Stopped yesterday to see if they could do an oil change for my Jetta tech went out and got engine/oil info under the hood. I was told it would be a half hour. When that time past I walked back by my car. There were three techs looking under the hood of my vehicle, and then one of them said I found it. He proceeded to try to remove the oil filter going back-and-forth getting different size sockets was quite obvious none of them knew what they were Doing. The girl Tech came up to me and said do you have a question I said that s my car It s obvious you don t have the right filter put my filter back on and fill it with castrol 5w30! Better pray hard that no damage was done by your so called technicians

Needed simple tire tire repair (plug), for screw in tire, they wouldn't do it, tried to tell me tires had dry rot - tires were fine, been using truck to haul wood all fall. Had it plugged at another shop.

I tried two times in a day to get my oil changed in my car. The first time I was advised it would be 2.5 hours and then when I went back hours later, at the time he told me to try back, I was told it would be a two hour wait. Extremely slow service and the lack of ability to schedule an appointment makes customer satisfaction next to impossible.

Robert and his crew did a great job getting my daughters tires changed. We had been to Walmarts in Tomah Sparta and Onslaska today .and they either didn't have the tires we needed or would not let us in without an appointment. Thanks so much to the crew in lBack RiverService: TiresService: Tires

This was the absolute worst auto care expierence I ve ever had. All I needed was a new battery that I could ve put in my own but they said they d do it for me quick so I thought nothing of it. They made what could ve been a 5-minute job into over 30 mins and we re incredibly slow. He stopped fixing the battery and decided to talk to a buddy about a tire-rod that was completely irrelevant. To top it off, they rudely told me as well as the passengers in the car to get out and proceeded to do every task as slow as possible. Very disappointed and annoyed from this expierence. I do NOT recommend!

Stopped there twice, for an oil change was told rudely (twice) that they didn't have any openings for the day. The firat time we attempted to get a change and were told this at least five of the workers were standing around doing absolutely nothing. Second time the shop was completely empty. Was also told they couldnt make appointments for an oil change either. Getting one here is impossible.

Good for quick appointments. Not sure about honoring warranty. Need to go back and ask questions

Had head lights replaced just a surprise at charge because when I called I was told if I bought them here no charge to put in. Should have known that was to good to be true. Just glad it is done.

Oil change and tire service were on point and they have many tires to choose from and they don't high BUCK YOU like MOST PLACES! FIRST COME FIRST SERVE on oil changes!

friendly people, but seriously when you have warranty problems, you shouldn't need to wait 3-4 hours for some one to plug a tire

Poor variety
