There is nothing better than a small town store that make you feel like you are part of their family when you walk in the door. Lakewood Market is THAT store. The groceries are topnotch, we love the produce section and the deli is amazing! The fuel rewards program is a great incentive too!! Thanks for the perfect store for our community!

I have always had excellent service at Lakewood market. For a smaller store, they have an excellent selection of groceries and produce. I also belong to the perks club, so occasionally get cash off for fuel. We buy fuel there when we're snowmobiling, and they have an amazing selection of wine.

Lakewood Market in Boulder Junction, Wisconsin is a first class operation. Whether you re looking for fuel, food or liquid refreshments this is the place to go. For a grocery store this far north they seem to stock everything from your standard every day items to gourmet treats of all kinds. And, the staff is always willing and able to provide helpful advice. Those of us who spend a lot of time in Boulder Junction are very fortunate to have Lakewood market right here in town.

Amazing store with everything that you need a few that you don't but you get them anyways because it's such a cute store! Located in Boulder Junction downtown next door to Coontails. Clean, bright, everything fresh! Grocery store attached plus great array of snacks in the gas station.. not your average "gas" station. Best prices on gas and diesel too.

The store is A-1. It is the perfect size and selection for this town. I don't know how it could get any better. I don't need to drive to the city for any of my needs. Plus you can get a gas discount from buying items at the store. I had to just amend review to say.... as a long time visitor this town has friendly people!!!!!!Remember Longs Hillbilly Market? Those were the days!!!!

Love having all the amenities in our small town! From gas with perks to snacks, cheese, rotisserie chicken to wine, beer and spirits and a wide variety of all your favorite name brand groceries!! Even carry lots of produce! So convenient! We Love our Lakewood Market in Boulder Junction, WI. If you are just here for the weekend, passing thru or live in these beautiful Northwoods you must stop in and give them a try!!

We frequent Coontail Market and every experience is pleasant. All the employees are anxious to be helpful. It has become like being part of a family that makes shopping an opportunity to smile. If you're staying in Boulder Junction or just passing by, Lakewood Market (formerly Coontail Market) has plenty of food, drinks, clothing, and supplies to meet your needs with a friendly and capable staff to help you out. My favorite is the hot rotissirie chicken that I can shred and use in multiple dishes. They also have a dealcoholized Sauvignon Blanc (Giesen) wine that tastes great (Kudos to whoever came up with that idea). My recent new find was Sourdough Bread (in the frozen section).Once it's thawed, you'd never know it was frozen -- it tastes that good. And if you write #6 on your receipt and deposit it in their receipt bin, our church (St. Anne) will even get a portion of the receipts. Can't say enough about this community-minded localestablishment.

Everyone who works at Coontail Market is SO kind and accommodating! I LOVE shopping there! Whenever I get gas, I make sure I go in with my charge card because I LOVE visitng with Kelly! Whenever I need something ordered, Winn goes out of his way to order it. Sally and Jane are great in the deli and all the check-outs are fantastic!!!! Thank you for everything you do for our town.

Excellent selection of groceries, wine, beer, liquor, and sundry items for a small town market. Don t know what we d do without the convenience of Coontail Market! Their Arbor Vitae and Boulder Junction outfitter shops are awesome too!

Every time I shop at Coontail I m reminded of how grateful I am that Boulder Junction has such a fine grocery store. I remember the years when it was only a convenience store and the only grocery store had closed.I am willing to pay a little more for the convenience. I usually find everything I need there and the fruit and vegetables are always fresh.Love getting the gas coupons.

Such a varied amount of items in a small store. So impressed to see healthy options, flowers and plants, and some delicious chocolates to boot! We would give it a five-star if Home Run Inn pizzas and more varieties of dark chocolates were added to the already nice selections. People were helpful.

I love this store. My friend and I joke that when we retire we re going to work there testing the items they stock. You can make gourmet meals from what they carry in a limited space. Someone there is very knowledgeable about food and ingredients. Bravo Coontail!
