't hesitate to give this women a call. It doesn't cost anything to get a quote for yourself.

I knew from the get-go Theresa was serious about customer service and taking care of her clients. That was especially evident just yesterday, on a Holiday weekend, when she immediately returned a call I made about a pending police report related to an accident that we were involved in, but not at fault for. Her guidance, explanation of the process, and promise to go to bat for us was at the front of her communication, and I have no doubt she will be in our corner as she has from before we even became an official client of hers. Theresa is knowledgeable, responsive, helpful, and, most importantly, empathetic. Do not hesitate to reach out to Theresa for any insurance-related need now and in the future!

Theresa is simply amazing we were very hesitant to switch our auto & home insurance that we have had for 20 plus years but as she went through our policies with us and explained everything she had to offer with Erie insurance we took the leap and switched insurance companies with her she goes above and beyond she came to our home to go through everything, replies back immediately to messages whatever we asked she answered!! I m so happy that we will have an agent to be able to call with any questions at anytime!! Thank you Theresa for all your patience & time.

I recently had back problems and decided it was time to retire. Upon calling Theresa she went into action mode and restructured everything for me. I have never seen such a detailed insurance agent and I know I go into retirement with my back covered.

We met Theresa at an event and had less than 1 week left on our existing policy. She was able to review our policy and catch many important areas where we weren't getting proper coverage for our business. She worked quickly to secure us not only a better rate, but also better coverage! I have never had someone take the extra time to make sure we understood the steps but also work quickly to make sure we didn't lapse. I have known Theresa's business for about 5 years now, and every time she shares something about insurance she educates me on something I had never thought about. She is an amazing resource for any questions regarding insurance and "what to do if x happens." Theresa Cavanaugh is nothing short of amazing. The time and effort that she puts into going into great detail with you is hands down the best experience I have ever had with an insurance agent. Not to mention, how knowledgeable she is, but I think what impressed me the most, is that she truly has your best interest at heart. We worked with Theresa to see if what we were paying for our auto, home, and umbrella policies was reasonable and she was able to find us great coverage for about $450/yr less! We really like that she's able to shop a variety of companies for us so we can still get the best coverage for the cost but continue working with Theresa even if she feels it makes sense to switch companies in the future. She's knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares about finding the best options for her clients. The process to switch was so easy, and Theresa was thorugh in answering all of our questions. I was introduced to Theresa from Junction Insurance Agency through a mutual friend and am so grateful of that encounter months back. Theresa was able to meet with me on multiple occasions, review the auto insurance plan I had with Progressive (which was not as great as I thought for the "competitive price"), answer all of the questions I had, and provide me with a quote that gave me more than 10x the coverage I had while saving me hundreds annually.I honestly can not rave enough about the difference Junction Insurance Agency has made in my life from such a simple yet complicated part of life.And for those of you reading this who are hesitating on switching insurances or say you would but are "too busy," all I can say is contact Junction Insurance Agency and get the quote. Teresa is absolutely incredible. Made it simple, fast and efficient for me to switch over my policy. She is EXTREMELY dependable and always there for you when you need quick/fast response on certain issues. There has never been a time when she hasn t followed through what she says she can do. Theresa is wonderful to work with for insurance needs. As a broker she shopped around for us, more than doubled our coverage on both our home and car insurance, helped us protect against several things other insurance agents wouldn't even tell us about and still saved us a substantial amount of money! And when my husband hit a large chunk of concrete that wasn't visible at night, they company she paired us with was very easy and helpful to work with.

We all read those reviews that say "she/he cares". Let me be clear, Theresa actually cares. I've had multiple agencies help me and she is by far my favorite. I don't talk with anyone else. Give her a shot. I hope I have her for a good 20 years or more. She takes care of my business, home, auto, everything.

We appreciate Theresa's experience and knowledge, which she honestly and openly shared with us. She made sure we were sufficiently covered on our cars and home and even saved us money. She also helped me to navigate Medicare Advantage plans, which was a Godsend because entering Medicare requires you to understand a boat-load of information. I really relied on Theresa.

Theresa has been a great help to me. I lost my husband and my Auto and Home policy was all messed up. She was able to get me new insurance at a much better rate. I really believe in her abilities to service me as an insurance agent.
