Service work done on 2003 Ford Escape used for international long distance travel. Detailed attention was paid my service needs plus further checking and repairs by technician staff to possible points of failure. All work was excelent, communication great and pricing fair. I highly recommend and will continue to use on this and other vehicles.

Shea, Casey & Courtney are absolutely fabulous with their customer service skills. They all are very polite, knowledgeable & professionals. All the mechanics know their business & I can trust the work to be done correctly the first time around. I switched to this dealership because I wanted better service. So far so good. The service manager actually listened to me about what was going on with my truck and is going to be doing some research about. I was treated with nothing but respect and everyone there was very respectful and courteous. I most definitely will continue going to this dealership.

Many problems with this place and the car I bought from them. Bought the car a year ago this month and I have put too much money into it fixing big things wrong with the car. I have had it in the shop every month since I ve had it to get it fixed starting with engine problems and not having the car for 3 months weeks after purchasing. Have had to replace so many things and have had many problems arise over the time. Still having problems to this day with engine and have taken to them multiple times for a clunking noise in the back that they can t seem to figure out. I ve called and have had family call and talk with head person and nothing has been done. They tell me they fixed it and something was loose each time but the noise is still there. Don t recommend and am not happy with the car I ve purchased from this place.

We just purchased our new Chevrolet Blazer from Jonathan in Boscobel. The whole entire Boscobel team was amazing to work with!! Very friendly, laid back atmosphere, great communication, and not pushy at all! If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle take the drive to Boscobel, it is worth it! I ve been going here since I moved to WI and am continually impressed by their superior service. I had a doctors appt down the road but didn t want to walk in -7 degree weather so the guy behind the counter dropped me off and picked me up! They are responsive to my problems and concerns about my car. Plus- when you purchase 4 oil changed you get the 5th one free. Just ask for the punch card

I find all the staff at Fillback to be pleasant and accommodating. I only do repeat business with a dealership when I can trust their service department. I've purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership and at this point have no reason to look elsewhere

Oil change, replace front windshield wipers!They went ahead and replaced battery in my key fob! Even though I just bought batteries to put in both of my key fobs! I guess I'm old school and like to be asked first!!!

Fillback s is a one stop shop for everything motor vehicle. We bought our Jeep there and take it back regularly for service. We never have to wait long for an appointment and are always satisfied with their work. They are a first class organization.

Jonathan Howard was our salesman. He went above and beyond in explaining how our new vehicles worked. We aren t very computer savvy! . He was very sweet helpful and knowledgeable. The service was good but dishonest. Called about getting service and was told diagnosis would be free because vehicle was purchased from them. But ended up eating a $200 bill. All it was was diagnosis not even resolution of issue

We happened to be passing through Richland Center, WI and noticed a really nice Dodge Ram 1500 Warloch and were interested. I was recommended to reach out to Matt Luxton-Sales Rep, by another employee about the truck. From start to finish, the process was smooth, easy, and quick. Fillback is unlike any dealership we ve worked with. They offer great deals and coverage for their vehicles. Great customer service all the way around! I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from them!

So many businesses boast about their great customer service. Too many of those do deliver that great service, that is, until the contract is signed. That is when the customer disappears. At Fillback, you don t just get great service before you buy a car. After the sale of a used car over the internet, staff followed through with all the details, coordinated with my shipper, got all the paperwork squared away, and responding to all my questions and concerns. At Fillback, I did receive the customer care that was promised.
