I attended the Joe Nichols concert last night with my girlfriend, and while the show and acoustics were great, the seats are absolutely way too close together! I don't mind being up close and personal with my girlfriend, but I didn't like basically sitting on top of the guy on the other side of me. I was squished like a canned sardine until the guy next to me got up with his friend to go stand in the back because it was much more comfortable. I'm not sure if the man in charge of the meet and greet after the show belonged to your staff or Joe Nichols', but he was extremely rude in rushing us along during pictures. We could "meet" him, yes, and I understand the no autograph rule as per the artist, but we were rushed and told to hurry it up, have our cameras ready, get the picture and be gone! We paid for the privilege, and while we got overpriced merch for it ($20 each for a pre-signed pic), we had hardly any "greet" involved! We couldn't even share a few words with him. Again, I'm not sure who was in charge of the meet and greet, but if it was someone on your staff, then need to be educated on how to treat paying customers with dignity and respect. Otherwise, the casino itself seemed nice, but as far as seeing a concert, the venue felt like a less comfortable high school auditorium.

This is a decent casino. Pays some. Clean restrooms. Relatively large casino. Plenty of parking and has a smoking area outside. Nice bingo area too ~ I didn't play bingo. Plenty of slot machines and tables. Free soda and coffee. Restaurants inside as well. I recommend going here if you like casinos. Was not overly loud.

We went here for a St. Patrick's Day buffet. It was excellent. They had a nice selection of breakfast and dinner options. The sausage was really good, the bacon wasn't as crisp as I'd like but still good. They have a large selection of slot machines, table games, and video poker games. There is a hotel, bar, and other dining options on the premises also.

Smokey Robinson Show was excellent. Cant believe he's 83. Never missed a beat or a line. Seating was too tight. Tiny chairs with no space between. No smell of smoke at all from the casino. Very nice.

First, never thought I'd be camping in March, called here Tuesday 26 of February to reserve camp site #2 for Saturday the 2 of March was told all good, now, we get there, the site is taken, nothing they could do, second, the outside port-o-potty, was never emptied, full to the top... Last went in for breakfast buffet, everything cold. I really liked going here, but they have a lot of things to work on, so I think I'll just find some other casino to go to

I frequent the place alot & I was super disappointed to say least....went to get a room and not only could I not get one but it was because they had noone to run the front desk. So I stay til the morning when staff would be in and they inform me that they were booked so I had to go elsewhere. Couldn't get a Players card cause that service was short staff as well. Normally I'm happy about the hospitality and friendly staff but that ruined it for me and my girlfriend. The ticket service was having problems so everyone had to go to cash services with all the payout tickets. With only 3 people behind the counter if was super inconvenient for everyone. You would think they would focus on that with more windows open so you didn't have to wait 30 min in line like I did one tine.

I frequent this place alot... or I did! Ticket machine was down so had to go to Cashier Services but only 3 counters open to accommodate the whole place. Tried to get a room and there wasn't any staff there. So I waited until the next morning and my luck they didn't have any available so I had to make the drive dead tired. I was very disappointed to say the least!!

Decent menu selection, not alot of selections if you don't eat meet. Staff in all areas are pretty friendly.

You win some you lose some. Just don't play over your budget. The place is clean and normally busy on weekends. With a $100 budget, depending on how you play you can spend a few hours there.

Machines are very tight. Ate at the restaurant for lunch. Had the reuben sandwich. Not good. Doesn't have any flavor at all.

Went back today after a year. Nothing changed machines are very tight you re lucky if you get a bonus. Will spend my money anywhere but here.

Tuesday a.m. buffet was tasty enough for the discounted price we were offered. The added $1.50 for milk was a surprise. The "I'LL MAKE IT FOR YOU OMELETTE" bar is a nice addition. The gentleman making omelettes was the only pleasant person we encountered.

Off the beaten path. Somewhat difficult to find. Newer machines. Lots of variety. The food was good also. Hotel was well appointed with essential stuff and clean linens. VERY short staffed (bartenders) for events & sometimes it felt like you were bothering them. I'm sure we will be back. I've been there twice & won both times.

Actually won a bit here. Was able to play for 6 hours and came out about 80 ahead. Was nice winning enough to keep playing. The hotel was comfortable and clean.

We always love it here on day visits. Only stayed overnight once. Very clean and waitstaff are always so nice.

As casinos go, this one pays far better than Wittenberg or Nekoosa. A little out of the way, but if you are not in a rush, give it a try.

The Groove Lounge has the best live music and a new menu with variety and healthy selections as well. Bathrooms are clean, bartenders are friendly and isn't a smokey environment! Came in on a slow day to learn craps and staff was very helpful and didn't mind teaching. I won $20 on my first time at the table.

Still my favorite Resort and Casino. Always treated well and Comps are very reasonable given your play level. I don't make it as often as I use to but they always seem to have the best deals then any of the other casinos around. Slots are just as tight as most. But hey, seems like they all are these days... Not real happy with the weak drinks and higher prices, but will definitely come back next time I'm in town. Update; In the area again and had a great time, Drinks way better now, or got a really nice bar tender. Prices are what's expected in the area and Game play seems to have improved. At least for me it did, came out way ahead this last visit.

Like every other casino, they have tight slots. Spent four hours there on a Saturday. No one near me won a large amount. Not worth the hour drive from Green Bay.

Nice hotel and casino. No swimming pool and small fitness center, but friendly staff and good restaurants/buffets. Lot of gambling machines. Clean room and comfy beds.

Saw Charlie Berens. Seating is very tight and uncomfortable. Makes it appear the casino oversells tickets and not consider the comfort of their guests. Chairs are pressed next to one another. I looked around and saw everyone with their arms pressed against their side. My advice to the casino: Remove some chairs, take the loss in ticket sales. Your guests deserve that.Charlie Berens put on a great show.

We had a wonderful time. It was our first time staying at the hotel. The room was very nice and we will definitely stay again.
