The rental staff is beyond amazing. I thought I had reserved a pontoon for my week on Fishtrap lake, but I had never actually made the reservation. Carmen quickly called me back and was able to set me up with a fish and ski instead for the week. They were super quick on delivery and so empathetic to my situation (even though it was all my fault). The delivery and pickup is also incredibly smooth and they will help you with anything you need. Thank you for your wonderful service.

Boulder Marine Center is THE spot to visit if looking to rent snowmobiles in Boulder Junction. This establishment deserves a 5 out of 5 rating because of their phenomenal customer service and very reliable machines that ran flawlessly all weekend. My first experience in Wisconsin was an absolute blast, and I can't wait to come back again. Thanks Boulder Marine Center!

My wife and I had an excellent experience at Boulder Marine while we were on vacation in Presque Isle last week. Though we had a case of "user error" with a battery wiring issue, they (Special thanks to Josh) were quick to help us fix the issue and quickly got us back on the water to enjoy our week. I would recommend Boulder Marine and Josh Thompson to anyone!

We rented a pontoon boat for our week up North and had a phenomenal experience! Boat was in mint condition, delivered on time and customer service was beyond exceptional! You can't go wrong doing business with a company this good!!

We had an excellent experience at Boulder marine. My husband and I purchased a pre-owned boat and motor from there which Josh made incredibly easy to do. Ran great but then we had an issue with the motor. We brought it in, James took one look and immediately knew what was wrong. They ordered the part and in a very short time we were back on the water! Thank you James and your fantastic team for great service, knowledge, friendliness and an unbeatable price! We will definitely be back and we will highly recommend Boulder Marine to everyone! Great service department. Had work done on my sled trailer and my XF 6000. They called to go over everything that was needed and to make sure there was not something else I wanted. Very pleased with the work.Earlier this year we bought a pontoon from them. It was a great buying experience. They had what we wanted at a very good price. The service around delivery was fantastic.I highly recommend this place. James and his team are top notch.

My husband and I purchased a pontoon from Boulder Marine. The sales process was incredibly smooth - not to mention we got the best price in the state (believe me, I'm a "researcher"and shopped around). Upon delivery, there was an issue with the motor. Of course it popped up after the Boulder Marine staff had left (we live 3 hours from Boulder Junction). We contacted them and immediately they took action by sending someone down to fix the problem. Not only did he fix the problem, he drove 6 hours round trip twice in one week and fixed the motor in torrential rain. These days you almost expect to have to battle to get the customer service you deserve. Not with these folks. Customer service is high priority at Boulder Marine and because of that, they will continue to get our business. A special shout out to Rhonda, Mike and Todd - all of whom are awesome. Thanks Boulder Marine!

Late season travelers and first time sledders here. These folks were fantastic to deal with. They were patient while educating us and assisted coordinating our group including an after hours drop off. They have an incredibly knowledgeable team and we will be back.

I rented a pontoon boat from them in June of 2021 and it was delivered and picked up on time. It was clean and we had no maintenance issue - ran like new. The staff was always a call away and I didn t have to leave any voicemails or talk to a computer. Great customer service. It made our vacation easy coming from out of state. Thanks

Extraordinary service. They saved our trip and a bunch of money. We found out the day before our week long fishing trip to Mercer the solenoid was malfunctioning again on an older 2-stroke motor. Had replaced it last year but nobody had the part in stock. We called around a dozen marine stores in North Central WI frantically searching for the right part. They said they had the part but before they sold it to us they had a mechanic take a quick look. He asked us if we tried hitting it. We thought it was a joke but he grabbed a hammer, whacked the part, and it worked! He said it happens all the time with those older motors. They didn t charge us a thing and saved our fishing trip. Good old fashioned honest service and can t recommend em enough.

Mike at Boulder Marine made my boat purchase come true. His level of professionalism was 100% through out my sales experience. He worked with me and not against me like so many other dealers out there. He was honest. Honesty is the number 1 reason I purchase at a store of any kind. Price is my number 2nd reason. He gave me a great deal as well. He also gave me knowledge. Knowledge is key. When a person can stand behind the information they are representing is also very appreciated. I was not asked by this dealer to add this review. I do it because, I want others to be aware of this business as well as Mike who works making dream boats come true. I would have ranked this sales process a 10 stars out of 10 if google would have let me.

