I will not return or reccomend anyone to go there. We drove vehicle there to fix. Car was not leaking oil. Very next day, they call and say it would be $1500 to fix, and vehicle not drivable because oil leak was so bad?! What oil leak? I came to take vehicle home, and there was a puddle of oil under the truck. When I went to talk to them, the manager was conveniently gone, leaving people in the office that did not fix the vehicle. They were very nice but manager / owner was very unprofessional. After an hour, another very nice mechanic put enough oil to try and get me home. The estimate they gave us said the part would be almost $700. We called parts store and they said the part was 150 - 200$. They were trying to take advantage of people who are not experienced with cars. Worst type of mechanic and a reason why most people do not trust mechanics.

I've come here for a few years for service, mostly oil change and tire rotation. Friendly staff, good prices. Last month I got an oil change and tire rotation and everything went as expected. A week later I was traveling and my steering wheel was shaking so I went for an alignment (out of town). They wouldn't do an alignment until I got new tires as mine were worn (you could see the radials coming through). The tires were clearly worn on the insides (an indication you need an alignment). When I went to get new tires, I was told I needed new brakes, rotors and pads...things that should have been flagged when my tires were rotated. I can't fathom why the technician didn't say anything about the bad shape of my tires and brakes. I stopped in today to confirm the rotation was done, it was. I showed pictures of my tires to Matt, he was surprised and then more again about the brakes. He said he would talk to the technician and that he was sorry but what would have happened if a tire blew or my brakes failed? Either of those things could have cost me my life and worse, the lives of others. I won't go back, those are not small items to overlook.

My son has taken his car here several times. Reasonable pricing and no complaints on the work that was done.

Excellent service. Came out and jumped my car with a jumper pack and we set up an appointment to replace my battery and get an oil change. They were running early! Fabulous experience.

Had to go back twice. First time to fix. Second time to replace faulty part (not their fault) but charged us labor. THIRD time to install parts that were SUPPOSED to be installed originally. Can see paying for parts, but had to pay for labor AGAIN when parts should have been installed correctly the FIRST time.

I was very happy with the service I received at Braudt Automotive. The service was done as promised and all was explained completely.All employees that I had contact with were very personable and treated me with respect.I will be a returning customer.

Didn't line up cailper piston with brakes pads so they were sitting in crooked ended up replacing one cailper had to take to another shop not happy.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Quick service. Hour and half for labor! Took truck there yesterday. Done today. Fixed only what was needed. They found the problem. What I told them to fix did not need done.
