Eli, Courtney, and Dennis were wonderful to work with. Inquired about a car a little over a week ago, was given requested details and ability to hold the car with a deposit, and eventually drove from Chicago to pick it up today. Love when both dealerships workers and services department workers can be completely unprofessional and rude!Bring your vehicle back when it's uncompleted, then Rocky wants to argue, interrupt and name call. Guess I should of never bought a vehicle from this company. Then you call today and ask what type of oil they have been putting in your car and Shaun wants to hang up on you. Getting SICK of this dealership

Typical slimy dealership tactics by Eli Wortman. Purchased a new 2023 Yukon and Dealer would only sell at MSRP if I had trade in, otherwise they d charge $5000 over MSRP, so I m screwed either way.Decided to trade in my 2018 Chevy Suburban. Dealer offered $36000 by viewing pictures only which was $4000 less than what I was selling at privately. I accepted their offer and drove 2.5 hours to pickup the vehicle. Dealer found three cosmetic items to fix that were visible in pictures and never inquired about and decreased offer by $500.This is the exact reason dealerships get a bad reputation. Best of luck Eli, next time just be honest, ask questions, review pictures or just be honest before making an offer on a used vehicle and having someone drive 2.5 hours only to get squeezed that extra $500.

*updated After posting this i was contacted by Tom the manager and he did refund me for the tow fully (Plus a little more) and a gift cert for a free oil change. I have updated this review from 1 star to 4 stars since they did contact me to try to correct the situation*(Original post )was having a problem with my trunk not unlatching and opening correctly. they diagnosed the problem and sent me home while they ordered the part on a Friday. quoted $505. next morning no power to the whole car and battery was drained. called and spoke to Tom the manager. He was nice and gave me a couple pointers to try to get it stared but it didn't work. i had to get the car towed on Monday as it would not work @ 9am. i got a call from the dealer for the first time on Wednesday saying everything was ready to go and that the problem was the rear latch was draining the battery. my latch has been broken( but still worked) for 6 months. kinda funny that the day after they work on it suddenly it completely breaks and it also drained the battery. anyways i got a ride to the dealer from a relative immediately as i could not take my kids to school that day as i had no car. and no backup car. once i got there the service guy gave me the bill and it was now $695. they decided that i was responsible for the tow. because the the testing they did to the latch caused it to break fully and drained my battery. IT specifically says the second time i brought my car in on my service paper work that " battery died because the latch failed and it did not know the home position and would not let the module go to sleep. " this also proves that is was the latch that had caused the drained battery and not any other issue. i asked to talk to the manager. the service guy said sure go ahead he is located in the other building you will have to walk there. almost all the places i have been to usually the manager comes to you when requested to speak to one. i should not have had to go track the manager down my self it should have been the service guys responsibility. I talked to Tom ( the manager) he was nice and he asked me what was fair. i told him we should just split the tow. even tho i believed he should pay for the whole amount. but what is fair and what i want are total different things. he signed the paper and now i had to walk back to the other building back to the service guy. he was talking to a co worker. as i was standing in front of him waiting he did not acknowledge i was there and kept talking to his co worker. i have no problem waiting but a simple. i will be right with you would have been a help as i was already frustrated. the service guy tried to figure out how to take half the tow but couldn't figure it out in the computer. he used a calculator and ran my card for $607 and had me sign a couple papers with the wrong amount of $695. so from 695(new quote)-505(original quote) = $190 so 695-607 = $88 is the discount i got it would seem. well that is wrong cause half of 190 is $95 even doing the math with and without tax to see if that is why it didn't add up the numbers were still wrong. disappointed in how they handled everything. the second they knew it was related to a problem they just worked on they should of covered the tow no questions ask. but they made me fight for it. My latch does work and it is fixed the stress and hassle of going to that dealer again is not worth it. i will go to a different dodge dealer next time.

Rockie Bowman and the staff in the Service department did an awesome job. We found out when we got up to Black River Falls that we had a hole in the rear end cover and was leaking gear lube (the 4wheelers and trailer was covered in oil). They had a full schedule but said they would try to figure something out even if it was giving us a loaner car to get us back home (20 minutes north of Madison) and parking our four wheelers and trailer inside service for the weekend. The technician look at it and was able to get us home with our truck.

My faithful 19 year old Toyota was going downhill, and I hadn t had it for half of its loan term. Gross completely took care of me and now I m in a new (to me) Dodge Grand Caravan. I have sled dogs so transportation is vital for us to do what we love. Minor bobble with the engine as the thermostat went out the following day after I drove it off the lot. Gross took care of it right away and got me back on the road safely. My dogs and I can t wait for many miles and adventures to come. Thank you!