I worked with Mike on a new boat order for two months. He was friendly and patient with all of my questions and concerns. His recommendations on hull, electronics and motor were perfect. He knew what I wanted/needed and delivered. The boat arrived late from the manufacturer-in the week before Memorial Day-undoubtedly their busiest time of year. The techs, (Josh, Brian, Tim, etc.) burned the midnight oil to deliver on time, and were patient, friendly and super knowledgeable. I had to bring the boat back for some minor adjustments and they dropped everything to make it right. Thanks to Melissa in parts and Rhonda at the front desk! Great ladies. I feel fortunate to have such a great power sport dealer so close to my house in this remote part of Wisconsin. Boulder Marine Center is my go-to spot for water and snow fun equipment.

On a recent fishing trip I had a bearing go out on my trailer. It was a Saturday and they were busy with other boats, yet they knew I was in a bind and took care of it. I was on my way within an hour. A very friendly, personable and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended. Thank you Boulder Marine for taking care of me.

James and his crew went above and beyond to get my son and I back on the road at (and after!) closing hours on a Friday evening.When boat trailer damage proved too extensive for on-site repairs, James spent time brainstorming with me, walked the yard to see what was available and made contact with his area business associates in an attempt to assist. He even coordinated other businesses for transport and repair while I continued on the trip.The effort was extensive, and ultimately, I wasn't even a customer due to the trailer damage. Considering the wonderful treatment I received, I can't recommend Boulder Marine Center any more highly. Fantastic guys, all.

It was first class service from the receptionist answering the phone to the person who scheduled the appointment, to the mechanic who called to tell me about my repair. My motor repair ended up being minor however when I picked up the boat I asked if someone could show me what it was. Before I could even walk out to my boat, someone was there to explain it. You can tell a well run business and that's what this is.

I rented two snowmobiles over this holiday season and had a great experience. I had a two up Yamaha Vector that was brand new and an Arctic Cat 550 air cooled. Both sleds were in great condition; good carbides and well maintained. I found Boulder Junction Marina very reasonable to deal with, the pick-up and drop off went very smoothly.

Can't say enough great things about this place! Had the brake calipers seize up on my skidoo sled on saturday and after releasing pressure from the bleeders out on the trail limped in with no brakes. Talked to the tech and he said no problem we will have it in give me 10 minutes. 1.5 hours later after cleaning the crud out of the master cylinder and replacing the belt back on the trail! Thanks to the whole staff you are amazing!

Was setup to purchase a used 2015 snowmobile. Drove 4.5+ hours to get there. Contacted them days prior and was told never been in accident, carbides and hyfax new along with fresh oil change. Arrive to find out unit had been in accident that caused a-arm to bend. Which they did replace but painted and it looked horrible. Carbides and hyfax worn well below 50%. The fresh oil was from 3/2017 so 2 years ago. They could have been more honest about these issues so I didn't waste the 4.5 hour drive. When questioned they stated parts where new at one point. Don't waste your time here. A little honesty goes along way.

Staff is so informative and friendly! Great selection of new/er sleds. Much better alternative than renting from Trackside in Eagle River. I will gladly make the drive to Boulder Junction to deal with these kind folks over EVER going back to TS. Thank you for the friendly service and great experience!

Great staff, thurow inspections, checked both carbides, a little bit more for renting but you get what you pay for. The performance sled pulled hard and the two up was very comfortable.

Stopped by with a clutch problem on my Ski Doo. They were very helpful in identifying the problem, unfortunately they didn't have the part available to repair the problem. Ended up renting an Artic Cat to finish the day. OK machine but very under powered. Good people at the shop, stop in and check out their large selection of gear too.

We could not have had a better experience with these wonderful people! I didn t know much about snowmobiles and Carmen was super helpful and patient with me! Can t wait to use them again and rent a boat from them this summer. HIGHLY recommend!
