They give you and estimate but then at last moment they change that amount of cost , plus the price for fees to credit or debit card it s ridiculous, they make the job but they leaves the parts all dirty and nasty don t like that if you work in something you show that you are clean not leave the parts or places in bad conditions ,you don t even know if the work it s well done or it s a cheap time work investment cause parts seems really dirty and nasty

I commute for work , I have a lot of options as far as places to stop if I need anything , Blair happens to be one of the many little towns I go through and I ve always told myself if I ever need anything for my car I would definitely stop at the Napa in Blair because I like to support small town businesses. Today I needed something, I checked online to see if they had said items in stock and it showed they did, I drove past all my other options and stopped at Napa only to find out they didn t actually have these items in stock. When I questioned the young man that was working and I believe supposed to be helping me, he simply said that s why you don t believe everything you read on the internet . I asked him to go look in back just to make sure to my surprise, he said no . Very disappointing, you lost my business !

Called today about a battery that's not even a year old. Guy said can't help you LADY have your husband call. So had a friend call and same guy said well don't know what yo yell you it cold. Ok buy the battery is only 6 months old guy says so what buy a new one. Ok Napa I will buy a new one buy never from ANY of your stores. Good way to discriminate against a women. BBB would live to know this and so will all the females that do work on cars. Thanks for nothing and can't wait to hear from you.

Tell your vehicle not to break down after supper or on a Sunday since they're closed and you are SOL
